Visited on 2 and 3 January 2025. We were very disappointed. Paved places between 2 sheds without a view. Service area inconveniently situated. Foodomaat is a disgrace, all shelves almost empty and what was in it was out of date. If you advertise it, it should also be good. Camper place 2.5 stars, foodomaat 0 stars. Our first and unfortunately last time here. Nobody seen, text messages or whatsapp messages are responded to slowly.

Visited on January 3, 2025. Sat in the camper for six hours from France and the place is closed, also the farm shop. Opening times are completely wrong, see photo. Too bad the owners do not keep the info on Campercontact up to date. Very frustrating and then you should not be surprised by negative reviews. Unfortunately we cannot give zero stars, this place is not worth more. The place is visibly deteriorating.

Visited from December 29, 2024 to January 1, 2025. Great place to stay. As usual with New Year's Eve: fully booked. Too bad the wifi doesn't work, even though it is advertised. The lure of Camping-Car Park, too bad. The galettes and crèpes at the various local restaurants are delicious. Fresh baguettes at Boulangerie Mont Moulin 500 meters away. Until next time.

Visited on 28 and 29 December 2024. Great place to stay. Very popular place, was completely full when we were there (24 places). If you stand antisocially, you have a view of the sea, otherwise you stand with your butt to the sea. We were there at 2:00 PM and it was already quite full. Very quiet on the large beach, 2 dogs and 4 people. Until next time.

Visited on 27 and 28 December 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Places are paved with grass next to them. 33 campers can be parked here. Beach 100 metres away. Waste bins at the entrance to the adjacent campsite, on the road near the beach. Very quiet now, that will be different in the summer when the campsite is also open. We would like to come back here in the late season.

Visited on 26 and 27 December 2024. Great place to stay overnight. Again very busy, we were the only non-French. The weather was not good, dry, but very cloudy on the water. As usual, the wifi did not work here either. We think it is a beautiful place with an open view of the sea. There is room for 21 campers here, but not this time, some French people parked crosswise and took up 3 spaces, a pity. Until next time.

Visited on 25 and 26 December 2024. Great place to stay overnight. Also wonderfully quiet here, only 3 campers. According to the app and site 5 campers, that whole pre-booking thing should be abolished. People make reservations, but don't show up. Not fair to the real camper. Despite the wet weather, we were able to stay here well. Service station in order, wifi doesn't work as usual. A place to come back to.

Visited on 24 and 25 December 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Very swampy and muddy in bad weather. Wifi works, but very poorly. We were here with a total of 6 campers. It will be very busy here in the summer. Unfortunately, we could see little of the beach and the sea because of the fog. Better luck next time.

Visited on 23 and 24 December 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. In bad weather the grass is very soggy. Quietly situated. Place 5 stars. Door of waste bin should open with Pass Étapes Card. Tried several times, but door would not open, therefore stars deducted. The wifi does not work here either.

Visited on December 22 and 23, 2024. Great place to stay overnight. Beautiful quiet spot in the forest by a lake. We were the only ones there. There is room for 27 campers. Both unpaved (on grass) and paved (with grass next to it) places. We were on the paved part because of the changeable weather. We will definitely come back here. Be careful: on the narrow road to the camper place there are two high almost invisible but audible speed bumps.

Visited on 20 and 21 December 2024. Excellent place to stay. Costs now 14 euros per 24 hours, cash (exact change) to be paid on departure. Discharge, water intake and electricity are included in the price. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Wifi is also included in the price and it worked occasionally. In the course of the evening the place was almost full. Every time a striking number of English. We will definitely come back.

Visited on 21 and 22 December 2024. Great place to stay. First visited during New Year's Eve 2022-2023. We liked it then. So now we planned another overnight stay here. Of the 10 places, 8 were occupied now. Super U and LaMaison across the road. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on 2 and 3 November 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Quiet location. All services available and well maintained. Costs per night for 2 people € 16 (including tourist tax and all services). Electricity (10A) costs € 0.50 per kWh. Service for passers-by € 4. Unfortunately no gliders due to end of season; new season starts again in March, so we should definitely come back next year. And we certainly will.

Visited on November 2, 2024. The camper place does not look like the first picture at all. No paved area seen, everything was overgrown with grass and slippery due to the wet weather. We turned around and went looking for another camper place.

Visited on October 31 and November 1, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Hidden in the forest. Price per night (per 24 hours) on the grass without electricity is € 10. Price (per 24 hours) on the paved area is € 12. Electricity (only on the paved area) costs € 2. In connection with Halloween we were given spider soup. Poor telephone reception. No wifi. Total peace and quiet. Participant Camperrondje Limburg.

Visited on October 30 and 31, 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Busy place. Wonderfully quiet right on the Maas. Costs October 2024: overnight stay € 12.00, tourist tax per camper € 0.22; total € 12.22. Activate water (for discharge and / or intake) with Carte Pass'Etapes. Unfortunately the wifi did not work. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on October 29 and 30, 2024. Great place to stay overnight. One of our top locations. Busy place. Wonderfully quiet on the Maas. Costs October 2024: overnight stay € 12.00, tourist tax per camper € 0.44; total € 12.44. Activate electricity (6A) and water (discharge and/or intake) with Carte Pass'Etapes. Reactivate electricity after 20 hours if necessary. Until next time.

