It is indeed a campsite, and if you enter Melby as the location, you end up right at the reception. The showers no longer require coins (the vending machines are still there), but all amenities are now included, except for electricity. You pay extra for that (if you wish to use it). The owners are super nice. Everything looks very well maintained. Wi-Fi will be available throughout the entire campsite in 2027. Currently, free internet is only available near the reception.

Spacious campsite with some seasonal pitches, mainly frequented by Norwegians on weekends, and where there is still plenty of room in the spring to choose your own spot (including right by the water and with a jetty). The price is 350 kroner including electricity (regardless of the number of people). Showers cost 10 Norwegian kroner for 3 minutes. You check in yourself (fill out the form). Payment is made on the day of departure between 9 and 10 (Mon to Fri) and 10 and 11 (weekend).
