March 2026: Friendly welcome by Steve and Charlie. Motorhome site with spacious pitches and beautiful views. Great starting point for walks and bike rides, including to Sheerness. Supermarkets near Queenborough. Clear website.

October 25th and 25th, 2026: Excellent camper site with all amenities. Walking and cycling opportunities in the area. A short walk away is the pleasant town center with various shops, restaurants, and four supermarkets. Nearby is a Brauhaus with a brewery and restaurant. Wide pitches on asphalt separated by green areas. A drawback is that when you refill the power connection, the credit expires, and the last coin inserted becomes the new credit. We recommend using up your credit first and then refilling.

October 22nd and 23rd, 2025: Excellent camper site with all amenities for a self-sufficient camper. 4-amp coin-operated electricity. Very friendly manager. Price: €10. A short walk from the village with a supermarket (with bakery) and a large supermarket. The bakery in the village is open in the morning. The village itself is not particularly special. Hiking opportunities are available in the area. Located next to a boules court, mini-golf course, and playground.

October 21, 2025: Campervan pitches adjacent to a large parking lot. All amenities available. Nearby, within walking distance, a pleasant town center with attractions. Tram noise in the background, but not disruptive. The tram provides an easy way to visit Karlsruhe.

October 20, 2025: Camper site at Camping-Car Park (CCP). Quiet with spacious pitches. Unfortunately, there are no tap water or cassette toilets, hence the 4-star rating. Located in France on the German border. A short bike ride from Breisach-am-Rhein on the other side of the Rhine. A pleasant town center with sights and supermarkets. Close to large locks for ships.

20/19/2025: Excellent, quiet camper site with spacious pitches and all amenities. Quick access and exit with a Camping-Car Park pass. A nice and efficient system with a pass that's easy to load. Just down the stairs and you're right in the small town center, nothing special. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful Concert d'Automne in the church.

October 18, 2025: Excellent camper site with all amenities. Each camper has two designated spaces: one for the camper and the other for the awning/outdoor area. The lane between the spaces is actually too narrow. The service area is inconveniently located, especially if the first space is occupied. It's a short bike ride from the city center. We were lucky enough to have a wine tasting event going on throughout the city center.

October 17, 2025: Excellent camper site with all amenities. Quiet with spacious pitches. A short walk from a rather unassuming town. Paved surface.

October 13, 2026: Campsite with camper pitches and all amenities. Next door, outside the barrier, is a camper pitch with all amenities but no electricity. The town itself is nothing special.

11+12-10-2025: Quiet camper site with all amenities. The help desk wasn't working properly. Located next to the marina. Beautiful cycling and hiking opportunities in the area.

October 8-9, 2025: Quite expensive for 2 nights, including calling ahead for reservations, totaling €99.40 for 2 people. Large campsite with all amenities. Excellent base for visiting central Paris. Bus stop at the barrier to the metro station for many directions. Recommendation: buy a day pass for the bus and metro.

October 7, 2025: Very friendly welcome from Sebastian and Julian. Excellent camper site with all amenities. Quiet location. 16-amp electricity.

We'll be back again on May 8, 9, and 10, 2025, and May 25, 26, and 27, 2025, at this beautiful location, including a shop with local products. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Lucy. Lovely cycling in the area, including to Saxmundham with supermarkets and shops. Fishing and hiking opportunities are available in the area. Campervan rate per night: £23, including £5 for electricity. Good sanitary facilities are available for those who require them.

August 11-14, 2025: Summer 2024, and we stayed here again at this beautiful camper site. The price is €28 (also in 2024) including sanitary facilities (should be a fee), which we (being self-sufficient) don't need. Includes electricity, drinking water, gray water disposal, and a chemical toilet. Terraced camper sites. A great starting point for cycling and hiking. Supermarkets are 5 and 7 km away, respectively. Lake Möhnesee has excellent swimming water and a historic dam.

August 6, 2025: Fantastic campsite with all amenities and spacious, secluded pitches (38 pitches in total). This is the best campervan site. Troyes is a short distance away with a pleasant town center. Supermarket nearby. Gas station next to the campsite.

August 7, 2025: Beautiful CP on the Meuse River with lovely hiking, cycling, and fishing opportunities. View of the Meuse River (La Meuse). Quiet location. Services are not on-site, but a bit further away.