Visited on 28 and 29 October 2024. Not really becoming one of our favourites at Camping-Car Park. Of the 50 pitches, 20 pitches have an electricity connection and some pitches are paved. Most of the rest are on grass. Arrive on time if you need electricity, otherwise you will pay for it but not get it. In our opinion, does not meet the Camping-Car Park standard. Too bad. Wifi does not work here either.

Visited on October 28, 2024. What a disappointment. No electricity connection to be found. You stand on muddy grass, nothing is paved. If the place were free, we wouldn't want to stand there either. A missed opportunity by Dieue-sur-Meuse.

Visited on October 28, 2024. Only had coffee here and did not stay overnight. Nice place on the Maas. Next time we will definitely stay here. Service (drainage and water) available.

Visited on October 27 and 28, 2024. Great place to stay overnight. A camper site from Camping-Car Park. Total costs in October 2024 € 13.10 (camper € 12.00 and tourist tax per camper € 1.10). All services included, so discharge, water and electricity (6A). Everything is sloping here, we needed 3 ramps. Water intake with special coupling for French campers only, so no water can be taken in. As usual, the wifi does not work.

Visited on October 26 and 27, 2024. Great place to stay. Our fourth time here. We were almost at the back of the roundabout. Costs per night are 12 euros. This includes water, drainage, electricity (5A), toilet and shower. Wifi costs 3 euros per day. Only service for passers-by costs 3 euros. Waste bins at the parking lot next to the reception. Quiet area located on the Moselle. Until next time.

Visited on October 27, 2024. Only had lunch here and did not stay overnight. Nice place on the Maas. Next time we will definitely stay here overnight. No facilities available, also no waste bins.

Visited on October 25, 2024. Overnight costs are 5 euros, which you can only pay with a bank card. You cannot put coins/paper money in the payment machine. We understand that you also have to enter your license plate, but this does not work properly. You also do not receive proof of payment. To avoid any payment problems, we left again and looked for another camper place. Too bad, it looked quite nice.

Visited on October 25 and 26, 2024. Great place to stay. Our third time here. Arrived late again (9:30 pm), but still plenty of room. We were there with 10 other campers. Very quiet area in the evening and at night. Only the sound of a stray eagle owl. Beautiful. Until next time. No facilities, but waste bins available.

Visited on 15-17 August 2024 and 24-25 August 2024. Great place to stay overnight. We like to come here. The coffee is still being served. Service for passers-by (discharge and water intake) is 5 euros. Overnight costs are 12.50 euros and electricity (6A) costs 2.50 euros. One of our big favorites.

Visited on August 23 and 24, 2024. Excellent overnight stay. A total of 8 places and 2 power poles with 6 connections each. Service station (discharge and water intake) available. Overnight stay and discharge free. Electricity (16A) 50 euro cents per kWh. Water 50 euro cents per 80 liters. You can hear the highway, but it is not a nuisance.

Visited on August 14 and 15, 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Costs for 2 people are € 17.10 all-in. Payment via Campercontact app or Camper Pay. Sanitary building and service area are due for upgrade. Quiet area. You are on grass with paved driveways. A total of 10 places with a view of the vineyards. Electricity (10A) available. You are on private property, so keep it modest and small-scale. Wifi does not work or is very poor.

Visited on August 13 and 14, 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Costs 17 for 2 people all-in (electricity max 6 kWh per day, otherwise pay extra per Kwh). Spacious places, all reverse parking. Toilet free, shower 50 euro cents (coin) per 5 minutes. Until next time.

Visited from 11 to 13 August 2024. If you are an SVR member you pay 16.50 euros all-in per night, otherwise 17.50 euros all-in. Spacious, so plenty of room for the camper and putting out the awning. True paradise for fly and mosquito lovers, arrive at 9 pm and leave again at 9 am. Because of this nuisance, for us the first and last time here. The A73 can be heard clearly, so not really quiet.

Visited on 12 and 13 July 2024 and 10 to 12 August 2024. Too bad it has now become a campsite instead of a camper site. Caravans and tents are now also allowed. The charm of a camper site has therefore disappeared. Many places are occupied by campers and caravans that have been there for months. We were last here in February 2024, some campers were still parked in exactly the same place.

Visited on August 9 and 10, 2024. Excellent overnight stay. Overnight costs 13 euros. Tourist tax 1 euro per person per night. Electricity (16A) costs 1 euro (coin) per kWh. Free discharge, paid water intake. Possibility of toilet and shower for a fee. Possibility of free TV connection (cable available at reception). As usual, completely full towards the evening.

Visited on August 8 and 9, 2024. Great place to stay overnight. Price still 7 euros (will be picked up). Electricity (16A) costs 50 euro cents (coin) per kWh. There are 5 power poles with a total of 28 connections. Discharge free. Water 50 euro cents (coin) per 60 liters. Service station is located 100 meters before the entrance to the camper site. The only disadvantage is the many annoying flies, otherwise fine.

