Shaded pitch. Lovely swimming pool. Sanitary facilities clean but shower hot water fluctuated. Good laundry facility €4 for large machine €0.80 for detergent and €0.30 for conditioner. WiFi signal too weak to get any service on the pitch we were on. Cycled into Bologna took about forty minutes mostly on bike lanes. Great location to visit this city

Site on side of lake and has the potential to be lovely however it is let down by its facilities. Showers and toilet area need more regular cleans. Bins were overflowing. Showers for hot water or dish washing required 50 cents. Some of the permanent residents were quite loud. Easy bike route into Lecco which has shops, bars, restaurants and ferry.

Perfect location on the lakeside which was great for swimming. We had a lovely shaded pitch which helped us during the heatwave. Hot showers and lovely clean facilities. Gardener tidied site every day. Washing machine and dryer available. Easy bike ride into Iseo a small town with shops and bars and ferry service. Great customer service .

A Motorhome car park with beautiful views. A short walk into the centre and placed for lovely summer walking. Great pizza eat in or out a minute down the road