July 30th to August 4th, 2025: Beautiful and quiet campsite with all amenities, including sanitary facilities, which we didn't need but did pay for in the entrance fee. A 5-minute walk from a small supermarket, a very good bakery, and a few terraces with water views. Beautiful cycling along the Maine and Loire rivers. Lovely cycling to Angers and the surrounding area. Fishing, bike rentals, and canoeing are available. A perfect example of a campervan site.

August 5, 2025: Excellent and peacefully situated CP, sheltered by trees. Enjoyable bike ride along the Loire to Orleans with its many sights.

July 2025: Excellent campervan site. Only sometimes, late into the night, some noise from the skate park and some campervan owners who turn it into a campsite. No trains at night. Beautiful bike ride through nature and forests to Le Mans. Bus stops near the campervan site to Le Mans (one-way fare €1.50 per person).

July 28-29, 2025: Excellent, pleasant, and quiet camper site with all amenities for self-sufficient campers. The pitches are a bit narrow. Good paved surface. Bridges to the campsite have been installed. Waste disposal is still missing. Large supermarket within a 15-minute walk. Pleasant town center with terraces and a good butcher. Beautiful castle to visit: it's recommended to use the multilingual tablet provided. There's a WWII museum next to the castle.

July 23rd, 24th, and 25th, 2025: Friendly and hospitable welcome (English is also spoken). Easy to extend for a longer stay. The restrooms could use some renovation. Complete facilities for self-sufficient campervans. The site is enclosed with fencing and a gate. Beautiful cycling and walking opportunities along the Seine. A beautiful city with many sights.

July 21, 2025: Excellent camper site, quietly situated in a natural setting. People are feeding the geese, which shouldn't be done, as these geese can find plenty of food in the wild! Feeding them brings them to the campers and even walks past them to beg for food. This feeding is the cause of the goose droppings at the camper site.

July 20, 2025: Beautiful and peaceful camper site with all the amenities for self-sufficient campers. Well-designed with diverse landscaping. A prime example of a camper site. Close to Hasselt city center. Beautiful hiking and cycling opportunities in the area.

20+21 June 2025: Great camper place with a large campsite next to it, bistro and information centre. Many beautiful hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Approx. 40 litres of drinking water for € 1, = is too expensive. Strong doubt whether it is really approx. 40 litres. The town of Berdorf is not special with a good Italian restaurant and small supermarket. The area is fantastic. Good bus connection.

May 19, 2025: Great camper place with all facilities for the self-sufficient camper. Price quality is good. Too narrow space next to the camper. Lovely smelling lavender is in full bloom. A beautiful miniature golf course is being built next to it. A short walk from the center.

May 18, 2025: Excellent camper place (not expensive) on the river Sambre for one night. Narrow places. Drinking water tap (still in the same narrow cupboard) right next to chemical toilet discharge is not hygienic. Electricity is far too expensive for too short a time. Starting point for beautiful cycling and walking opportunities.

16+17 May 2025: Choose your own place and they will come by to pick up stageld. Friendly welcome. Close to the beautiful town of Doornik. Beautiful cycling routes in the area, also to France with a large Supermarche just across the border. All facilities for the self-sufficient camper available. Spacious places with gravel surface and grass place next to it. Lots of privacy due to the high hedges. Perfect and well-kept camper place.

10+11 May 2025: Friendly and hospitable reception. 3 covered places on concrete floor with electricity and 5 places on lawn without electricity behind the farm. You can choose your own place. With dixi which is also the discharge point for chemical toilet. No drinking water tap and no gray water discharge point. Place is free with honesty box for financial contribution of your choice. That's why 5 stars. We left money. Beautiful cycling.

May 24, 2025: Friendly and hospitable reception, therefore 5 stars. No further facilities. Free overnight stay for a few pints and/or simple dinner. Walk through the village and surroundings. Quiet place. The pheasants walk around the camper.

May 23, 2025: Hospitable reception. Very large park with good sanitary facilities that you also pay for if you, like us, are self-sufficient. Poor internet reception and WiFi can be purchased at reception. Price was £ 43, =, is expensive and increases during seasonal peaks. Prices in campercontact are often incorrect, who checks that? Located next to the Thames with beautiful walking and cycling opportunities. Marlow is a nice place, 25 minutes by bike.