Visited on August 7 and 8, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Costs per overnight stay 12 euros. Electricity costs 3 euros per day. Power poles are only at the beginning of the camper place at the service station. Beautifully situated on the Moselle. The road runs directly past the camper place, but we had no problems with that. Recommended. The ice cream truck also passes here.

Visited from August 5 to 7, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Our seventh time here. Overnight costs 13 euros all-in. Service for passers-by (without overnight stay) 2 euros. Ice cream truck arrives at the camper site. Around 5 p.m. someone from the tourist office will come by to collect the parking fee. Everything runs diagonally, ramps are necessary. We love coming there.

Visited from August 3 to 5, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Highly sought after, so arrive early. With a lot of luck you will have a front row seat almost directly on the Moselle. Overnight costs 8.50 euros. Electricity 1 euro (coin) per 1.5 kWh. Baker and ice cream truck arrive at the camper site. We love coming there.

Visited on August 2 and 3, 2024. Costs per overnight stay 13 euros, electricity (16A) 2.50 euros. If reserved, then 3 euros extra. Discharge free, water intake charged. Power boxes are a mess, cables are mixed up, a mess. You should also not come here for peace and quiet, there is a lot of noise pollution from fellow campers and a lot of boom boom music from the nearby area. Our last time here, there are much better places to be found on the Moselle.

Visited on July 31 and August 1, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. We were on site B, number 17. A lot of places were reserved, but we never saw these campers. We had a total of 6 campers. Costs per overnight stay are 9 euros. Electricity (4A) costs 1 euro per 2 kWh. Discharge is free and water costs 1 euro for 60-80 liters of water. Quiet place. You can see whether there is still room via the webcam on the camper site site.

Visited on July 30 and 31, 2024. Currently the only Camping-Car Park park in Germany. Can't beat the parks in France. Overnight costs € 12.60 all-in. We expected more. It is not really pleasantly situated. We've been there once and we won't go there again.

Visited on July 23 and 24, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Parking costs between 10 am and 6 pm: up to 8 meters 6 euros, longer than 8 meters 8 euros. Overnight costs between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m.: up to 8 meters 6 euros, longer than 8 meters 8 euros. Only parking, no service whatsoever. Camping behavior (awning out, table and chairs outside) is not permitted. There is also no rubbish bin available, so take your rubbish with you.

Visited on July 22 and 23, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. No shade, so can be hot in direct sun. Overnight stay costs 16 euros. Electricity (16A) 50 euro cents per 0.7 kWh. Showering 50 euro cents per 4 minutes. Washing machine and dryer available for a fee. Pay at reception between 6 and 7 pm. Departure before 1 p.m. the next day. See you next time.

Park the camper forwards, not backwards, everyone facing the same direction (indicated at the entrance).

Visited July 16, 2024. Very boring place. The section reserved for campers was full of passenger cars. There is a large party tent next to the camper place, so it won't be quiet. We drove on to Nußbach in Triberg im Blackwald.

Visited on July 16 and 17, 2024. Great place to stay overnight. Our fifth time here. Along the grass near the river, there you are level without blocks. Garbage bin available. Very popular spot. See you next time!

Visited on July 15 and 16, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Costs per 24 hours are 12 euros, payable by bank card or cash (coins only). Electricity (16A) is 50 euro cents per kWh. Discharge is free and water intake is chargeable. There is no shade. Passenger cars are not allowed there, but they are there anyway. Campers also install themselves outside the designated areas and do not pay, antisocial behavior.

Visited on July 14 and 15, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Our sixth time here. We expected it to be busier. Now pay at the restaurant. The price for an overnight stay is still € 15.00. Showers and toilets are well maintained. The food in the restaurant (Weinstube) is good and not expensive. Unfortunately no shade. See you next time!

Visited on June 15 and 16, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Total overnight costs are 17 euros. Nine places. Wifi is turned off at night, because at 10 p.m. the internet went out and the wifi. We were together with an English camper. Calm down now. Located on the edge of the Ruchpense Bos. A little further on there is a field with 6 glamping tents. There is still a lot under construction at this place.

Visited on June 14 and 15, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Due to the wet weather, we stood on the paved area in front of the stables. Friendly owners. Discharging the waste water tank is not yet possible, we are working on this. Total overnight costs are 16 euros. Wifi works well. We were here with a total of 4 campers. They sell homemade honey. We will definitely come back here.

When we arrived here, we were shocked by the prices. Typical case of milking the camper. Our advice: look for another affordable camper place.

Visited on February 16 and 17, 2024 (outward journey) and February 24 and 25, 2024 (return journey). Excellent place to stay overnight. One of our real favorites, we love coming there. Quietly located in the forest. Very quiet at night. Visited on the return journey to central Germany (Hesse and Northern Bavaria). See you next time.

