What a beautiful place this is, especially if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. There's a train station in the village of Bengel, and a train leaves every hour for Trier and Cochem. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. The owner is a comedian with red hair and eyebrows. He's incredibly friendly and dedicated to ensuring you have a good time. There's an off-leash area for dogs, as well as a swimming area. Definitely a place to return to.

Great campsite on a high rock. Sanitary facilities were very clean, showers we were fortunately prepared for by the review. I spoke to reception about it and they are going to place new shower heads and shower curtains. Restaurant was closed but you can have food delivered from various eateries. Friendly reception. Beautiful walking area. We added an extra day.

A beautiful campsite, quiet and very clean. The people here are super nice. You feel very welcome. Warm rolls for breakfast and a restaurant. We did not go to the restaurant. The Moor is very close and beautiful. Don't follow your Tom Tom here. You have to go to Tavistock first, otherwise you will end up on very narrow roads. We will definitely come back here.

Super friendly welcome, modern sanitary facilities, which are clean. There is a separate dog walking area, which our dog loved. You can hear the main road, because you are standing under it, but it is not disturbing. Every now and then you hear the train, but at night it is quiet. You are quickly in the village. Delicious food on the advice of the hostess at Battistrasse on the water. Supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed here for two nights, wonderfully quiet and clean. You can eat here very well, simple but tasty. So you don't have to cook much. The owners are super friendly. For E10,- we had a late checkout. We will definitely come back here

Great place, quiet, nice and clean. Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. Bus stop to the right of the campsite a few minutes walk. The bus runs to York every 15/20 minutes. Owners super friendly. Gray water can be discharged with buckets or a hose. This campsite is a real gem.

Nice campsite on a lake with a sandy beach. Sanitary clean. Wonderfully friendly Dutch owners. Possibility to eat snack on the campsite. Tasty sandwiches for breakfast. If we're ever in the area, we'll definitely stay there again.

This felt like a pampering campsite to me. Dear Dutch owners, delicious sandwiches for breakfast, beautiful quiet spot on the water, where you could swim, incredibly clean sanitary facilities and delicious food in the restaurant. You can hear the traffic, but that does not outweigh all the pleasures of the campsite. Really a top campsite.

Great campsite, sanitary facilities have been renewed and are clean. Sufficient toilets and showers. The people walking around are very friendly. the card system takes some getting used to but works well. Money is asked for everything and that is easier with a ticket. A beautiful environment. Very nice campsite on a cycling route. Chambord castle within cycling distance. Plumbing was good. No toilet paper. Service station for the motorhome was good. There is a sheepfold next to it. Very nice to see when they come home in the evening

Great campsite where you can order bread. The bakery fairly close by has much tastier baguettes. Train to Reims or before 8.30 am and then only from 2 pm. The last train back to the village is at the beginning of the evening. Just to keep your plans in mind.

Unique campsite with an old part and a new part. In the old part is the reception and tables and chairs. Waffles, crepes etc are available at the reception as well as drinks. Plumbing is limited in the old part. Beautiful view over a slufter, great for cycling here. You can get water for E2, - Must be specially arranged. You cannot discharge your dirty water. There is no place to empty your toilet. Service station we have yet to discover

Beautifully beautiful motorhome. Very spacious and in green. Even if it were full, you have the space. The cows graze in front of the camper. Clean and nice sanitary facilities. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely campsite, spacious pitches, very quiet, very friendly managers. The sanitary facilities are clean. There is a Saturday program where you can eat pizza or fries, sometimes there is live music. on weekends there are fresh bread rolls.

A great new campsite, there are alpacas and chickens that can be petted. the managers and their children are insanely friendly. everything has been thought of here at the campsite. Clean and new sanitary facilities without coins. highly recommended.

Wonderfully quiet campsite with an enthusiastic owner. The sanitary facilities are clean. Great place to hike from there and from there. A recreation room is available where you can find cycling and walking tours. There are fresh eggs from their own chickens for sale. We will be back for sure

We were at the camper place at the start of the campsite. It smelled of waste there, the camper place appears to be almost next to the garbage dump of the campsite and the campsite is huge, so a lot of waste. The smell made me sick. I will never come back here despite the fact that the camper place was nice.

Messy but pleasant camper place. The owner is super friendly and wants to do everything that everything is to your liking. 2 bathrooms with toilet are clean. I will definitely return if I am in the area

Great camper place on the water, plumbing and showers a short walk, but clean. Can you only come in with a pass, deposit E20, - Harbor master is little present out of season, comes along in the evening. Is not available by phone.
