If you have your own sanitary facilities in the camper, this place is suitable for a night in transit. The sanitary facilities offered are abysmal. Both in terms of its condition and hygiene. The facilities (restaurant, swimming pool) on the site are faded glory. The campsite itself and the location are very nice.
Sitecode: 21580
Beautiful campsite, beautiful location. Larger campers have a slightly more limited choice, but there is something for everyone. Just outside the campsite, there is a beautiful playground for slightly older children. Perfect base for walking or (sports) cycling in the mountains. As far as I'm concerned, that's how camping should be.
Sitecode: 15796
Directly on Lake Geneva. Access to the beach is closed in the evening. Probably to prevent walking from beach to campsite. I understand that, very noisy on the beach in the evening, but also lively and pleasant. Reception friendly. Sanitary facilities are outdated and cleaning is very poor. But a refreshing dip in the lake does wonders (in the morning).
Sitecode: 99589
Great, quiet place for 1 night. (More is not allowed.) If the museum is open, payment can be made at reception. (SFR10) Otherwise pay with cash. The museum toilets can be used, even outside opening hours. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. The museum itself gives a nice picture of CH over the years. Various cantons receive specific attention. Set aside at least half a day for it.

Minimal number, not very spacious places. Virtually no shade. Surface is gravel. Lake view only applies to a few places. But with a chair under your arm and a pot of coffee, walk 50 m in the evening and you are on the beach. Sanitary facilities are fine. Reception staff very friendly. Cycling to Neuchatel is easy. Fine for 1-2 nights. Well worth the price.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of August. Due to severe weather forecast, management took into account the allocation of space. Sanitary facilities neat. Directly at the entrance to the canyon. Suitable for walking or cycling. Mi. not for long term stay.
Sitecode: 100570
Lovely small-scale campsite with a fantastic location. Sanitary facilities are not luxurious, but are kept clean and spacious enough. Not really suitable for families with children. Especially for mountain hikers and sports cyclists.
Sitecode: 26834
Camper place with some amenities (toilet, landfill, clean water - no shower). Several restaurants in a beautiful village. Small shop with essentials. Excellent base for beautiful walks. You can pay with coins, a QR code or at the info point for a card with bank card. 24 sfr. for 24 hours.
Sitecode: 58950
Excellent campsite for visiting Aosta region. Employees very friendly. Plumbing looks a bit old, but spacious enough in my opinion. Tight entrance. From Aosta left of the road.
Sitecode: 49588
At the end of August, beginning of September stood for 2 nights. Perfect for visiting Turin. Very easy to reach by bike and fun, along the Po and through the park. Without bicycles fine with public transport, stop directly in front of the cp. Plumbing can go through with it, no more. Electricity and water at every spot. At cp restaurant with sunbathing area which is available for motor home. Reception closed from 1 pm to 3 pm. Tip: go for a spot with shade.

At the beginning of September stood 2 nights. Real family camping. Possibilities for entertainment very good, toilet block very good, but campsite is very noisy. Lots of rentals and difficult check-in. And with almost 50 Fr for 2 pers. p.n. in my opinion good for the price, but appropriate for these types of campsites and locations. Not really 'my campsite'.
Sitecode: 25823
Fine for a visit of a few days to Bamberg. A bit messy image of fields and the like, but excellent toilet facilities. Paved surface.
Sitecode: 9751
Great place at a nice distance from Bern. The numbers stated are incorrect. Are 50 spots. Cycling or walking along the Aare 2.5 km Swimming, or better, let it drift in the Aare. but be well informed. Do not underestimate in terms of flow, temperature, etc. Showers, toilets are fine. Camper care right outside campsite. Also available without standing there. p.p.p.n. CHF 14/camper 15/current 3.50/shower 1.50 p. 3 min.
Sitecode: 3153
Camper place fills up pretty quickly. But you can park along the street for €5 - 24 hours. Was a quiet, fine night. Pay, 3x controller hit and that in the time I was at the camper. Camperplace has a sani column that you can use. In my opinion, you have 'done' the island itself (by bike) in a day. Within walking distance a choice of several restaurants.
