Quiet spot on the edge of the village. There are several places to eat and drink in the village. Enjoyed a lovely walk. Unfortunately, the start of the walk isn't marked at the camper site, which is next to Hotel Laber.
Sitecode: 103599
A very nice, quiet spot. You can walk down to the left, just past the white building, and then down through the woods on the right.
Sitecode: 103445
We don't share the praise. During our stay, they were spraying pesticides all around for hours. It was very noisy and not very fresh!
Sitecode: 106497
Very crowded with cars. No room for campers.
Sitecode: 95660
Very small places. difficult to maneuver when busy with cars. We drove further.
Sitecode: 77221
Quite busy place, lots of car traffic. Too bad, but beautiful forest.
Sitecode: 18563
On arrival all places were occupied. We found it very cramped.
Sitecode: 11398
nice starting point for a walk through the forest (towards the intersection, straight ahead). near a cozy terrace. Officially, it is not possible to discharge dirty water, so we used a drain. the service area is often occupied by overnight guests when it is busy.
Sitecode: 15478
we stayed here 2 nights on the grass. no fines... beautiful walking and cycling. also had delicious Grimbergen on tap on the terrace of the farm.
Sitecode: 55542
Beautiful place on the Vecht. Nice for cycling and walking. If you cycle to the left along the Vecht, you can cross it with a bicycle bridge after a few kilometers. However, there is a downside to this place; the nearby church rings its bells every hour, even at night. Shame!!! Okay during the day, but why should it also be done at night?
Sitecode: 20038
we were here beautifully on the water for 2 nights. you can hear the road. we took the boat trip, which was shortened due to low tide, and were free as a result. nice center with restaurants.
Sitecode: 12036
fine cp. is located on a bicycle and walking path that runs along cherry orchards.
Sitecode: 92748
beautiful place in nature, very quiet at night. wonderful for walking.
Sitecode: 47526
we were here for a few days at the end of May. never noticed that it is no longer possible. There were many campers.
Sitecode: 82530
you are NOT allowed to spend the night here!
Sitecode: 81128
Beautiful quiet place in the forest by a lake. At the first village you can go through a gate (left side) and then right into the forest for a nice walk.
Sitecode: 67903
We spent the night here at the beginning of July with great pleasure. A nice walk along the promenade and a drink on the benches. Highly recommended for those who have to take the boat the next morning.
Sitecode: 66459
quiet campsite with only basic facilities. great place!
Sitecode: 97781
staying overnight again prohibited, why are these places on Campercontact??
Sitecode: 69605
we were here June 34th. staying overnight prohibited,,,,,,
Sitecode: 81509

Sitecode: 2657
we were here for a few nights with Ascension, fantastic forest for walking!
Sitecode: 12894
Very full but because we were at the back not disturbing. Beautiful surroundings. good food in town. Nice that you can dump everything.
Sitecode: 9889
stood two nights and explored the area on foot and by bike. Locals who came to walk their dogs liked to chat. We did feel welcome. Tourist information also received.
Sitecode: 22076
Nice place on the edge of the forest. During the day there was a lot of nuisance from motorcyclists. Nice starting point for cycling/hiking around the Diemelsee.
Sitecode: 98317
What a beautiful place if you like peace and space. During the day some cars from hikers but not disturbing. Picnic tables and trash cans available. Nice walk and restaurants within walking distance. It was not clear whether this is a motorhome. but according to a local it is.
Sitecode: 25473
nice animal park with terrace! and very clean toilets. Great place.
Sitecode: 70834
we were here at the beginning of September. we had a lot of problems with the oak processionary caterpillar and also turned out the awning. later we went to stand under the Birches. great place for walking and cycling
Sitecode: 95765
We were here mid July. However, you can't stand here by the beach as the photo suggests! There are large boulders and chains are hanging to prevent a camper from being able to stand at the beach. With the camper in the parking lot is possible.
Sitecode: 81581
Nice place on the water., good walking possibilities. however you have to get there early otherwise it is full!. Nice new toilet block.
Sitecode: 47526
the motorhome is open again!
Sitecode: 11821
quiet place and good starting point for cycling trips. too bad that the loud honking scooters have found their way here too. call to the interrogators: remove those bells!!!
Sitecode: 13898
Inexpensive CP. The peace is disappointing. There are a lot of loudly honking electric scooters passing by. Unfortunately! Furthermore, a nice place to cycle from there etc.
Sitecode: 56787
we were here at the end of august. did not find it a pleasant place and drove on.
Sitecode: 74710
Great place for walking. In good weather, however, the parking lot is filled with passenger cars. The camper pitches are also used for this. Quiet in the evening. Nice that there is free WiFi and sanitary building.
Sitecode: 555
The first sight on arrival repels a bit through the many asphalt of the parking lot, if you look through it, it is a nice and quiet place where you can take a nice walk in the forest and around the lake. We had a quiet night here.
Sitecode: 8323
Nice place. Toilet is crying though, a big spider web! Drunk beer on the opposite terrace, unfortunately lukewarm beer! So not recommended!
Sitecode: 19577
Nice place. However, the rate has been increased to € 8.00, toilet and dirty water must be paid separately ...
Sitecode: 47526
We were here with Ascension 4 days. In connection with Corona, half of the places were covered with ribbon. It was our first trip again. Terraces by the lake were open!
Sitecode: 60153
We were here June 11. Quiet place on the fjord / lake. Were here with 1 other camper. Narrow quiet road for a bike ride .. No facilities.
