We stayed here for 5 days during the third week of September and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a quiet campsite with many large trees, so it was nice and shady, right on the Dordogne. The owner is friendly and cleans the sanitary facilities every morning. The sanitary building could use a facelift, but for the 16 euros we paid per day (including electricity), there won't be much left for a major overhaul. The showers were wonderfully warm; what more could you ask for? We will definitely be back.

Quiet parking area located on the edge of the village where you are allowed to park and stay overnight with your camper. Simple grounds with a beautiful view. It is a shame about the two old campers that have been parked there too long, but the campsite is not to blame for that. Take a walk to the village and let yourself be surprised by the beautiful old center; you won't believe your eyes.

We stayed here for the past 2 days. The motorhome site is busy; it has been full for both of these days. It is actually nothing more than a narrow parking spot where you park side by side and where camping behavior isn't really possible. But directly behind the motorhomes is a rock, and if you climb up there, you are rewarded with a beautiful view over the bay (see photo 3). We sat there wonderfully in the sun and enjoyed the view.

I agree with most of the previous comments about the campsite and the sanitary facilities. There is a lot of room for improvement, but we had a fine stay here, €17 including electricity. It is nice to know that there is a lovely walk, especially with a dog, on a sandy path along a fast-flowing canal. To get there, leave the campsite, turn right onto the road, and after +/- 75 meters turn left across the road onto the path located directly to the right of the transformer building. The path is +/- 200 m to the water.
