What a beautiful place and helpful people! We arrived on time (12:15) and had a lovely spot by the river. The restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food. Right on the bike path, ideal! The key is: arrive early so there's a spot and you can still choose. The people in the previous review were just unlucky. They'd write a different review than we did...

Great campsite for 20 euros per night incl. electricity for 2 people with the camper. Super large places which you can choose yourself. Plus point: on arrival between 12 and 15 o'clock reception closed but you can just go and register later. Within walking distance with pass (available at reception) via shortened route to center.

Reading the reviews you would pass up this beautiful place. Must have been a snapshot or karma. Nice people, beautiful view and trouble-free check-in. Just go, be on time because it is the only cp in the area.

Contrary to what was said earlier, campers are welcome. We are 2 families, both with a camper of 7 and 7.5 long. Very nice and enthusiastic owner who explains how to walk to the glaciers and takes you to your spot. Otherwise a clean, neat, small campsite.

Fantastic location, spacious pitches on the water. Beautiful view! Fishing and swimming are possible.