Sitecode: 81859
We were here a few days on July 18. You are here in the "middle of nowhere". surrounded by the wild nature surrounded by the sea. No facilities, but as a camper you don't need them either. You can climb over the rocks, walk to the old lighthouse or fish from the pier. We caught Pollack with a blinker.
Sitecode: 59424
We were here June 13. Beautiful view! Walk made from the CP to the left to the parking a little further. From there, turn right and you will arrive at the CP again. If you drive further, there is still a great place close to the lighthouse. Pollack fishing is good at the pier.
Sitecode: 69624
We were here a few nights on 8 June. Were here with 2 to 3 campers. We had put the camper near the old waiting room. Wonderfully quiet on the water !. Cycle to Ulvik with the mountain bikes. Enjoyed delicious lunch there. No facilities but it has (almost) every camper on board. Recommended.
Sitecode: 67404
We were here June 5. Were here with 5 other campers. Great place for an overnight stay.
Sitecode: 67087
We were here June 5. We stood alone, occasionally a passer-by and a bus full of tourists stopped; but they all drove on after 10 minutes. Nice quiet place. At the beginning of June the lake was completely frozen. Lots of traffic during the day, quiet at night.
Sitecode: 66134
We were here 2 and 3 September. Beautiful environment! Unfortunately, unlike other reviews, the CP is located on a busy main road where a lot of freight traffic passes by day and night. At the same time the church clock, day and night, beats its strokes every quarter of an hour. We left after 2 nights because we had a lot of mosquitoes.
Sitecode: 12283
We were here in mid-July. Good facilities. Nice walking and cycling (terrain off to the left, after 100m to the right) Nice cafe in the village You're sitting on the water.
Sitecode: 2040
We were here in mid-July. Overflowing! Even the pit to discharge dirty water was not accessible. In short, in high season not recommended! We drove on.
Sitecode: 12066
We came here mid July. Access road was largely blocked. Most places occupied by long-stayers. There was a party boat where the skipper advised us about the dirty water when we had some problems with the water intake. We did not feel welcome there and we drove on.
Sitecode: 1176
We were here at the end of July. Places are neat but you hear continuously the traffic that rages along. A little later a fun train comes along .... No shadow. We have driven further. A bit further past the campsite you can stand near the beach at the edge of the forest. Sandy beach and also a part where you can swim with the dog. Gendarmerie comes in the evening and keeps an eye on things. Great spot there!
Sitecode: 13735
We have been here a few days in mid-July. Fantastic! calm, running river where you can bathe in .... On the square in the village a cafe with shop where you can drink a coffee or beer on the terrace, what more could you want. You can also dispose of waste on the square near the church / school.
Sitecode: 53765
We have been here for a few days here July 13th. What a rest! Beautiful place on the water. Beautiful bike and walking opportunities.
Sitecode: 2657
Nice quiet campsite. Beautiful hiking area. You'll hear the green woodpecker and unfortunately the shots of the local shooting association.
Sitecode: 577
Great place. You can make beautiful cycling tours. Unfortunately, no trash can be present. We have the trash can on the large parking lot but use ....
Sitecode: 15787
We have been here in early August. If the center area would be cleaned up, it is an excellent and cheap place.
Sitecode: 56129
We were here in early June. You can walk beautifully along the coast. Unfortunately, the midges found that too! Toilet building was closed when we were there.
Sitecode: 56156
We have been here in early June. During the day cars of excursion goers are parked. They disappeared during the afternoon. We made the excursion to the islands there and saw many puffins, seafoods and seals. Recommendation In the evening you will be pleasantly calm.
Sitecode: 56165
We have been here at the end of June. Beautiful walks possible by the pure nature. During the day many cars that are all gone after 17:00. Unfortunately, we have not seen the osprey who nests here.
Sitecode: 56166
We have been here at the end of June and stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful beach walks made. In the village there is a big supermarket and a nice pub. During the day and evening, there is still a lot of traffic, especially parading youngsters. At night it's quiet.
Sitecode: 56172
We have been here at the end of June. Great walk made towards Bass Rock. Also made a boat trip to this island from the port to see the Jan of Gents, Zeekoeten and Puffins. Recommend! At the spot there are picnic tables and there are trash cans.
Sitecode: 55301
We have been here in early June 2017. We passed the big picnic spot and stood in a parking lot and stayed overnight. Wonderfully quiet and fun for walking.
Sitecode: 47526
Been another weekend. Remains a good place here. If you ride around the lake you can on a terrace drink or eat. Want to electricity, water watching television etc; well then you should not be here. Because, in our opinion unnecessary, facilities are not there it stays nice and quiet. Again, highly recommended for the camp instructor who wants nature and peace!
Sitecode: 47526
Nice and quiet place, beautiful area with many cycling and walking. Alternating forest and heath. You can completely around the lake cycling and walking route with nice picnic areas and possibilities for a snack and a drink.
Sitecode: 2352
We've been here 28 May. Beautiful nature strolls. Ree spotted with two young marmots!
Sitecode: 2349
We were here in early June. Beautiful setting with lovely walks. From the parking lot on the road to the top and right corner starts a beautiful walk. We have been here for free; perhaps there is money being collected during the ski season.
Sitecode: 2363
Coming from the Netherlands, this CP might not be reached because of the provisionally closed tunnel "Chambon" (D1091) between Le Bourg d'Oisans and La Grave.
Sitecode: 2383
May 16 stood here 3 days. Excellent spot on the river. Village center within walking distance with a few shops and a sidewalk café. Lots of walking.