21, 22 May 2025: Friendly welcome with clear explanation and warning for bicycle thieves. Many squirrels. Water and electricity 16 Amp. on site. Park, sights and center nearby. Walkable or by bike. Nice center in a nice city. High price if you are self-sufficient. More for caravans. Quiet place. Sufficient mutual distance between the caravans and campers. People in the Netherlands and Europe can still learn a lot from that.

May 18, 19, 20, 2025: Friendly and hospitable reception. Sanitary facilities are included in the price and we are self-sufficient, better to pay for this separately. This is common in England. Bus stop a few minutes walk away. By bus to Bristol (approx. 60 minutes) and more fun is by bike (approx. 45 minutes) to Bath. Cycle path next to the railway. Many sights and history. Spacious pitches and next to it is a nice garden center.

May 15, 16, 17, 2025: Hospitable and friendly reception. For campers and caravans with spacious pitches on gravel or grass. Nice short cycle route to the center of Salisbury. Nice city. Many pubs (pizza + pint) sometimes with live music, shops, market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Good base for visiting Stonehenge. Our bus driver already too fast on winding mountain roads. Excellent sanitary facilities which are also included in the price: better to pay for this separately.

13 + 14 May 2025: Hospitable and friendly reception. 5 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Burford with sights and nice shops. Water close to the place and electricity 16 Amp. on every place. Golf course opposite the camper place. Also for caravans. Only for adults and self-sufficient campers/caravans. Grass and gravel surface. Spacious places.

11, 12 May 2025: Hospitable and friendly reception. Bus ride to the centre. Beautiful city with many sights. On Sunday it was very busy, too busy. Back to the peace and quiet at the Campsite. Supermarkets within walking distance. Price £ 36.70 (discount with CCI card) all in per night, including use of sanitary building. We are completely self-sufficient and it would be better to pay for this separately.

16, 17, 18 Sept. 2023 and 3, 4 Oct. 2023 as a guest at this fantastic location. Very friendly and hospitable reception with all amenities and a shop with local products. Situated in a park-like environment with walking and cycling opportunities in the area. Snape Maltings 5 km away and 15 minutes by bike. The Maltings with many festivities, culture and various shops with local products.

12-4-2024: Excellent camper place with good facilities, close to a large center with many shops and next to a large park with a lake. Nice for cycling and walking tours. No nuisance from traffic noise.

11-4-2024: A camper place, nothing more than that and with facilities. Drinking water tap and cassette toilet flush are too close to each other, so no drinking water taps. Power columns are present, but more broken than good. It is right that an overnight stay costs nothing. The place is quiet, nice and close to the center.

9 and 10-4-2024: Excellent price-quality for this camper place. Beautiful park and nice castle to visit. Shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

9/21/2023: Friendly welcome. Near small center with shops and pubs. Beautiful and clean sanitary facilities, only we are self-sufficient, do not need this and do pay for it. It would be better if this had to be paid for separately in coins. Spacious places. Located in Brecon Beacons National Park - Wales. Good starting point for various walks in the area. The Welsh language is difficult and fortunately everyone speaks English.

20-9-2023: Beautifully landscaped CP, also caravans. Friendly and hospitable reception. All facilities available for self-sufficient campers. A short walk from Burford in the Cotswolds. Beautiful village with nice pubs and shops. Beautiful surroundings and friendly people. The CP entrance could be better indicated, after the entrance you will find an oasis of peace. Spacious pitches and everything "hardstanding". Beautiful surroundings to enjoy the real Cotswolds.

9/19/2023: Friendly welcome. We are completely self-sufficient and do not have to use outdated sanitary facilities every day. We do pay for this with our entrance fee. It would be better if you paid for this separately when using it. Applies to all CPs. Bus stop to the center nearby. Student city and many cyclists. Bus is safer and cheaper. Even with 2 people, group discount for small groups. Beautiful city.

18-9-2023: Barrier is closed during lunch break. Then a friendly welcome. The distance between campers is 6 meters and this is checked. Everything for safety, fine and more CPs should do this. This also means more privacy. Facilities are fine. With the bus stop a short walk to the center. Is better and safer than cycling. At the top of the double-decker bus you have a good overview. Pricey and we notice that more in the UK.