Sitecode: 22842
Located directly on the lake. Camper place on asphalt or fine gravel. Very large, in three parts (going through forest). Part of electricity and other facilities on paved terraces. When you go for a walk and do not have to stay with the camper; fine. Village has a few restaurants within walking distance.
Sitecode: 79443
Farm campsite. Quiet area. Hospitable and friendly owner. Sanitary neat and well maintained. Had a very pleasant weekend.
Sitecode: 15694
Also excellent for the late season. Arrived at a rather late time and in the dark, but with all respect received. Some camper pitches with paved surfaces (gravel). Heated recreation building with many facilities (including 1 urinal, 1 toilet and 1 shower). Other showers in a different, non-heated building. All well maintained and clean.
Sitecode: 86558
Wonderfully quiet location in the green hills between Nijmegen and Groesbeek. People who like to run something like that. Mixed toilet group (can also say 'gender neutral' :)) is neat. Waste water dump via bucket. Chemical toilet and waste point available. Excellent base for Nijmegen, with perfect cycling and walking opportunities. No facilities for children.
Sitecode: 29260
Great base to enjoy the city. Come there regularly. Place the camper and then meet up with (former-study) friends. Peacefully quiet. Manager friendly, helpful and wonderfully relaxed. Sometimes very soggy, but is well taken into account by the manager when placing a camper. Facilities are present. Plumbing is satisfactory, but touches old. Clean to the eye, but could be better.
Sitecode: 3523
Very good to do. Quiet, at the end of a cul-de-sac with nice views too. Stayed on a return trip overnight. Just walk through the hotel, reported to the bar inside. Immediately informed that I was welcome. No power needed, so be ready. Eaten in restaurant (not required). Real German, a large beer mug with schnitzel and roast potatoes for € 20 (rounded off by myself for 'free' standing). Everyone happy.
Sitecode: 1146
01-09-19 Really a location to stand a night in transit. Although the area also offers walking and cycling opportunities, the location is as far as I am concerned, offering little for a longer period. Two toilets that are clean. No showers. Electricity against payment, rest (chemical toilet and (waste) water) free. Incidentally, it is unclear to me why some motor home owners believe that there should be no caravans or that this detracts from such a location.
Sitecode: 26124
A lawn that offers the possibility to place your camper. It is not much more, but you do not need much more for transit. Directly at the berth of boats that navigate the Danube. During the day, boats and buses arrive and depart as a transfer to the very special abbey of Melk. Toilets and showers sufficient when you have no requirements and are happy that it is there. We do not need it (motorhome provides), but have still used it.
Sitecode: 58183
01-09 / 04-09-2019 Quiet campsite with a large number of permanent pitches, separated from the part with temporary guests. Does not disturb at all. Choose where you want to be. Earlier report of number of toilets / showers not correct. Corridor on both sides and therefore double quantity (4 to 4). Located directly on the lake. Lovely swimming in the morning immediately in crystal clear water. Many cycling and walking options. € 20 pn (motorhome, 2 p., Electricity and showering). TB € 1.90 pppn St. Wolfgang nice place to visit.
Sitecode: 41899
23-08 / 25-08-2019 Large family campsite. Not much special, little atmosphere but offers what is needed. Directly on the lake, but far into the water to swim (shallow). Plumbing is sufficient. € 33.70 pn (2 pers., Camper, electricity and tax).
Sitecode: 26550
19-08 / 22-08-2019 Good campsite. Sometimes some tight places, but for us enough choice. Located on the Danube, but you get nothing from camping. Great base to visit Vienna. Easy-to-ride cycle path along the Danube 14 km to the center.
Sitecode: 26587
Great, quiet campsite. Enough spacious places. Toilet building neat. Paid showering. Environment suitable for cycling. Rest place recommended. Always bring free Neusiedlersee Karte. Free access to at least every beach at NSS. Lake itself not well swallowable everywhere by shallow, but nice clear water. Swimming pool located directly at the campsite is excellent. Environment Unesco nature reserve and lots of rest. Other experiences at greater distances. Very suitable for transit to the Balkans. (2 p., Camper, electricity, showering and tax € 32, = pn)
Sitecode: 70704
Were here 27-31 Aug. Excellent campsite with fantastic location on the water. All facilities available and tidy. Restaurant with a standard menu. In direct connection with the campsite, a private lawn for camping guests on the lake. Ideal to start swimming in the morning in a wonderfully clear lake. Places reasonable. Were pn (2 p., Motorhome and electricity) € 32 lost. Many hiking and cycling opportunities in the region.
