The five stars are definitely for the location and the ease of check-in and check-out; please note: there is no shower or toilet. You can reach the heart of the city center in no time by bike; it is basically a straight road there. In conclusion, La Rochelle is definitely worth visiting!!

What an experience here; in the high season, you really have to join the queue before 10:30, because there definitely is one. The check-in is chaotic to the extreme, but what a fantastic location, and you can take the bus straight to the heart of Bilbao. Unfortunately, we had a cloudy time, so no good view, even though there certainly is one here.

Beautiful campsite that, in our opinion, easily deserved 4 stars, with nice and very clean sanitary facilities, but they are also cleaning almost all day long. There is plenty to do in Laredo by bike, nice terraces, and a friendly atmosphere. We ended up there by accident, but despite that, highly recommended.

What friendly people, beautifully renovated restrooms, and clean too. They even bring the sandwiches you order, and there's delicious coffee in reception. Unfortunately, it was only for one night, partly due to the poor weather, but we'll definitely be back. Only 4 stars because of the odd layout of the pitches.

We stumbled upon this one by chance. Surprisingly high quality for a campsite, though they focus on chalets. Pitches are on gravel, which looks nice but isn't practical. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful location with small pitches, no problem staying here for a night. But as others mentioned, don't expect too much from the sanitary facilities. The restaurant next door has delicious food. The 4 stars are due to the location.
