No more than a parking space. There are many buses parked there. You are standing quite level. You are on a main road. Great place for an overnight stay

An excellent location. we stayed here 1 night. we were there for the stated 12 hours. Bus stop for the bus to the city is right outside the door. You can also rent a bicycle there and park elsewhere. Keep an eye on. You can only rent 1 bicycle per credit card at a time. That is a disadvantage. If you workout at Anytime, you can take your sports equipment with you. Gym also on the doorstep.