9/24/2023: Called this morning to see if there was room. The owner went out for lunch, there was room and we could choose a place ourselves. Friendly reception. All facilities available per site: electricity 16 Amp., drinking water and gray water discharge point. Chemical toilet at the entrance of the site. Price for camper in 2023 from 31 GBP. Spacious pitches, distance between each other approx. 6 meters for safety reasons. We see this at more CP locations in the UK.

Excellent CP, next to the marina with all amenities and close to the center of Gorinchem. Friendly reception. Foot and bicycle ferry across the Waal to Woudrichem (nice town) and Loevestein Castle. Nice

Stood on 9/24/2019. Nice location near the historic center and Muzee Aquarium. Delfzijl is working on new developments. The motorhome is well furnished. The soil supplements are contaminated with rubble; this is culpable towards the client and (land) contractor. There are camper pitches with the same facilities and a higher price. 10 euros was enough. Now a walkway to the dike.

Later it appears that the date is totally wrong on 11-3-2028, but fortunately the code for the waste containers does work. Beautiful place to spend the night and hardly any noise from the road. Nice bike path along the water La Sambre. Met friendly Australians who sail through Belgium by boat. Near Namur on the Maas.

Stood on 9/6/2019. Everything is well organized and you can walk into the city.

This summer stood with the permission of reception showroom. Could choose a place of my own. Next morning at 7:00 a very unfriendly gentleman comes knocking and informs us that we had to leave within 15 minutes. No conversation was possible. If this is the first sight of Urbano: this is a negative approach to customers. Our decision was not to buy / trade in a camper here. Are not coming back.

Stood on 3-8-2019. Camperplaats is furnished by experts without specific knowledge. Places are really too narrow. Facilities are present. The barrier was raised and the payment terminal is not working. Waste containers are protected with fencing and door; are overflowing and just as much waste in addition to the containers. So was not picked up for weeks. Ghent is a beautiful city with history. Lots of traffic noise.

Stood on 2-8-2019. Friendly owners. Nice camper place and access system works well. It is not yet clear whether a sanitary building may be built, people are busy with the planning preparations. Perfect for visiting Maastricht and for cycling trips in the area. It remains a problem that there are people who continue to pollute the dike with faeces from humans and animals.

Stood on 1-8-2019. Quiet overnight place near nice historic town. Recommended to visit is the Baugnez 44 Historical Center, a museum dedicated to the battle of the Ardennes. All facilities available.

Stood on 7/31/2019. It remains a great place (quite large) to visit the beautiful city of Trier. Plumbing is dirty and luckily we have everything on board. The adjacent campsite has excellent sanitary facilities. It is striking that there are many Englishmen.

From 24-7-2019 stood, came for 1 night and stayed 3 nights. Perfect, quiet and well-kept motorhome on the outskirts of the village in nature with a stork nest. Nice village with bakery, butcher and view of Lake Constance. Near Meersburg on the water. The managers have a good restaurant where you can eat well. With the bike to a gravel beach on Lake Constance and a nice swim.

21-7-2019 stood with the "nose" on the water of the Neckar. Sanitary building needs revitalization, small showers without hooks and changing in common front room. As a motor home owner we are self-sufficient and this is not important. All facilities for campers are present. Deposit for cassette toilet can be more central. Nice boat trip on the Neckar to Heidelberg and back by bus.

We were here 5/29/2019. Now this is a good motorhome. Realized this spring. The municipality should have placed one lamppost on the edge. With little effort the municipality could have placed power poles with coins. The nearby sports hall could manage the motorhome. With options for dirt and greywater discharge and drinking water tap.

Here stood on 15-7-2018. Within cycling distance of the city. Catering, swimming pool and sports airfield around the corner. However, it is a problem with people who have been laughing and who are raving in the car with loud music. You are better off at the parking lot. Nice cycling opportunities.

In the center the road was open and closed for traffic through which we had to drive around half an hour. Advice: Do not take the shorter (narrower) route through the forest. We were on the camper site on 16-10-2017. Quiet location near (walking distance) center Heerlerheide with all kinds of shops. Traffic noise from the road falls along. The campsite / campsite is closed with a fence.
