What a great spot. Quiet, perfect if you are traveling with dogs. We were there at the end of April and there was only one other camper.

A unique place A unique last kilometer to get there. A journey through time. Dieter is a unique, cheerful person who's happy to help. His mountain hut is unfortunately closed, as the sign on the bridge says, but for a limited number of campers, the hospitality is certainly there. Call him or send a WhatsApp message to the same number and ask if he has room. An experience you'll remember.

It was like being thrown back into the 1970s. The toilet was clean, and there were two showers (for women). One had a broken rail, making it impossible to stand under it. The other was upright, but it was right up against the wall. The water wouldn't drain, so if you couldn't do the splits, you'd be up to your ankles in (hopefully) only your own soapy water. I reported it to the owner, who knew about it?! Fine for one night; it's a great place to walk. We paid 22 euros for one night, two adults, two dogs, and electricity.

Beautiful spot. You obviously have to be lucky to get a spot by the water, but other than that, it's fantastic. It's 600 meters from Rothsee, where you can swim wonderfully and there's a special dog beach. We paid 7 euros. We did indeed see some A.L.s emptying their toilets in the bushes at the back, near the sheep pasture. Not necessary at the CP at Rothsee, on the other side of the bridge (500 meters), where you can empty everything and fill up with water for free.

A beautiful spot with lots of potential. Plenty of space, but oh my, so many flies. Perhaps it was the heat? The two campers next to us also complained about it. Because of this, we left the same day. We paid €20 for the day for two people and €2 per dog.

Great place. Quiet, good shower and toilet (clean), plenty of space, shade in the morning and afternoon. Very friendly and helpful owner. Chilled drinks available. Wi-Fi only near the house. Good base for various hikes in the area. We were there in August, 30+ degrees Celsius. It cooled down nicely in the afternoon and 20 degrees Celsius at night. Highly recommended. Pay in cash.

Beautiful spot. Clean restrooms, one shower in the ladies' area. Shop and pizzeria within walking distance. From there, I walked to the waterfall. 8 km round trip. A beautiful route and well worth it.

great place. It's free, no facilities. shops close by 10 minutes walk. The view is fine, and you just sit with your back to the mess. spotting a bit of wildlife...The rats shoot across the road on the other side, but not around your camper as mentioned earlier.

super quiet campsite, very relaxed, friendly and helpful owner. we paid 27 euros for 2 people, camper, 2 dogs and electricity. really dated, but neat and clean. It's like entering a 1970s campsite, but with solar panels and WiFi. You can walk straight into the forest from the campsite. Delicious!

beautiful place for a night. no facilities but so beautiful. the only thing you sometimes hear are the ships that have to go upstream. Flat terrain, there will be puddles when it rains. we arrived at 7:30 pm and were alone. Just after dark a car came and left again. We never felt unsafe for a moment.

you can stand there.. that's all. a field the size of half a football field along the edge are houses and in the middle you can put your camper. 1 star is actually too much. we didn't stay

nice neat motorhome at a campsite. we had a fantastic place with top view over the valley. dogs free, shower 1 euro.

expensive, electricity and shower pay extra, no to very little shade. on a main road. if you're unlucky, you'll find yourself on the field next to the supermarket parking lot! you can use the swimming pool behind it, which is nice for children. we paid 45.50 2p 2 dogs and electricity for 1 night.

I wanted a quiet place with one of my two dogs and if there was one, something with shade. we got all the free places to choose from ourselves TOP! shop at 3 minutes by bike. castle and schengen walking / cycling good.

Friendly welcome. close to the beach and nothing else. bare spots for the tiles where you are supposed to set up the camper. Old plumbing, very dirty ladies toilet. and bring your own paper. For dogs you pay 2.50 per day! shower 0.50 cents. No WiFi! You pay for the place close to the beach. the farm is not inhabited, the space around it is used exclusively as a camping site.

very neat and quiet mini campsite. clean sanitary facilities. spacious pitches and very friendly reception. helpful. got a piece of carrot cloth because our place had a bald spot from the previous guest. Top arranged. On foot there is little to start from the campsite, so a bicycle or car is a must.

neat campsite, we were in the middle of the high season and there was still a place for 1 night. there was no one else! mainly seasonal places. we are on a relatively busier road that you can hear well, but hey for 1 night and 17.50 for 2 people with the camper, 2 dogs, electricity ... I say fine.

Quiet, sanitary good for each other. 20 euros for 2 people and 2 dogs. bit strange that there are 2 cameras set up from the sanitary building over the campsite. This is not reported or mentioned anywhere. Nor that there are cameras, what is done with these images or how they are stored about not.... The area is beautiful, great for walking the dogs.

Just nice and quiet. no cold crowds. We have been wonderful with the dogs. downside as described earlier is the plumbing. Old, looks dirty. I couldn't determine if it was cleaned. An average scouting clubhouse does it better. For those who love un rest, walking and cycling, it is wonderful.

beautiful place, and you walk into the nature reserve. But there was a noise from the road and the main road a little further. we were here 1 night and moved on quickly.

Sanitary is present and with slippers to shower well. not very clean but as scouts we are used to it. Beautiful hiking in the area. shop a 10-minute walk away. electricity and water free, friendly staff hardly speaks across the border 😉. wifi with code but only at the reception

Neat places, clean sanitary facilities, located at a beautiful big city park. Z Swimming, rent a boat, all in the park. Fouchen 1 euro, current 1 euro +/- 5 hours. Center 4.8 km, city is beautiful.

Does not cost anything, can leak water and toilet, nothing else. Found the beginning of the evening a little uncomfortable about what shot youth that burns fire, noise and cars. Town is beautiful, walk around town is beautiful.

Nice place. Is a campsite with two fields where you can stand by the camper. You get the key for the shower and toilet. Sanitary was clean. Order sandwiches at the harbor master 100 meters from the entrance of the campsite. The area is beautiful and there are lots of cranes to see. Provide extra cable. 2 persons and dog 19 euros per night including electricity.
