Not for the average camper... And we aren't! It felt like being at a festival campsite 20 years ago! Extremely primitive, then, but there were plenty of clean toilets (without paper), and showers (didn't try them). Large portion of delicious fries, €3. But above all, that lovely creative spot by the water, with a view of the viaduct. (Took beautiful star photos). The wacky art installations and the great walks there. Friendly people.

Actually a heavenly 5-star campsite! But even in Paradise, there are sometimes annoying little things! The only information we received upon arrival was about ordering bread via QR. Out of 5 days, I was only able to order 1 baguette! (Didn't see Helmuth again the other days!) + No soap in the toilets, (men's) shower went from cold to hot and vice versa! Otherwise, it was pure enjoyment there by the water! Silence, nature, beautiful walks. So almost 5*!

Stayed 1 night. Very pleasant place. Easy system. Drive in and pull a ticket. Spacious pitches. 2 sanitary buildings with 4 rooms containing a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as toilet paper. Tidy. Nice to walk around those little lakes there. Lots to see! Pleasant surroundings, reasonably quiet. Great price! We will definitely come back again. Enjoy!

Not bad in itself, but the (men's) showers were not okay. Toilets were fine though (with paper). Road on the other side of the Moselle was clearly audible. We were unlucky that the entire NKC club arrived on the same day we did, and the best spots were reserved! Check in with the very friendly lady at the harbor office. Okay for walking the dogs. Nice path towards the supermarket/bakery. Spots spacious and you pick your own, no numbered spots.

For 46 euros, you should really expect a bit more! Comfort pitch 08, no Wi-Fi, too cramped, hard-rocking Germans next to us. Picked out beautiful hiking routes using the ferry, but it doesn't run on Mondays and Tuesdays! And those were exactly the two days we were there! Even the campsite's hiking brochure didn't mention that! Luckily, a sightseeing boat passes by.... Noise from grape farmers, sanitary facilities ok, restaurant ok, staff ok. One-time visit.

The waterfront spot is worth 5 stars. The washroom/shower looks neat. The toilets were cleaned only once in the 3 days we were there, and the paper wasn't refilled! That was actually the biggest downside. But you get a lot in return! Plenty of space, a wonderfully charming town with lots of walking opportunities, you pay before 11:00 AM, but you can stay at the site until 5:00 PM! The managers were very friendly! We enjoyed our 3 days!

Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing here! Next to a babbling brook, plenty of shade under the trees (which came in handy with those scorching temperatures). The small lake just a few minutes away also provided a refreshing dip. Sanitary facilities perfect. Beautiful walks. Perfect for dogs. Bread roll service. Friendly managers. A bit on the expensive side, though.

The best and easiest system we have ever come across in our 30 years of camper life! Put the card in the shower slot and you clearly see the balance decrease. Hold your card in front of the power pole and top up the balance. Of course, you do need to put some money on the card first. Everything is clean, new, and tidy. Beautiful spots with a view of the monastery. You can order sandwiches at the campsite next door. Lots to do there! Plenty of space in June! Etc.

Wow, this was just amazing! We’ve never experienced it this quiet in a big city (at night). Beautiful, that park and that lovely old building at the horse racing track (1867). Ideal with dogs. Through the park, it’s 30 minutes to the unique city center. The next day, a beautiful walk to the Tierpark, along the water. Not a real campsite, of course. With the levellers, we were level and slept wonderfully. A safe feeling. So, for the adventurers! Great!

A little paradise, aside from the previously mentioned downsides. Friendly managers, top-notch sanitary facilities, good price, delicious sandwiches, and we had a view of those cute chickens. We had expected more from the hiking! The path towards Lübbenau seemed interesting at the start, but after a few km you've seen it all! (it is 5 km) No side paths and it is a cycle highway. Not fun with dogs! (I actually want to give 3.5 stars)
