beautiful campsite with all kinds of possible activities. On the water and with a good restaurant, snack corner and sanitary facilities. Beautifully located close to the center of Winsum. Friendly staff is ready for all guests.

3 camper pitches that can be booked for £6 per night (6:00 PM - 9:00 AM) via the payment machine. A bit of a hassle but it works. Outside night times the normal rates apply. Camper rate can therefore only be selected after 6:00 PM. In the middle of the town with plenty of opportunities to enjoy yourself here for a day/night. There were more than 3 campers, but I don't think that is a problem. So buy a ticket...

good place with very beautiful places on the lake. surrounded by mountains and stray deer. free space and arrive on time so that you have electricity.

great place, stayed 1 night. once again lucky and able to get the last place. part of a UK club. indicate that your camper has been rented and you will receive a lower price. toilet and other facilities in good condition. nice staff and beautiful view.

Great place. No fuss or hassle, just a neat paved spot near the water. facilities were basic but clean and the music in the toilet block makes it complete. electricity, camper and 2 people was £28. Free water and gray water discharge. everything is fine. We arrived without a reservation and there happened to be 1 spot left. For the rest, almost all camper spots on campsites in Scotland are currently full.

spot without electricity £20 for a camper and 2 people. had to be free, there are no fixed places and therefore enough space to stand without a reservation. facilities are otherwise basic but in good order.

nicely located close to the city. every 12 minutes a bus passes by and takes you into the city. good facilities and friendly staff.

a perfect stopover from Dover. we were on our way to Scotland and happened to end up here. Friendly welcome, excellent sanitary facilities and a very beautiful castle (Howart Castle) which we also visited the next day. Recommended
