Great small-scale campsite at a former farm close to Emmeloord. Spacious pitches, but no sanitary facilities. The price reflects that. Pleasant welcome and a nice covered 'hangout' area with amenities.

This was our second time at this CP. What a lovely spot, right next to a vast forest! Electricity is available, but otherwise you'll need to be self-sufficient. Very friendly owners. We'll definitely be back!

Beautifully landscaped campsite with paved areas on a former dairy farm in a lovely cycling and walking area. A warm welcome, and the owner is always approachable. All campsite facilities are available. It's great that there are also showers and toilets. Because it's also a recreational farm, it was quite busy this weekend. Shortly after 11 p.m., it was quiet. We certainly enjoyed the line dancing!

A very secluded spot in a lighted parking lot with a restaurant near five houses in the woods. It's free, but there are no amenities. The restaurant had a delicious meal. The welcome was friendly. TIP: Turn off Google Maps and drive via Salzböden, otherwise, like us 😢, you'll end up on a very narrow and bumpy unpaved road through the forest. TIP: Make sure you arrive early, otherwise the parking lot will be full. A truly special experience!

Fairly new, excellent campsite with spacious pitches, on the edge of the village, beautiful views over the meadows. A friendly welcome. There are opportunities for drinks and sandwiches on site. All pitches have electric hookups, and pay-as-you-go. There's only one restroom facility. No shaded spots. We had a wonderful time here!

Excellent CP in the heart of Dresden with not-too-spacious but adequate pitches. Almost directly on the Elbe; the Altstadt is within walking distance. If you want an EL (electric) parking space, be sure to arrive early, as only half the pitches have electricity. Toilets and water can be obtained from a station. The Elberadweg is right outside for cyclists; we even ran there 😁

Little to add to previous reviews: a lovely, quiet, rural campsite with plenty of space for campers. Very hospitable owners. Anyone wanting to visit Leipzig can easily take the express train from Bad Lausick.

A nice, quiet, small campsite, right behind the indoor pool. You need to register there first and pick up a key for the enclosed area. Toilets and showers are basic but well-maintained. You do need an extra (long) cable for power in some places. The campsite is also a bit far from the town center (2.5 km).

Excellent CP from the municipality of Erfurt. Although located on the outskirts of the city, the old city center is easily accessible by tram (or bike). Spacious pitches spread across two lots behind a central building with very complete and clean facilities. Everything is accessible with a pass. Electric vehicles are paid separately for each use.

We ended up here a bit by chance (in hindsight we should have been on the cliff or at the campsite outside Arromanches), but okay: right by the centre and plenty of space, but otherwise no atmosphere & uncomfortable in terms of safety. Not recommended.

Great location for a stopover & thanks to the municipality of Montreuil-sur-mer (which is not on the sea) for making this available for free! M. is a nice fortified town within walking distance. Take a walk on the old city walls and then have a drink on a terrace. Water intake and waste water discharge at the well-known column. No EL on site, but at the column to ‘refuel.’ NB Next to the CP is a construction site for apartments. No work when we were there.

Nicely landscaped campsite on the Semois with spacious pitches. Northern Ardennes, not far from the nice town of Durbuy. Sanitary facilities in good order, will be further improved. Nice central area with bar and terrace on the water. Very friendly Flemish owners. We immediately felt at home!

For the 2nd consecutive night at CP of Camping Car Parc, now a beautiful location in the middle of the southern Ardennes in the nice town of Herbeumont. Beautifully laid out and spacious sites. Only EL and water, no sanitary facilities. Reasonable price €14 and 24 hours=24 hours, everything can be followed via the app. NB for high summer: virtually no shade..

Excellent unmanned and reasonably spacious CP from Camping Car Parc company on the Maas and the edge of Sedan. Had to become a member of CCP, but that went smoothly. Electricity and water incl. a place to discharge. Not all places with electricity worked and at night there was brief nuisance from racing cars on adjacent grounds. Sedan Castle within walking distance and worth it.

Beautifully located on the Maas campsite with very outdated but reasonably clean sanitary facilities (no toilet seat). Good facilities for hand washing and washing up, excellent showers. All areas on grass can be difficult when it rains. The village is not much, but you can enjoy walking and cycling!

