We stayed at the end of September 2026. The parking area is still free due to a problem with the payment terminal. The services are also free. The area is located along the Vendée River. There's a lovely walk along the river and around the park with the dog. It's a large green space. Be aware that the road is noisy and busy. Perfect for visiting the town and spending the night.

I confirm what's written in the reviews. Small, family-run campsite, quiet and perfect for rest and relaxation. The beach and the lake at Marennes Plage are a 10-minute bike ride away, perfect for children thanks to the safe cycle path right behind the campsite. Note that the campsite is isolated, so plan to do your grocery shopping before arriving. We will be back.

New, very clean sanitary facilities. Perfect for a municipal motorhome area. Some pitches have concrete slabs for parking the motorhome in case of rain or bad weather. Excellent! A rare comfort worth mentioning! Otherwise, everything is perfect. We'll be back.

If you enjoy peace and quiet, walks in the forest, bike rides, and strolls along the beach, in a fairly rustic campsite without a pool or organized activities, this campsite is for you. Relaxation guaranteed. We were there in September and stayed for a week. Perfect with our dog; they are allowed on the beach. PERFECT!

Very nice, very quiet area with lots of greenery. Large grassy space. Right next to an outdoor recreation complex. Please note that 4 or 5 pitches have been removed by the Town Hall for sanitary reasons. The toilets, showers, and dishwashing facilities are closed. There is a children's playground, skate park, tennis courts, a pétanque court, and a large green space. Opposite a shopping center. Perfect for a stopover. Water and waste disposal points are operational.

There were a dozen of us in camper vans on September 9, 2025. All services were working. Perfect for a bike ride in the Marais Poitevin. Very well located. Near the center of Damvix. Shops. A mini campground for motorhomes. Toilets, 2 hot showers, on-site catering, washing machine, books available, pétanque court, ping pong table, bar, etc. Shaded. I recommend spending 1 or 2 nights there to visit Île aux Moines. The pier is 800 meters away via the coastal path. Very, very nice.
