We stayed here overnight on our way back home. Beautiful campsite with really nice managers. Places with and without shade. Fish pond where our dog swam. 2 sanitary buildings, 1 of which consists of various cabins and the other dated. Super clean and everything works fine. Lovely warm showers. Service station on the access road to the campsite. Grey/toilet/water filling free. Really recommended to stay here overnight.

Very nice camper place. Nice paved places. Trees at your place for shade if you are lucky. We were there on Friday at 15:30 and there were still a few places available. Great walking with your dog, you can walk straight into the forest. Bakery accessible via a path. Water and electricity paid. Dumping and toilet emptying free. You can hear the D951, can't do otherwise, camper place is almost next to it...... Thanks municipality, top place.

3rd week of June here. Everything that has been written before is true! Can't think of anything negative. A paradise. Very nice owners who have set the bar very high. As an extra addition: there are beautiful hiking opportunities around the campsite. When we left we discovered one that we didn't have, we have to go back again.....

We were here in the 2nd week of June '25. Beautiful campsite, located between Biarritz and Jean de Luz. Both easily accessible by E-bike via cycle paths. Beautiful pitches, luxurious sanitary building, nice swimming pool. Dogs can be walked just outside the campsite on the left. Bread service available. Beach within walking distance, dogs tolerated. Arrival after 14:30. If the wind is E/SE you can hear the motorway at night, we did not find it disturbing. Shopping Intermarche.

Beautiful large typical French campsite with many permanent pitches and rental accommodations. We were here during Pentecost and the regular guests also came for a long weekend. A bit noisy. After 23:00 it became very quiet. Sanitary facilities not very clean, could be improved. Gates in the fence easy to walk the dog. Excellent cycling to Mimizan and to the beach. Dogs are tolerated on the beach. We had a few very nice days here.

Agree with all previous reviewers. We were here from June 4 for a few days. Very pleased. Cyclists are appreciated here with their own cycle paths. Please note, do not arrive too late, the campsite is complete every evening!

Been here early June. Nice reception. Beautiful terraced campsite. We were in 3rd place with a full view of the lake and a tree for shade. Super beautiful surroundings and great walking/swimming with the dogs. Dated but very clean sanitary facilities. Cycling is also possible, but hilly. Highly recommended!

Very friendly welcome by the owner. Beautiful new camper area with renovated sanitary facilities. Chic, was just finished when we were there at the end of May. Lake was temporarily drained. Shopping around the corner. You can walk and cycle beautifully there. Definitely recommended with dogs, plenty of walking routes. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 night, but will stay a bit longer if we are in the area again.

Very nice spot along the Nivernais canal. Super quiet, all facilities in order. Really a nice French campsite. For access I would indeed choose the signage. You are then guided outside Clamecy. Is better than steep hill from the harbor and then left onto the narrow road (maps). Also possible, but with a larger camper I would choose the outside.

We were at this cp for the long Easter weekend. Agree with all the positive reviews. We were on the "old" field, right next to the horse pasture. Everything is tiptop arranged here, from showers/toilets to bicycle shed with the very practical washing up area. Lots of information/map available. Forest around the corner and beautiful bike rides in the area. One to remember. Until next time! Gero and Andrea.

Spent a long weekend here. What a great CP. Location right on the forest, facilities great and checking in and out a breeze. Electricity pole indeed with coins, just keep that in mind. It won't be the last time we'll be here...
