An email exchange with Betty on 01-08 2021 shows that the location is indeed closed permanently and may never be opened again. Angry neighbor won and Betty and motor home lost. We are sorry about this beautiful CP.

Alles wat eerder is geschreven klopt, echter na twee nachten staan geen beheerder gezien, wel vele b&b gasten en appartement bewoners. Dus geen broodservice. Let op: de loosplaats voor Chem toilet is het gasten toilet, grijswater in een put tussen de gebouwen, lastig daar bij te komen dus dan maar met een emmer. Geld op een tafel bij het logboek achter gelaten, hebben meerdere gedaan

Bad Sooden and Allendorf are both beautiful cities, Bad Sooden with the thermal baths and Allendorf with almost only large old and well-restored half-timbered houses. There are more than 100 places and 44 sockets for € 0.50 1 kw. When it rains heavily, the lawn becomes soggy

We were here on 24-05 2019 on the way to Copenhagen, spacious places. Sani, toilet, shower and payment machine at port office. Pay close attention when choosing what you want, standard rate, excl. Deposit is Dkk 145 This includes the Dkk 30 pitch and an amount for E and shower, E is 20 kW, with normal use sufficient for 2 days. Shower is deducted from the amount paid in advance.

We were here on 01-06 2019 on our way back from Denmark. CP is an end of the highway but they are good roads to it. Stadje has many shops, bakers and a Lidl within walking distance. The only downside is that there is no discharge point for Chem. toilet is, that was already known. Everything on site is free and many CP nearby, should it be full here. Worth the detour.

We were here on 20-05 2019. Friendly reception, however, reception is limited on, if closed place itself search. Terrain is messy but the depots are fairly flat. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Showers and sanitary rooms are neat but 5 minutes for € 0.50 is on the short side. We think the price for the CP is a bit too high, but that close to Hamburg is not much better.
