Quiet location, compact layout, clean site. Water and waste disposal facilities are okay. The automated entrance machine is a sign of bureaucratic overkill and a passion for data collection. Elsewhere, the same results are achieved with significantly less red tape. One should critically consider the purpose of all this. ...
