Made a last-minute booking for 1 night... received super friendly service and got a beautiful spot on the second-highest terrace. It's lovely waking up to that view. We'll put up with the slight climb. The sanitary facilities are top-notch, and there is a lovely little beach and sunbathing area by the lake. The road is a bit noisy though! The only downside we found was the bistro, where you can't order anything to eat after 7:30 PM!?!

Let me start by saying that we had a wonderful week…… but 4**** only for the welcome sign at the entrance and a few new fire hoses. The rest is really in need of major maintenance, especially the roads, electricity, and water connections. The food and service are top-notch. The beach..... well..... phenomenal view, but lying down comfortably and relaxed is out of the question with all those walkers following their route along the beach! Also a lot of textiles during our week☠️

Drove here on a whim and got a nice spot for 1 night without the mandatory email... and that just 5 minutes before closing time... phew. Big plus for the hospitality. We thought it was a neat, somewhat dated campsite... nothing wrong with it, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Bergen village center is a 10-minute walk away, very nice, and we had a delicious meal at the Greek restaurant.

Our 2nd time here…. once again absolutely top-notch in every respect….. a solid 5* for the campsite & crew. Until the next time 💯✅❤️

The sanitary facilities are unfortunately a poor contrast to the rest. What a dirty, old mess, and considering the size of the campsite, a few more sanitary facilities could easily be added. Such a shame, the rest is really quite good!

Wow… what a lovely campsite, super hospitable and friendly staff, and a lovely beer and wine from the region. The menu is not huge, but what the owner cooks on the BBQ is delicious. The surroundings are beautiful, something for everyone. Walked three indicated routes varying from 1.5 to 3 hours ….. If you like climbing and scrambling, routes 30 and the 3 legends are recommended. One thing is for sure, we will be back!!

Only the lonely….. at this beautiful location. Lovely walk and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Toilet and water facilities idd a gate further, as described in an earlier review. Very satisfied and will definitely come again!

Hit by luck on this one. Ideal campsite to spend the night. Many travelers who use this. Highway nearby is audible, but not really disturbing. Sufficiently spacious places available. Beautiful luxury sanitary facilities and a delicious meal in the restaurant while enjoying a locally brewed wheat beer! Beautiful lake adjacent where you can enjoy a nice walk!

Spend 2 days at this wonderful campsite. A warm welcome by the owner himself .... nice swimming pool and a restaurant where you can eat. You will rarely come across such beautiful and clean sanitary facilities anywhere, even the beauty of a dog shower surpasses many campsites. Do you have children, definitely recommended, fun activities are organized. Take a long extension cable of at least 30m with you, you really need it in some places! Highly recommended and will definitely blow your mind again!

Last Friday on the road I called half an hour before arrival and managed to get the last place. Kindly received by a lady at the harbor master. Nice spacious place overlooking the beautiful harbor. Pasjes system gates works perfectly. Due to Covid 19 measures only men's showers open, so share with the ladies! Clean, but sometimes ice cold water :-( Another small downside is the overdue maintenance of certain buildings and landscaping. All in all a wonderful base for cycling enthusiasts and walkers to enjoy the beautiful Waterland. Wonderful rest on the marina itself during our stay visit! Will definitely come back, maybe with secateurs :-))