Sitecode: 23731
Great campsite. Both shadow and sun spots. Excellent and clean sanitary. Shop is basic, but sufficient. Restaurant on site, so certainly ideal for a transit. That the places are small is completely nonsense since you can choose from categories. At a slightly higher rate you can get places of 80-100 m2 or even> 100 m2. We have chosen the smallest category (up to 80 m2) and were able to easily park a car in addition to our 7.10 m motorhome (it was not there, but still). You can choose a place yourself and yes, you can also go for a smaller one or close to waste containers. For 2 people, 2 nights € 78.80 lost. Not cheap. Enough walking and cycling opportunities in the region. The beach is fantastic, but unfortunately no longer free for campers. From 15.00 adjusted rate.
Sitecode: 4330
Only stood (26-08) to view city. Then fine. For € 5, = you have 6 hours. Keep an eye on the closing time between noon. I have been able to open the barrier manually to drive away. For overnight stay (€ 12, =) not my place, but you stay the night in Pisa then definitely an option.
Sitecode: 26103
In September 2 nights stood. Oubberly and moderately maintained, but if you can look through it, great camping. Fantastic hiking and cycling opportunities directly from terrain. Small Imbiss-like eatery on the campsite, run by owner. All very friendly. For children not much to experience, but with that again wonderfully quiet. Very ideal for transit, rigidly situated on Fernpass.
Sitecode: 65181
From 30-08 to 01-09. Terraced camping. Everything that needs to be done. Nice and quiet, directly on lake and walking / cycling distance from Malcesine. Toilets more than sufficient. Sometimes maneuvering on terrain, but places themselves are spacious enough. Price / quality in order. Water and mountains provide sufficient for active holidays.
Sitecode: 62752
Excellent camping. Price / quality for this region is fine. New sanitary block built on, clean and thick sufficient. I only have the washbasins at knee height. Base for visiting towns, region excellent and in the evening just stroll along boulevard. On the terrain it is for some places some maneuvering with a slightly larger camper.
Sitecode: 21210
Only a step-leak, nothing else. But for transit fine. Just asked at kiosk in front P. Is actually always spot. Do not let a problem arrive. Nice fresh air on boulevard. Affected, very hard end, therefore many (kite) surfers. Nice.
Sitecode: 51019
Meestr facilities are there. Outdoor showers, no toilets. Reasonably spacious places. In any case, sufficient to set awning out. Was also necessary due to shade. Approx. 4 km from the beach, which was very busy. Lag on period. Italians vacation, a weekend with hot temperatures. CP slightly away from crowds therefore delicious. Supermarket at about 500 m. Expanding number of places.
Sitecode: 4515
There is not much available in the direct region. That makes this CP acceptable. Location is fairly quiet for a port area, terrain is chaotic / not maintained. Sin, because with a bit of attention you could make something of it. The region is fantastic, however, and that makes an overnight stay. For the rest price / quality very moderate.
Sitecode: 8285
Now three times have been. Great to visit the city. Space enough. Do not expect anything from electricity. Never actually does it. And for the use of the toilets you could ever collect a key, but in the meantime you no longer use Administrators a bit 'eccentric' (sitting all night drinking) but nice. Do not do more than necessary. The park best describes the 'safe'. Behind glass door is a red bucket (without water). It is cheaper than parking in the city. Later we keep it there. Incidentally, tram leaves near the center, but cycling is not a luxury.
Sitecode: 63552
What a fantastic location. View three waterfalls from under your awning. All facilities fine. Hiking opportunities too. Water along the campsite.
Sitecode: 58178
European campsite of the year 2017 ?? I do not understand why. Has something to offer, but is absolutely nothing special. Toilet buildings new and fine, but are not (sufficiently) cleaned. Cheapest self-cleaning toilet seat system, thus without any chance for a campsite. Do not do more than, but it seems to dismiss from cleaning duty. Woody campground with limited space for larger campers. Well directly to water and for youth also many possibilities, but also very noisy and indeed until late in the evening disco. Not for me.
