Stayed here last night. Nice, quiet place. Close to the town center and the river for a walk. We checked in by phone. Then, at the reception, we got an explanation. Toilet, shower, sauna, and electricity included. We got the hotel key. We returned it this morning. Friendly people.

We were here for the first time in snow. The CP had been cleared. We had access to electricity and a shower. We had another delicious meal and a lovely walk with the dog.

We stayed here for four nights last week with a campervan, two people, a dog, and a chosen pitch. Seniors' package. €45 per night. We had a wonderful time despite the less-than-perfect weather. Swimming, a steam room, and three saunas were available every morning. A short walk to the beach and beautiful cycling routes. I can imagine you wouldn't book here for just one night. It's pricey. But for a few days, you can't imagine a better place.

We were here in 2023 in the winter, this time in the summer. Quite a difference in facilities and visitors. Everything is open. It's well-organized. The sauna is included from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Hopefully we'll be back next time.

We're now at the camper site on the dike. There's a sign with a phone number. Just call, open the gate, find a spot, and pay at the reception. A warm welcome.

A beautiful place. Also cleared of snow in the winter. We were able to drive to the upper Rastplats thanks to the studded tires. The road was still icy. Even now there is wood, the toilet is open and clean. It is also used now by the people from the village. Last night a family came to have dinner at the shelter with a fire. Nice. We have our own fire, so they are not in the way.

Last year we liked it very much, so we are back. Nice walk with the dog on the lake. Wonderfully quiet. Now with 2 campers. As on all Naturrastplatser you can park here for 24 hours.

Also in winter a great place. The place is well free of snow. Everything that is there in the summer you can now also use except the outside dishwashing area and the dryer. Beautiful view and very quiet.

Great winter camping. Everything you could possibly need is there and more. Nice souvenirs, tasty elk or reindeer sausage. A very nice sauna with a view of the lake. You don't notice that you are on the E45. There are a lot of dogs in the area that bark occasionally.

A great winter camping. 10amp electricity, sauna, washing machine and dryer. You need that when you are on the road in the winter. When snow falls, the snow plow comes. Even between campers and caravans is cleared. And for dessert we had Northern Lights.

We were here this afternoon. Beautiful place in the middle of a holiday home area. Very large field for recreation with a parking lot in front of it. Clearly on the field: No camping. We think this also applies to the parking lot. We left again.

Were here for the 4th time. Camper spot is ideal if you go north or south on the 311. No ice rink now, but clean. Relax in the sauna and possibly do some laundry and dry it. All inclusive.

It's nice that this place can be used in winter. Go Marina works well for payment. An unexpected amount of snow had fallen and the area had not been cleared. We did that ourselves. Always take a snow plow with you in the winter. An hour later someone came with a snow plow. No longer necessary, but very thoughtful.

Since the campsite in Foroy turned out to be closed and it was already late, we drove further to this place. Only a parking space here, everything was still closed. But a great view of Svartisen.

We have been coming back every year since we were here for the first time. It is great here at any time of the year. We are not alone. Last weekend there were several guests who have been here before. The warmth of the owners in particular makes you want to come back.

20 beautiful places along the river. One a little bigger than the other. Most spots are visible from the road. There is little traffic passing by. We counted 10 in 20 hours. This place has a view of the river. 50 yards north is a covered fire pit on the river. You can pay with PayPal.

Glad you can read here what you can expect at this place. It is a back and forth road and to drive 35 km and then go back is a pity .. It is as described. The restaurant is fine. And if you don't want to go by helicopter or plane, you can make great trips from the campsite.

A beautiful spot on the border of Groningen and Drenthe. Lovely cycling through nature reserve to the Zuidlaardermeer. Lots of information about the area. At 600m is a terrace for coffee, lunch or a beer. The cafeteria is open in the MFC on Saturdays. They also deliver.

An undiscovered gem in beautiful Westerwolde. A very creative layout of the site with maximum privacy per camper. Everything has already been said. One more addition: There is even a nice sink to do a little laundry. We were lucky with a puppy that is not completely potty trained yet.

This place gets a little better each time. Still had to make do with electricity in February, now beautiful poles. Showers are fine, waste sorting, black and gray water drainage improved. The beautiful view of the river remains the same.

Then you're there, you call the number at the reception and you get the answer: We don't open until after Easter. Very annoying if you have specifically selected this campsite. Unique place in the middle of the National Park. The information center is within walking distance. Please note the parking restrictions on both sides. These are to provide emergency services with a parking space at all times. You are on the Ebbevej. According to a resident of the village who walked her dog, the fines are not fair.

Cycling is possible, but it is difficult on the forest paths. Beautiful walking. Swimming lake within walking distance. We stayed for a week, partly due to the beautiful weather at the beginning of September and the fact that this is one of the few (partially) naturist campsites in Poland

After registering at the restaurant and the mixed parking, we were referred to a small campsite across the road. Here the kayaks are launched and picked up again. There are toilets and showers at the restaurant. There are fire pits. Downside is the road noise. Plus the restaurant. Delicious eaten. We were here September 4.

