Very nice spacious campsite! There are also fun activities organized by the campsite. We joined the night walk (at 21:00) where the guide had a lot to tell about the area and nature. There is also a well-marked walk that was once a Roman route with quite a few remains and very beautiful views

Very nice campsite with lots of shade in a nice spot on top of a mountain with lots of forest and big rocks. Nice gondola to Guimaraes which has a nice historic center

The campsite itself is a bit unsociable and expensive (almost 50,- per day in September). But it is a good base for the beautiful Porto which you can easily reach by bike

Great camper spot along the water close to the start of the beautiful walk of Passadicos do Paiva. There is not much to do in the village and the restaurant is more of a bar and is only open until 5pm

Perfect camper spot! Stay is free if you do the tasting and buy a bottle of wine. The view is beautiful and the tour and tasting are very nice!

Great place for a night. There is a hot shower, toilet and electricity available and the manager waited for us with a glass of port which he also sells

Nice big but quiet campsite. Good restaurant and Tordesillas is a nice village. We cycled 60km along the Douro to the nature reserve (mountain bike). Was very nice

Nice view and within walking distance of a nice village. Along an unlit highway so bring lights if you walk in the dark

What a top spot. A very pleasant small campsite in an oasis of green. An excellent base for cycling trips around the Lauwersmeer and the beautiful Frisian countryside. We have been pampered twice with a delicious 3 and 4 course meal with a good glass of wine. The hostess and host make it a party.