Sitecode: 55472
We were in transit in October after a weekend Berlin and then it meets well, but also nothing special. Underground was very sombre, but there was also a choice for paved surfaces. Terrassencamping, so top packed. Sanitary is moderate. This with city, but that did not have much to offer.
Sitecode: 52272
Excellent. No toilet / shower, everything else available. Great view of ancient Assisi. To walk upstairs fine to do and recommended above take camper. € 15, electricity € 3. Underground gravel. Large supermarket at approx. 1km. (via Raffaello) in low Assisi on the other side of cp.
Sitecode: 6363
Meets for a visit to old town. Small but steep walk to cable car. To do fine on foot. One night stood, very quiet and wonderful in the shade. The aforementioned facilities also comply. Toilets moderate.
Sitecode: 47961
As far as I am concerned, I expect from a motorhome. Well maintained grounds, with friendly owners. Receive direct info environment. Not all places have power and amps different. Let's see which suits you and then put down. Furthermore everything is present. Cash and coins are necessary. Environment offers sufficient for a few days.
Sitecode: 5800
Beautiful location. Great base for hiking or cycling. Several restaurants in village at 100 m. No supermarket or something discovered. Today (looks like the entire season) is free. With that no facilities, so no electricity. More as a pitch does not offer it.
Sitecode: 433
Located directly on the city center. Suffice when it comes to sleeping. Putting down the camper, taking a city walk, restaurant and a terrace, sleeping and being away again. No fun.
Sitecode: 27925
Camping along fast flowing water. Do you like peace and quiet, especially on the field at the bottom of the water. Then, however, no power. Toilet building reasonably recently refurbished and fine. Swimming pool, further little play facilities children. Environment must do it. Cable car goes over camping. Brings you into the mountains like that. Bike and hiking opportunities enough.
Sitecode: 6704
Location is beautiful. (New?) Sani column with 2 power connections. Not much for the location, but still. Village Moustier Ste Marie an obligation when you stand here. When it is / appears to be full, do not turn around too quickly. Right in the back a path goes down a little bit with about 10 places. Camping Manayasse is located at about 500m from camper place. Incl. electricity only little more expensive.
Sitecode: 13239
Sept. '17 Had rained properly in the region for days before. Campsite was a bit soggy. So chose for paved RV sites (gravel). Fine alternative. Sanitary, old-fashioned, but more than adequate, neat and clean. Owners very friendly.
Sitecode: 23738
Excellent place for transit. Between each two camper pitches to lawn with picnic tables and trash cans. Furthermore, no facilities, but what do you want; Place is free. Compliment for Sittard.
Sitecode: 26660
Perfect place for transit. No specials (right next to big bale stairs). € 5, =. Current per kwh. A few € 0.50 coins are required.
Sitecode: 1146
Aug./Sept. '17. Great place. Two nights stood. Directly on farm enough bike and walking possibilities. Sanitary simple but very clean. Had a place far from power outlet, but luckily also long cable. Cows with bells on the alm. From there went to Dachstein suspension bridge / glacier. Recommend for people without fear of height.
Sitecode: 2298
Sept. '17 Suitable for a night in transit. Furthermore, little special. The barrier system works well. € 6.00 + € 0.50 pppd
Sitecode: 24188
Sept. '17 Camping is adequate. All amenities available, sanitary clean. NL speaking reception. Going to the city center by bike, it's a busy road and sometimes something spicy by slopes.
Sitecode: 4357
Good location, dozens of meters from the lake. Facilities sufficient. Great to from there the fantastic route via D954 along the lake to go down the Verdon.
Sitecode: 2342
Sept. '17 Good place, right in the center of the village. For € 6.50 to do well. Toilet building was very poor / dirty, but not used. Several restaurants within 500 m. Two km away, just outside the village, however, quieter locations incl flow and yet cheaper. If you want to stand a little longer, I would go for it.
Sitecode: 42290
Sept '17, 3 days. Typical French campsite. Friendly manager. Bread service. Plumbing very simple but satisfies well. Arid, dry surface. Some places tight for larger campers, but plenty of choice. Nothing special for children. ACSI card as ID accepted. Price / quality very good. Was charged per night with electricity and tb € 12.00.