Quiet free CP on the Maas with a beautiful view of the town of Revin. Edge of industrial estate, a bit messy. Places separated by hedges. No electricity, but water and drainage. Bakery and supermarket around the corner. Nice starting point for walks and bike rides along the Maas.

The campsite is located on a busy road, no problem for one night. It should be quiet at 10 p.m., but unfortunately the managers did not adhere to this with regular guests when we were there, which is a bit of a shame...

Reasonably new camper place in a beautiful rural area with good cycling opportunities. Nicely laid out. Sanitary facilities are neat; somewhat limited, but will be expanded in due course. Some places a bit tight. Ultra-modern farm shop on site. By the way, CP does not immediately border on forests. Nevertheless: great CP 👍

Well, we were with only two campers in the otherwise deserted parking lot at Gasthof Wanderheim on the edge of the forest. No facilities but a wonderfully quiet place. Costs nothing: € 0. Good food at the Gasthof. And beautiful hiking environment!

Great CP for transit and / or visit to Rottweil (of the dog, Idk), a little less for a longer stay. Center within walking distance. Electricity (paid), water (paid) and dirty water drainage. Simple & modern payment. Neatly arranged municipality of Rottweil!

CP for a night at most, as a stopover. We paid €15 incl electricity. Tight spots, two toilets and one shower. Nice place. Walking through the wine regions and cycling along the Moselle to Cochem, for example.

Remarkable CP on an open somewhat messy terrain in a natural park with beautiful views. Mouse quiet at night. No power. Do take water, discharge dirty water and chemical toilet. Burger place open for a few hours. Remarkable are the many buildings a little further on where the Nazis trained elites; Belgium confiscated the site in WWII and had a military barracks there for many decades! Tours. Quite an experience 👍

excellent motorhome in the middle of a forest in the southern Palatinate. Google Maps knows how to find the way very well .. sehr Preiswert: electricity, toilet, showers and that for € 12. next to a restaurant where you can eat simple but good (and a lot). very nice walks directly from the CP. Recommended!

Fine, but large & spacious campsite in the middle of the woods of Baarn. Very quiet now in the preseason. Nice, new toilet block. Hiking straight from the campsite! Nice with dogs. Baarn, Soest and Hilversum within cycling distance. There are 17 separate camper spots; are currently being refurbished, do not seem to be too big, but are beautifully situated on the edge of the forest. Friendly reception!

Shelter still needs to grow a bit and take into account the wind in the open polder.

Handy location under Ommen. Great starting point for cycling tours & walks. The campsite is located directly on Pieterpad! Beautifully situated campsite with four sites in the heart of South Veluwe. We stood on a nature reserve in the middle of the forest, freely choose your camper place. Shelter & sun. Wonderfully quiet place on the edge of the forest. Sometimes you hear the N310. Play area (s) for small children. Dogs really enjoyed themselves. Otterlo is a small, cozy village. Many hiking and cycling opportunities. Very hospitable reception

Canoeing from the campsite to / on the Linge! The town of Buren is close by. Sanitary looked good but we could not judge properly because of corona. Friendly atmosphere and pleasant reception.

Beautifully situated campsite on the river IJssel, directly opposite the city of Deventer, which can be reached by bridge and ferry. Spacious places. Choice of sun and shade. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Many cycling and walking opportunities. Sanitary because of corona crisis could not assess, was closed. Great for dog owners because of beaches and park.

Immediately outside Bathmen, on the edge of the forest, is a nice campsite with paved, very spacious camper pitches marked out by earth. Excellent sanitary. Dogs are welcome. Friendly owners. Great walking and cycling opportunities. Only drawback: no shelter and train noise in the background. Definitely recommended 👍

Nicely landscaped motorhome that borders directly on the beautiful De Maasduinen nature reserve, ideal for cyclists and walkers. Both of our dogs were very welcome. Spacious places. IDD: no shower room; plumbing very clean. You can hear little Venlo-Nijmegen provincial road in the background. All in all: definitely recommended 👍👍