First press the yellow button at the payment terminal twice and then pay (Wohnmobil Tarif). Electricity (16A) 50 euro cents per 1 kWh. Discharge free. Water 1 euro coin per 80 liters. Closed from October 16 to 31. Garbage bins available. Center within walking distance.

Visited on February 22 and 23, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Due to the fog and rain, no panoramic view for us. We were in the first row at number 5. Price per overnight stay is 8 euros (picked up between 6 and 7 p.m.). Electricity (16A) 70 euro cents per 1 kWh. Discharge free. Water 1 euro coin per 60 liters. We were not lucky with the weather, but when the weather is nice it is nice to stay here. Recommended.

Visited on February 21 and 22, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Located by the swimming pool. Only self-sufficient campers are allowed. Costs 10 euros per 24 hours. Electricity (16A) 1 euro coin per 2 kWh. Water 1 euro coin per 90 liters. Discharge is free. Swimming pool was closed. There were two of us standing there. Some traffic on the main road during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. Must be busy here in the summer. There are 2 small baskets for waste.

Visited on February 20 and 21, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Nicely located on the Main. Old city center within walking distance. Many restaurants are closed on Tuesday (Ruhetag). Café Konditorei Schrödl is highly recommended. Costs 10 euros per 24 hours. Water 1 euro per 80-100 liters. Electricity 50 euro cents per 1 kWh. Discharge is free. Camper place is highly recommended.

Visited on February 19 and 20, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Quiet area. Overnight stays and discharge (toilet and waste water tank) are free. Electricity (16A) costs 50 euro cents per 1 kWh. Water costs 10 euro cents per 10 liters. A total of 8 large places here. Recommended.

Visited on February 18 and 19, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Quiet area. Overnight stay free. Discharge toilet and waste water tank also free. Electricity (6A) 1 euro coin per 1 kWh. Water 1 euro coin per 80 liters. Garbage bins (separated waste) available. Nice historic center. Everything was deserted on Sunday. Delicious ice cream and coffee at Cafe Del Corso. Recommended!

Visited on February 17 and 18, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. We have also spent the night here in the past. Wifi didn't work. Still 5 euros for 24 hours. Antisocial campers who are too reluctant to pay 1 euro to empty the toilet, resulting in shit and toilet paper on the grate of the discharge point for the waste water tank, really gross. We were here last night with 20 campers, of which 16 German, 1 Dutch, 1 English, 1 Danish and 1 Finnish.

Visited on January 5 and 6, 2024. Great place. Due to the bad weather, the grass at various places was very boggy and muddy. The hard part where the camper is placed was good, but you sank into the grass part. After consultation with the owner, we were allowed to install the camper on the paved area in front of number 8. Very nice of him, compliment. Work is now underway and the camper field is being expanded with 4 additional camper pitches.

Visited on January 4 and 5, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Calm. Costs for 24 hours without electricity and water are €5.00. Costs 24 hours with electricity (16A) and water € 12.50. Water purchase only €2.50. Activate water and electricity via code on receipt. When paying, the license plate number must be provided and will appear on the receipt. Place receipt visibly behind windshield. River Scheldt at 300 meters. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on January 3 and 4, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Our third time here. Like previous years (2022 and 2023), always in the same place. Costs now per 24 hours are € 11.00 including discharge and electricity (16A), plus € 0.60 tourist tax per person per night. Dog free. Short stay of 5 hours costs €5.50. Water intake costs €2.00 per 10 minutes. Shower and toilet use are included, access code is on the receipt.

Visited on January 1 and 2, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Located next to skate park and railway line, but we were not bothered by either. Costs per 24 hours are € 13.76 all-in. Wifi works here, but is very slow and keeps dropping out. Quiet environment. About 850 meters to the center.

Visited from December 30, 2023 to January 1, 2024. Excellent place to stay overnight. Belonging to Camping-Car Park since this year (2023). Now more than 100 campers here. Very quiet on New Year's Eve, no fireworks. Not much has changed in terms of appearance compared to before. This place is very popular. We love coming there.

Visited on January 1, 2024. Only had lunch here. Very quiet now, maybe because it's New Year's Day. It seems like a great place to spend the night. We will definitely spend the night here next time.

Visited on December 29 and 30, 2023. Great place to stay overnight. Located on the Côte de Granit Rose. Unfortunately, your back is facing the sea. Cross the street and you are on the beach. In winter only people on the beach, the shops, restaurants and the tourist office are closed. It will be busy here in the summer. All services available and the WiFi does not work here either.

Visited on December 28 and 29, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Camper place on a former campsite. In the summer months (June-September) caravans and tents are also allowed here. When it rains, it is very muddy. Ramps are required, everything runs diagonally here. Luckily no one was standing when we were there, we tried three places to be level; we were at number 28. Quiet and all services available and working.

