great place to stop and feels safe too. water and waste areas . Rubbish bins . plenty of space to park. Lovely village to walk to dating back to the Iron Age . Friendly Bar to sample drinks and snacks .

great place to stop over . walks , cycling , wine and a sports centre next door . Good value 6e.

excellent camping field spacious over looking a lake . very peaceful apart from the odd train nearby travelling past. lots of wild life . Cider farm one mile away.Lilly’s. Local pub less than a mile walking across the meadows. Great stay over .

Lovely spacious orchard on the farm . Plenty of room to have that sense of freedom. owners are friendly and you can by free range eggs . Village shop and local pub 10 minute walk away. Great are to walk and visit Bradford Upon Avon - Trowbridge and Frome.

As mentioned a very tidy Aire. Little noisy close to the Trucks apart from that ideal when you need a break from long hours in the seat. one very noticeable thing it appears it a place for Men to have contact with each other ! To many coming and goings in the bushes for our liken . Not our thing . Sorry no Phots !

visited this stop several times . never disappoints. Today is probably the worst day that we have experienced here with the weather . But you just have to love the surroundings and space that you have . Great value love it !

lovely CP very quiet . with picnic tables near by . water - waste points . no electric but it a great place to stop over . Shame UK doesn’t have these types of places . Thank you France .

A Lovely quiet relaxing stop after a long day driving . Beautiful walk around the lake and around the Historic Chateau . A worthy visit. I only wished that the UK could replicate such a stop by a local authorities.. 🤔

great place for a wine tour and a stop over . worth the money . great staff. Over night by the remote church with stars and stars. wonderful sight . Very safe .

Great scenery over looking the lake and the village. As mentioned previously , Do not drive over the wooded blocks on the ground … As you may damage your tyres .

Great over night stop plenty of space . Little village has everything you need. Also try the local Bar/Restaurant called O Cantinho opposite the taxi stand . Cracking home cooked Português food

Some of the previous reviews don’t do this Camp site justice.. Firstly like it says it’s a camp site !! Not Motorhome car park!! Except it for what it is .. We have a 7.5 motorhome 3.2 height we got round the site okay . If your not confident in what your driving then give it a miss. Yes some of the pitches are in level and do have roots , use your camping skills and make do..

Easy stop from the motorway . But unfortunately for us the car park appears to be a place Youths gather on the motor bikes from 11pm !! Noise was in believable . So at midnight we just had to move !!

Great place to stop over and visit the town. Value for money. Stopped there 31/1/20 very quite . All services working 8e for 24hrs

Arrived in January and the site had no water or waste open however electric was available. The owner was friendly and charged 25e for the night .. Great views but nothing else around the area.

We arrived at the end of January and the site is closed for the winter .. How ever the owner insisted we stay the night and even provided electric from their home .. Very welcoming indeed and they also provided home made cakes ..

Eventually located the site ! GPS co ordinates are in correct that the App has.. Also site was closed up for the winter. So 2 lots of Duff info which doesn’t help when you been driving all day ..

Excellent stop over . Came for the day ended up staying 3 .. Very well organised Camper / camping stop. All facilities on each pitch. Lovely terrace area to sit and eat / cook if need be . The young gentleman that owns the site is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in in January when temperatures dropped to minus 5 /6 and still able to have all facilities working .

Great location to visit München. The Lady of the Farm site is very welcoming and helpful. If your a towny type person and don’t like the countryside smells then this is not for you . It’s a working farm and a clean one at that. If you need electric ensure you have plenty of euro coins ..