Visited this campsite on the way back. 2km from the center. We wanted to stay 2 nights but the campsite closed the next day. Shame, seems like a nice place. Cycle path between campsite and pine forest. Beach close by. The owner speaks excellent English. Departure before 10am.

Where would we be without camper contact? Driven directly to this campsite on the basis of information from other motor home owners. Totally correct. And a breath of fresh air at what we saw along the way. Very quiet now. Nice lighting. Fireplace. Beautiful walking, cycling, delicious food. What more could a person want.

Great place to visit the Wolfschanze. It's tough to be here for so long. A lot of time to let everything sink in. We were there the night before. Short walk. The next day with audio tour. Then you want to leave again. Then on to the bunkers of Mamerki. Again very impressive.

Keep driving, even if you doubt whether you are still in the right place. Then a sign, turn left and after 200m a beautiful place. Spots at the entrance, but also further down the forest. All on the water. Not everyone will like this, but if you like wild camping this is a great place. Clean water at the door, only for cooking and for coffee / tea you have to use your stock.

Nice spot on the edge of the village under a stork's nest. The storks were already on their way. The baker comes by on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the morning.

Peaceful place by Sweden's oldest golf course. Historic site with guided tour or marked walk. Beautiful, but difficult golf course. Here you can play golf with Golfhäftet for half the price. Camper place for green fee players is Skr100. Then you can also ask for a towel, they are no longer available.

This is a place you will return to again and again once you discover it. We were here for the first time in 2002, when there were still 16 places. Lots of space and very intimate. Now with 40 spots we still have the same feeling. It does get tighter with checking in and leaving, but that cannot be otherwise as you get older.

For us always the highlight, literally and figuratively, when we go to Sweden. We always check the weather, it can get cold at night, especially when the wind is blowing hard. It is busy during the day, but very quiet at night.

Nice spot on the outskirts of Mora on the river. Usually we are here in the summer. Then we play golf here. The track is not open yet, the driving range is. We were all alone here on March 6. Telephone number at the reception. Pay at the hotel nearby and a key for the sanitary building and the kitchen. Ideally located in the middle of the village. Neat snow-cleared places.

We were at the campsite. It is open all year round. Beautiful places near the sanitary building (with sauna) and the kitchen. We paid skr 280 including el. On the indeed very large campsite, you could now walk beautifully on March 5.

A very nice place and usually very quiet. Walking with the dogs along the river, swimming and the bike path passes by. On July 3 it was not "the place to be" for us. A group of young people camped on the field next to it. Very cozy and that includes boom-boom music. You can also take that.

Wide view of Mount Herdubreid; voted Iceland's most beautiful mountain by the Icelanders. With restaurant. In the morning you can use a breakfast buffet.

The 2 nights before the departure of the ferry are hectic. The weather is nice now and in addition to the campers that leave on Thursday, there are many cars that stay 1 night with the tent. They arrive (sometimes very) late and then have to find a place for their car on gravel. They are occupied by the campers. Furthermore, a nice campsite with good facilities.

We were here in early May. Unfortunately, the campsite was not yet open. It is beautifully situated above the village with a beautiful view. I cannot judge the facilities, but there are excellent walking possibilities around the village. We have walked and scrambled to the Easter Cave.

We came, saw and left again. In itself a great campsite as can be read in other reviews, but it is a shame that there really is no view at all, except on other campers. We drove 12 km back to the campsite at the guesthouse in Fossardalur.

You can buy tickets at the hostel next to the campsite. These are valid for 1 1/2 hours. If you want to continue within this time, request a ticket from the driver.

We were here in mid-May. There was busy work at the campsite, so closed. No mention was made of it on the website. A pity, because it is wonderfully quiet near Reykjavik.

Nice campsite on the edge of the lava field with a sea view. Good sanitary facilities (shower included) and a kitchen. Small supermarket at gas pump.

Large field along the rocky coast. Further on a beautiful sandy beach. You can walk along the rocky coast to the seal colony (5 km). The plumbing is sufficient in the preseason. End of May.

Nice campsite by the swimming pool. Open from 1 June, but we could also visit it on 28 May. The showers did not work yet, but we were able to shower in the pool. The camping card is valid here. 3 km away is a beautiful hotpot with wonderfully warm and hot water.

Nice place on hard surface. Both in the sun and in the shade. Most visitors are golfers. The clubhouse is open until 22:00. Then you can use shower and toilet. Possibility to rent bicycles. Wonderful walk to the Vättern from the golf course. Very friendly reception.

Nice place on the water. Clean sanitary, shower 50 pence and electric with £ 2 piece for 12 hours.

Wonderful place to explore the area and distilleries. Nice walking path to Dufftown and you can return by bus. Toilets are regularly cleaned. The drinking water runs with a small stream. So be patient.
