Everything in the previous reviews is accurate. A lovely spot, and transport to the city is well organized with a private taxi driver! The last stretch of road to the campsite is a bit tricky, but take it easy and you will be rewarded! Make sure to read the route described by the campsite ITSELF carefully!!

What a lovely place to stay. Very friendly hostess. Unfortunately, there were no spots left because a whole group had booked again, but we got a spot on the terrace at their home with a lovely shaded backyard. Walking to the town is easy.

We stayed here for 2 days. It is indeed a beautiful location! The sanitary facilities are old and primitive, but everything works fine! Hot water for showering and washing dishes. The owners are friendly and helpful and are working very hard to be able to open their bar and restaurant this coming Monday. Apparently, finding staff is a big problem here too. 🥴

A great location to visit the monasteries of Meteora!! You can also rent electric bikes there, and visiting the monasteries is perfectly doable with them! However, the spaces are cramped, especially when a group like Endless on Wheels is there. Do leave for the monasteries on time, because it gets very crowded quickly with hordes of tourists on buses!

We have been here twice during our trip through Greece. A beautiful location and close to the center. You are welcomed by a whole flock of geese and the rowing club is indeed very prominent, but we didn't find that to be a problem. After all, there is plenty to see on the water! The sanitary facilities are outdated, but there is perfectly good hot water coming out everywhere! It is not the cheapest campsite, unfortunately, but the washing machine can be used for free.