Visited on December 27 and 28, 2023. Great place to stay overnight. Busy, even in winter. The center is 500 meters away, the road to it is steeply downhill and you have to go back up it again. Use the Pass'Etapes Card at the service station (hold it in front of the reader) to get water. Recommended. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on December 26 and 27, 2023. Great place to stay overnight. Located on a bay. Nice view of the water. Price per 24 hours is € 13 all-in. Park in the spaces and do not stand across the street as many French people do, because then there will not be room for 20 campers. The center is 900 meters away, there is not much to do here in winter, almost everything is closed. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on December 25 and 26, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Located in front of now closed campsites. Everything included for €11.80. Wifi doesn't work here either. We were there with 2 other campers. You hear the sea but you don't see it. Peaceful and quiet now, but in the summer it will be very busy and lively here so close to the campsites, in short, little peace and quiet. Better than Les Pinettes. There by the sea, but under the trees and muddy.

Visited on December 23 and 24, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. A Camping-Car Park place and as usual the WiFi does not work. Costs per 24 hours 12 euros (including tourist tax). Discharge, water intake and electricity (6A) included in the price. We were here with a total of 4 campers. Nice and calm. We will definitely come back here.

Way too much money for what you get. You won't see us here again. Why was our previous review removed? Negative reviews are also reviews and can tell a lot.

Visited on October 19 and 20, 2023. Popular place here, there were still 2 places available in the back row. It's a shame that "people" reserve a place by putting their stuff there and then go out with their camper; tip for these people: go to a campsite and avoid camper pitches. Places are somewhat on the tight side. A lot of noise pollution from the locals. Our first and last time here.

Visited on October 18 and 19, 2023. Our second and last time here. This is because of the dominant and jerky behavior of the manager. If you like the annoying sound of trains, then you've come to the right place. Too bad that reservations are required. There is a tap at every location to fill the water tank, the only plus. Costs € 11.50 per overnight stay, electricity (6A) costs € 3.50. Water intake and discharge are included in the price.

Visited on October 17 and 18, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Quiet place, at least in October; will be busier during the summer. Overnight stay costs 8 euros, electricity (4A) costs 2 euros. Discharge free, water intake paid. We were there with another camper, so it was nice and quiet. Pay at the Joker-Tennis tennis hall. You will then receive a parking ticket (Parkschein) which you must place visibly behind the windshield.

Visited on October 16 and 17, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Quiet area. Electricity (normal plug) available (2 euros per day). Stay for free, tourist tax 1 euro per person per night. Water paid (price unknown). Free toilet discharge, wastewater tank cannot be found. No waste bins available, so take your rubbish with you. The staff was not having their day, somewhat surly and grumpy, which is a shame. Wine tasting was not possible, which is also a shame.

Visited on October 15 and 16, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Our fifth time here. It was busier than previous years. Price still € 15.00 all-in. The restaurant food is good and not expensive, the Flammkuchen Elsässer Art and the Lachsteller are recommended.

Visited on October 14 and 15, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Our second time here, nothing changed from last year (autumn holidays). Many campers are parked outside the official sites. Still post for free. Electricity (16A) costs 1 euro (coin) per 2 kWh. We did not use other services.

Visited from September 22 to 24, 2023. Excellent place to stay overnight. Friendly owners. Beautiful surroundings. Access via Ringlaan is a challenge, a narrow road with no alternative options. Rate €15 for 2 people, dog, toilet, electricity (10A), discharge and water. We will definitely come back here.

Visited 19 and 20 August 2023. Great place to stay. Four toilets with showers. Discharge cassette toilet in discharge pit waste water tank. Price per night € 18.00 all-in, SVR members pay € 16.00. Payment in cash or payment request per QR code. A mowing of the grass would not be a luxury, was a little too long. Long power cables (40 meters) are a must here. Mosquito lovers will get their money's worth here, there are plenty of them.

Visited on August 8 and 9, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Bakery Backstop Middendorf at 260 meters, open Monday-Friday from 05:30-13:00, Saturday from 05:30-12:00 and Sunday from 08:00-11:00. No facilities available, except garbage cans.

Visited on August 7 and 8, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Part specially reserved for campers. Service point (discharge waste water tank and cassette toilet free of charge, water intake 1 euro per 100 litres). Garbage cans available. You have to be lucky to get a place in the camper area, it is very busy. Shopping center is a bit disappointing, we expected it to be bigger.

Visited on August 6 and 7, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Six marked camper pitches. A single antisocial resident simply parks his passenger car on the camper area, for which campers were forced to continue their search. Local police should supervise; if campers are parked incorrectly, they immediately get a fine, an antisocial driver is rewarded by being allowed to stand. Absurd. Place and power (6A) for free, top.

Visited on August 5 and 6, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Wonderfully quiet at nature reserve. From asphalt road another 700 meters on dirt road with many large potholes. Doable in dry weather, less so in wet weather, you don't see how deep the pits are. We will definitely come back here. There is no waste bin, so take your waste with you and do not leave it behind. You can spot tree frogs here.

Visited on August 2 and 3, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. In 2012 we also spent the night here. Then at the truck parking lot, now a bit further at the parking lot for passenger cars and the playground (you are a bit quieter there). You can also empty your cassette toilet here.

Visited August 2, 2023. Dogs are only allowed in the parking lot. They are not allowed to go further to and into the lake. Dog unfriendly. Just had lunch here and drove on.

