The campsite isn't closed. You drive through the (abandoned and run-down) campsite (through the gate) until you reach the closed gate (on the right). There's a terminal there for registration. The translation is a bit awkward, so you might have to think twice about what's meant. But everything worked out very well. Electricity has to be booked separately. The toilets and showers are open. We'd gladly come back.
