the best rest area you can find: complete, clean, efficient, central, honest

I confirm everything, there is everything you need and at a reasonable price

Small campsite on a field, in the middle of the countryside, owned by a farm with the possibility of purchasing typical local products, decent services, perhaps a few more could be added

Campsite in a beautiful location, in the center of the small village, friendly welcome, discreet but clean services, pitches overlooking the bay

Reviewed a location—8 months ago

Large, flat spaces with easy maneuverability, on-site water loading, view of the bay, very poor and dirty services, excessive price for the service offered

Campsite with a beautiful sea view, mostly occupied by permanent caravans, plenty of space. Services could be improved. There's a small shop in the reception area. It's about a half-hour drive from a very pretty town, which is worth spending half a day exploring.

Small and well-kept campsite, the owner is always present, helpful and welcoming, there are few places, especially for caravans in storage, the village is a 15 minute walk away, which has little to offer, but allows you to take the X5 bus which reaches Edinburgh in an hour

Clean, tidy campsite, great attention to detail, gravel pitches surrounded by grass, it has everything you need, shame about the distance from the center and the limited public transport

We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and waited until 1 p.m. for the campsite to open, where we were invited to wait in the nearby garden center. The pitches are gravel and surrounded by grass, but there's also the option of camping on the grass. Clean and well-maintained facilities make for a quiet campsite. The bus to the town center stops in front of the campsite, running every 20 minutes. Very convenient, otherwise it's an hour's walk.

A very well-kept and clean campsite, with gravel pitches surrounded by grass. The facilities are a bit dated but clean, and the dishwashing facilities are insufficient for the campsite's capacity. It's part of a network that includes several campsites. If you join for £53 a year, you'll receive a discount of up to 30%. It's a shame I didn't know about it beforehand. A 30-minute walk takes you to the town center, which is very charming.

Beautiful, well-maintained spot surrounded by greenery, along the river. It's a shame about the rather shoddy restrooms; they deserve a makeover to earn a point for a campsite that has everything you need. A stone's throw from the city center, it's very charming with a large pedestrian area where you can visit the beautiful Gothic cathedral, stroll, and stop at one of the many cafes. Don't miss the Centre Pompidou with its fantastic works by Cattelan!

Very large, guarded parking area. Arriving in the evening at 8:00 PM, it was already full. Price: €15, or €18 for an XL camper, with 1 kWh of electricity and 1 cent per liter of water. A 2km walk takes you to the town center, which is very beautiful to visit, full of history, shops, and pedestrian areas. We recommend arriving by 12:00 PM to find plenty of free spots.

Quiet, tidy, clean, attention to detail. There is everything you need and more! Electricity and shower are paid separately. Close to the highway

There is everything you need, only the shade is missing! Quiet and closed place, it is advisable to call to book and get the access code, payment is by bank transfer. Access road 800/900 m uphill, well-defined pitches, illuminated, except for the final part of the access road. There is also space for large campers. At 800m there is a tram stop with frequent trips to the center

Access closed by a gate, for registration you go to the swimming center house, lack of clear signage. Toilets in two containers, loading/unloading impractical (need to open a manhole), precarious dishwashing area. Quiet place near the river.

Access a bit difficult, area mainly dedicated to cars, supervised, insufficient loading/unloading, price 25 euros excessive for the services offered. Very beautiful view of the lake and courteous welcome

Excellent services, also equipped with laundry and kitchen area, which even if located in containers are functional and clean. It is a former car park so the setting is a bit squalid, but there is everything you need. Possibility of free wifi Bus stop nearby, it takes about 10 minutes.

Campsite immersed in the Natural Park, view of the river with the possibility of reaching the castle via a path in the woods. Poor services, loading/unloading practically non-existent. Messy pitches, price a little high compared to the campsite.

For campers of 7 meters and over, possibility of access to a limited number of pitches, poor loading/unloading, sufficient services, on-site restaurant, direct access to the numerous beaches. You can enjoy walks in the woods and paths towards the dunes, also convenient for visiting the center of Nida which can be reached via a cycle path.

Quiet parking in the city center, near the football field, I did not use the services, with a short walk you can visit the center, where there are some shops, e.g. bakery

Place of times gone by in close contact with nature, super sustainable camping, naïve toilets, no hot water as it is heated by the sun, limited possibility of washing dishes and no gray and black water discharge, direct access to an isolated beach and possibility of reaching CapoKolka with a short forest path on foot, owner who lives on site, very kind, warm welcome

Vacation in contact with nature. The place has been preserved in its original characteristics of the farm and the outfits for the campers are not intrusive. You can taste the Lucan food and wine specialties with jazzo kittens. The manager Paolo is courteous and helpful. Organize a shuttle service to Matera. Trained tourist guides introduce you to the Murgia and the rock churches.
