We wanted to stand here today, but there is a traffic sign at the entrance that it is forbidden to park for campers and caravans. So we drove on.

We are here now (30-01). There is nothing left to see from the flood. Everything looks great. Unfortunately the toilet block died, but that is no problem for us. We have a shower and toilet ourselves. We are happy that this beautiful and quiet camper place is open again.

Have been here in July 2016 for 10 days. The intention was just to stay a few days. Shops are plentiful in Pirna, which is easily accessible by bike via the Elbe. (Well on the way a decent climb to the motorhome, but doable with an e-bike. The Saxon Switzerland is a beautiful area. We will be back.
