Not busy anymore in the autumn. Great spot on a small field. We had a choice. Received a brochure with nice cycling routes, among other things. Apparently, the license plate is registered because we could drive in and out just like that, even though reception wasn't present all the time (anymore). But it can always be called up. Stunning woods and cycling environment. Sanitary facilities are (only) at the reception.

Everything has already been said. The volunteer Lammert, who more or less manages the place, is a real sweetheart. Always up for a chat and helpful. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly welcome, everything within reach, service regarding the weed control fabric, slept very peacefully. Beautifully maintained campsite and the rest of the park. Truly picturesque. We stepped right into the forest. 2 nights turned into 4. We will definitely be back.

We "camped" for a bit longer in the Netherlands for one of the few times and were surprised by the possibilities. Friendly welcome, clean sanitary facilities, beautiful cycling and walking area, and nice and quiet sleeping there too. These pitches are very spaciously laid out, so there is still a reasonable amount of privacy. Entertainment has to be sought and found elsewhere. We will certainly be coming back. Rest area for those who are 100% deaf or use custom-fitted earplugs. What a racket from the road and the train, and a humming sound from what I think is a fountain in the adjacent park. The center is much further than a kilometer away. They really could be a bit more hospitable in Saarbrücken. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

We were here last weekend after long traffic jams and such. Despite the fact that everything was really full (Saturday evening), the nice lady there still gave us a reserve spot. Very helpful indeed. We thought it was a great place and stayed 2 nights before going home. Cozy campsite, nice, interesting, and beautiful surroundings with many possibilities. We will definitely go back again.

Everything has already been said. Great spot. Maastricht is also within easy walking distance from this camper site. Do arrive on time! On Fridays and Saturdays, at least during this period, it is completely full by late afternoon. People tried, but the machine is no longer issuing tickets.

You have to be able to tolerate traffic noise, but it's quiet at night. After all, you come for the town. Perfectly fine for one night. Everything you need is close at hand. Thanks, S-J-de-Luz

What a fantastic, clean, small campsite. The owner is very helpful. It filled up quickly, but we were still able to get a spot in a sort of front area where there is also water and electricity. A neat, sweet, solution-oriented, and English-speaking lady. Top-notch! Great for visiting Bordeaux as well as forest walks.