Payment by envelope with date of arrival and license plate and of course the overnight fee. You can now also take water, there is a tap.

Visited on July 28 and 29, 2023. Great overnight stay. We can't get enough of the view here. Between Vilhelmina and Stekenjokk the road is being worked on over a stretch of 22 km. They can also do the part before and the part after, the road is full of holes, so don't drive too fast. If there is a red / yellow pole along the road, slow down, it is there for a reason, or a big bump or a big hole.

Visited on July 27 and 28, 2023. Great overnight stay. What a beautiful place. Calm, serene. A place not to be lost. We enjoyed here. Dry toilets, garbage cans, house with fireplace available. Power supply (3 sockets) was broken due to broken electricity cable. Recommended, we will definitely come back here.

The road (E6) between the Polarsirkelsenteret and Mo i Rana is a toll road. See you next time. Totally agree with the previous 3 reviews.

Visited July 25, 2023. Only made a coffee stop here. Prices have also increased exorbitantly here: SEK 190 (€ 16.56) without electricity and SEK 250 (€ 21.97) with electricity. Not really fun anymore to stand on a piece of paved surface.

Visited on July 22 and 23, 2023. Great overnight stay. Last year around this time also spent the night there. We liked it then, so this time we stopped here again and spent the night. The Sami Shop has been expanded considerably, you can see that the crowns are pouring in here. The prices are exorbitantly high. It's a shame to exploit the tourist in this way.

Visited on July 21 and 22, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. No toilet seen. We were unlucky that we had rain all day with low clouds. This gives everything a bit sad impression. Hopefully better weather next time. We will definitely come back. Located 11 kilometers from the Norwegian border. The E8 between Kaaresuvanto and Kilpisjärvi goes up and down and is of poor quality. Sometimes large potholes in the asphalt, so watch out.

Visited on July 20 and 21, 2023. Great overnight stay. Nice and calm. We stood on the newly constructed parking lot (gravel surface). Unfortunately, everything is skewed. On arrival we were the only ones, so we could choose a good level spot (it took us half an hour to find it). It was drizzly weather with low clouds, so the 6 km walk (3 km back and forth 3 km back) was not done. Recommended.

Visited on July 19 and 20, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Been here many times in the past. Every time we're around, we say to each other, no Santa this year. Nevertheless, we will stop by and spend the night here. There has been a lot of construction here for years and something new is still being added. See you next time.

Visited 18th and 19th July 2023. Boring place. We were too tired to look for something else, so we spent the night here, otherwise we would have driven on. Our first and last time here.

Visited on July 17 and 18, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Parking lot located at rapids. Dry toilets and garbage cans available. In the cafeteria (Koitelin Tunnelmatupa) located on an island in the river you can drink coffee and eat a waffle with strawberry jam. At the parking lot there is an ice cream shop with delicious soft ice cream and scoop ice cream, not cheap but tasty. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Visited on July 16 and 17, 2023. Great overnight stay. There were now a lot of caravans and less campers. Possibility to discharge cassette toilet and to rinse with water. ICA Maxi Stormarknad is disappointing on Sunday, no fresh rolls or other cakes. At IKEA itself, you can only pay with cash at one cash register, the rest with card. At the food store and cafeteria you can only pay by card, cash is not accepted.

Visited on July 15 and 16, 2023. Great overnight stay. Quiet area. Beautiful surroundings. We will definitely come back here next time. There are two dry toilets, waste bins are also present.

Visited on July 14 and 15, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. According to the sign at the entrance, now an official camper place. During the day you can hear the traffic on the bridge well. In the evening and at night it is quiet. Unfortunately, there are antisocial campers who take up two places with their tables and chairs outside. Too bad, now other campers have to drive on because they can't stand.

Visited on July 13 and 14, 2023. Great overnight stay. Place for about 14 campers. Two places with power connection. Located on a lake. A lot of (expensive) cars with a lot of loud boom boom music. Locals are really deaf here, because the volume knobs of the stereos are set to maximum. Can't help the camper place, the locals can.

Visited 12th and 13th July 2023. We had rain all day and then the lawn is muddy and slippery. We went to the paved part. Due to the bad weather it was not busy at Nils Olsson Dalahästar and Grannas A Olssons Hemslöjd. Everything has become a lot more expensive here. A wooden horse, rooster or pig of 5 cm costs SEK 185 or EUR 16. Quite pricey for a small piece of wood.

Visited on July 11 and 12, 2023. Excellent place to stay. Beautiful area for walking. We had to abort our walk due to a sudden downpour. You only hear the sound of the birds. Wonderfully quiet here. We'll be back for sure.

Field 1 has places with electricity, field 2 places without electricity. Rural location. Service place available. No sanitary facilities (toilet / shower) available, no problem for us, we have everything ourselves in the camper. We will definitely come back here. Top spot.

