Great location and handy for local shop and pub/restaurant. Public Toilets near entrance to site. Black & Grey water disposal with separate drinking water points. Waste and recycling on site. Large grass and hardstanding pitches. Very helpful and knowledgeable owner. Camping & Caravan Club Members only? . We would return.

Great location, pitches, friendly staff and clean amenities whats not to like? Had a meal at the golf cllub which was very good and reasonably priced. Make sure you shop for food and drink before you arrive as the only shop locally has very limited stock.

Had 2 nights here on a weekend itโs was very busy and you are pitched very close to others on each side for โฌ41 per night (pitch with EHU) Facilities are ok but no sink plugs in the pot washing area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Handy for the Greenway cycle route Athlone to Mullingar. The Dog and Duck pub is a 5 min walk and it had a good atmosphere and youโll get a nice pint of Guinness.

Excellent site with very clean and modern facilities including โฌ1 - 5 min showers plus reasonably priced laundry facilities with a rotary airer. Campers kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob, microwave ,TV room, pool table, 24h toilets when main block is being cleaned. Pitches are mostly level with hard standing gravel and grass. Nearest pub is a bit of a walk but thatโs the only downside to this campsite. Highly recommend.

Nice location with access to the sandy beach and short walk into Rush for local shops, Tesco, Pubs and Restaurants. The site unfortunately is a bit if a letdown with very dated toilets and token operated showers. The gents toilet had a strong odour of urine and the dishwashing area had a smell of dampness. Pitches are close together and for โฌ36.50 for 2 adults per night wasnโt good value for the money so we wouldnโt return.

Beautiful site with very helpful owners. Mostly level pitches with distance maintained between pitches. Very good facilities on site and plenty of locsl walks and a couple of hill climbing treks nearby. Try Lough Muskry trek 1277 ft accent which took us 3.5 hours at an easy pace. Pub and shops a little bit away by bike other than that one of the best sites weโve stayed in on this trip round the south of Ireland.

Beautiful place. Quiet with good pitches and facilities. Only spent one night here as heading south but would return to explore Tournai again.

Beautiful site with easy access to local mountains and walks. Cycling good if your ok with steep hills. Owners are very helpful and advise on local sights and trips. Pitches are reasonable size and facilities are very clean albeit a little rustic. Make sure you take the 30 min walk to the Axenstein viewpoint. Would definitely return. 29CHF for one night with hook up. Site supply Swiss adapter.

On the negative side local dogs barking late in the evening and early in the morning along with traffic noise if you pitched near the main road and paying for a shower and supplying your own toilet paper considering the cost it only gets a 5 out of ten. On the plus side itโs handy for the mid lake ferry to Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio or Como if you want. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Good site with all the facilities you need. Pitches are small for 7.5 M van but we parked diagonally which was fine. Toilets and showers clean and not busy. 25 min cycle into the city with good cycle lanes on both sides of the river. If your thinking about going up the dome of the cathedral book well in advance as it was booked solid for 3 days so we missed out. โฌ35 plus local taxes for van + 2.

Nice site with large pitch when we were here in mid June. Restaurant and bar have reasonable prices. Get the โฌ4 all day bus ticket from reception for visiting Salzburg and the Red Bull Hangar7. Showers WC all fine. Grey water dump is a manhole cover lift in the carpark and chemical disposal a large sink next to the fresh water tap and hose. Chemical disposal and fresh water could be improved.

If your outfit is over 8 metres youโll struggle to get into and out if the pitches. I stayed for one night only as I felt like a sardine and even opening my windows seemed to encroach on the next pitch so you can forget putting your canopy out on most pitches. Check out a couple of the pictures and youโll see what I mean. Plenty of shade due to the low trees which is another thing to beware of.

Agree with most of the comments about the location, pitches, staff, pool and mainly childrenโs entertainment etc. but for โฌ33 per night better showers that you can control the temperature, toilet paper, soap and hand drying facilities should be provided in my opinion. Visiting the castle is a must.

Very good location with the beach and other facilities nearby. Cycle around the lake is 16 miles and very flat. Great to cool off in the lake afterwards. Gets very busy around lunchtime especially at weekends. Fresh water and toilets available at the beach and there was a mobile snack bar when we were there.

For only โฌ16.10 for a couple plus electricity, water and grey disposal on most pitches is a very good deal. Pitches are spacious and have 2 metre hedges separating them however if your driving a large Motorhome or caravan then manoeuvring on to the pitch will require some shunting. On the down side the toilets, showers and dishwashing facils are well past their sell by date with no soap provided.
