Great campsite for a visit to Salzburg. Very friendly welcome. You can choose your own pitch. The pitch on the edge, facing the street, is a bit noisier than a pitch inside. Bread roll service available. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but clean. And you can adjust the water temperature in the showers yourself by turning the shower knob. Just something to know. From the campsite, there is an excellent 5 km cycle path to the center of Salzburg.

Great campervan site for visiting Kelheim. Be sure to arrive on time, otherwise it will be full. We can recommend the Greek restaurant Kalimera in town. We had a delicious meal.

Great campervan site for visiting Bamberg. 4 km by bike. Cost 18 euros. You pay for electricity at the pole. It was quiet.

It was very busy in Rothenburg and we couldn't park there anymore. There was still room at this spot, though. We were even the only ones there, together with the bees. It really is a bumpy field with no sanitary facilities or electricity, as you might expect from the name Wild Camp. It's a fine spot for one night, but not for visiting Rothenburg. You can, however, enjoy a beautiful sunset and the peace and quiet. We left the payment in the cupboard where the honey is kept.