Visited on May 29 and 30, 2023. Great overnight stay. Good toilets and showers. Price € 15 including water intake, toilet and waste water discharge, toilet, shower and wifi. Current (6A) € 2.50. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on 27 to 29 May 2023. Great overnight stay. We were at number 9 for the toilets and showers and washing up area. Had no (stench) nuisance from the discharge point of the cassette toilet. Unfortunately, only a trickle of water came out of the shower head, so we had to throw 50 cents into the device twice. Delicious asparagus and fruit juices for sale in the shop. On Sunday, the owner came by with an asparagus sandwich.

Visited from 18 to 21 May 2023. In itself a great place to stay. Spacious pitches separated by hedges. The name motorhome is not well chosen, a better name would be "SVR campsite De Grote Leigraaf". It is a campsite and because it is a campsite, caravans and tents are also allowed here. There were the necessary caravans and tents with the necessary commotion. Had we known this before, we would have skipped this place.

Visited from 7 to 10 April 2023 (Easter). Excellent overnight stay. Hospitable and friendly owners. On arrival we received a bag of chocolate Easter eggs. Nice and quiet environment. Lovely walk to the village of De Wilp and Nanninga's Bos. The pitches on the outside do not yet have electricity poles, but they will be realized this year. There will be a total of 16 pitches with electricity. We will definitely come back here!

Visited 3 and 4 March 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Had a lovely lunch here, a warm waffle with ice cream and whipped cream. A pitch for the camper for one night is € 1.00 and the price for electricity (10A) is € 4.00. So staying overnight with electricity costs a total of € 5.00. You can also take water, costs € 1.00 per 100 liters. In the summer it will be very busy here. In any case, we will come back at some point.

Visited 2 and 3 March 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Cost € 15 all inclusive. You are standing between the fruit trees. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit causes some noise nuisance in the evening and night, therefore only 4 stars instead of 5. The name of the location is "The Hidden Pearl". All services (electricity, discharge and water) available.

Visited 1 and 2 March 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Nice and calm. We stood with a total of 3 campers. Only church and restaurant open to visitors. Beautiful surroundings. Worth the effort!

Visited February 28 and March 1, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Nice and calm. Fairly new motorhome. Costs per night € 12.80 all-in. As usual at Camping-Car Park, the WiFi does not work here either. Very popular place, many places occupied during this time of year. We will definitely come back here. Although no caravans are allowed, they are there anyway. It's a pity that such antisocial "people" exist.

Visited 27 and 28 February 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Luckily not that busy. Nice and calm. Prices now € 10, € 12 and € 14 per overnight stay all-in. Toilet block closed for renovation work.

Visited 26 and 27 February 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Costs 7 euros per 24 hours (payment terminal only accepts coins), electricity (16A) € 0.50 per kWh, free discharge, water € 0.50 per 100 litres. The tramp is banished here. No problems with the adjacent road. No problems with the gas station either. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on February 25 and 26, 2023. Great overnight stay. We were also here in 2015. Still free. Electricity (6A) costs € 2 per 12 hours (works with token from machine, pay with coins). Pretty quiet now. Despite the cold, everything works (water and discharge). We will definitely come back here.

Visited on January 4 and 5, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Quiet. Popular place, always "busy" here. Price now € 13.00 per night including electricity and all services. Toilet free, shower € 2.00 per 10 minutes. Washing machine (was broken when we were there) and dryer (worked when we were there) present, but without a washing machine you do not have to dry clothes. One of our favorite spots. We will definitely be back, see you next time!

Visited on January 3 and 4, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Quiet. Located in the center of the village overlooking the church and the town hall (Mairie). Three hardstanding pitches and three grass pitches. Electricity (6A) available for all pitches. Service station works. Will fill up quickly here in the summer. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on January 2 and 3, 2023. Excellent overnight stay. Water at the service area was shut off due to "winter" conditions, it was 15 degrees above zero. We had beautiful sunny weather and could therefore enjoy the beautiful view. Until next time.

Visited on January 1 and 2, 2023. Good for one night and then move on quickly. Bit boring place. Service place present and working. Current (6A) also worked. Everything slanted, so ramps required. Garbage containers (separate collection) at the public parking lot next to the motorhome. So far the least beautiful camper place of Camping-Car Park places we have visited. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Visited January 2, 2023. This RV park has lost its charm. Totally not maintained. There was even a caravan with an awning and a separate tent next to it at the end of the motorhome area and this person had no intention of leaving any time soon. Just a little while and it will be a free campsite instead of a motorhome. Unfortunately. We had lunch here and drove on.

Visited from December 30, 2022 to January 1, 2023. Great overnight stay. Quiet. We were here with old and new. Super U just across the road. Service place in order, everything worked as it should. The wifi didn't work here either. A really big problem that Camping-Car Park needs to work on. They advertise it, so it must work. We will definitely come back here.

As with many Camping-Car Park motorhome pitches, the wifi does not work, although it is advertised, a pity. Power failure solved within the hour, great!

Visited on December 26 and 27, 2022. Quiet place. Located in the center at public parking lot. Simple camper place. Good for one night stay. Free public squat toilet. Center at 200 meters. The town itself is not much. Former president François Mitterand was mayor here for 22 years.

Visited on December 25 and 26, 2022. Quiet place. No sports activities when we were there. Ramp blocks required in all areas. Toilet and shower only open from April 15 to September 30. We'll be back for sure.

Visited on December 24 and 25, 2022. Great overnight stay. Quiet, not bothered by the road N4. Wi-Fi didn't work. Narrow pitches, maximum length 8 meters. Otherwise fine. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on December 23 and 24, 2022. Great overnight stay. Quiet, beautifully situated on the Maas. Wifi unfortunately did not work. Existing lampposts did not work. Activate water at the service point with Pass'Étape carte, just like electricity (6A) at the power pole. Reactivate power after 20 hours with Pass'Étape carte. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on 25 to 27 November 2022. Great overnight stay. Nicely located. Friendly owners Lenette and Ron, we were offered a cup of cappuccino on arrival. Located at a farm with 100 cows and a farm shop. Payment on arrival and only possible by debit card (so no cash payment). Currently one shower/toilet, but two more will be added in the near future. A good place to refuel and walk.

Visited on 24 and 25 July 2022. Great place to stay. Signposted with a sign saying “fri camping”. Located near Heia rest area and a souvenir shop. There is a public toilet and it is possible to discharge the cassette toilet. No problems with the adjacent road.

Visited on 27 and 28 October 2022. Excellent overnight stay. The service station (discharge and water) is located 100 meters before the motorhome on the left side of the road (towards the motorhome). The deposit is collected or paid by means of an envelope in the letterbox. Recommended. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on 26 and 27 October 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Directly on the Moselle. Is now one of our favorites here on the Moselle. Overnight stay costs €8.30, electricity €1.00 per 2kWh. Discharge for free. Water intake various rates, eg € 1.00 for 4.5 minutes of water. Nice manager who comes to collect the money between 5 and 6 pm. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on 24 and 25 October 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Costs 6 euros per 24 hours, pay at the payment machine with appropriate coins. One row contains power poles with connections, but some antisocial motor home owners still stand in these places while they do not take power. The motor home who does need power, then pisses next to the pot, very unfortunate this behavior.

Visited on 23 and 24 October 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Overnight rate 10 euros all-in, so including discharge, water and electricity (16A). Peacefully quiet. Recommended. Not much to do in the town itself, especially on Sundays.

Visited on 9 and 10 August 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Peacefully quiet. Ticket is valid from 10:00 am on the day of arrival until 10:00 am the next morning, in case you want to stay longer buy a new ticket. Recommended.

Visited on 11-12 August 2022. It's starting to become more and more of a motorhome campsite. If you want a spot, reservation is a necessity. Some motorhomes have been there for more than 2 weeks. Campers are equipped with awnings. Some take up 2 spaces with their large awning. Too bad we don't like this. For the time being, this motorhome has been removed from our favorites list.

Wonderfully quiet, except between 00:00 and 01:00 at night, because then the (fishing) boat comes loading and/or unloading at the adjacent fish farm Cermaq. Bins are emptied daily and toilets cleaned daily. Coming from the E6 about 2 kilometers, after the 8 kilometer long tunnel. We were there with 4 campers, 1 van and 1 car with caravan. Worth the effort.

Visited on 22 and 23 July 2022. Excellent overnight stay. You only hear the water of the river. Phone coverage very poor here. Road 889 is very worthwhile. Clean toilet, which is cleaned daily. Also waste bin and water tap. See you next time.

Visited 14 Jul 2022. If looks could kill we would drop on the spot. What kindness, but not really. Perhaps we were unlucky to only meet grumpy staff today. Or we can spend the night in the parking lot, with the answer: yes, but rather not. When asked if we would get a free cup of coffee, the answer was no. We want this Biltema off the list.

Visited on July 14, 2022. Great place to discharge. Special unloading place for the toilet. Here you can also empty your waste water tank, but with a bucket, there is no real discharge point for the waste water tank. Unable to discover water tap. Not overnight here, only discharged.

Visited on 11 and 12 July 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Ramps needed, everything runs diagonally. According to power pole 8 hours of electricity for 1 euro, we have been here for 15 hours and only paid 1 euro. Cost for overnight stay 5 euros. Great last stop before the ferry to Trelleborg. The road next to it causes some noise, but you are in the civilized world. We have not experienced it as negative. See you next time.

Visited 9th and 10th July 2022. Over 22 motorhomes here whilst 16 is the maximum. Like herring in a barrel. No supervision at all. Garbage cans are missing. Braunschweig is clearly about the euros and the motor home owners are good dairy cows. Even 5 euros is way too much money to stand here. A lot of noise from events in the park and the city. In any case, we will never come back here.

Visited on 8 and 9 July 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Nothing to complain about. However, the local drunken and antisocial youth who haunts until 3 am, shouts loudly and makes a noise, does not provide a peaceful stay. The motorhome itself can do nothing about this. It seems as if the local youth vomit the motor home; not much has been learned here in the past 77 years.

Visited on 1 and 2 May 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Peacefully quiet. Payment (DKK 75 or EUR 10) by means of an envelope in the letterbox, including electricity and water.

The cassette toilet can/may be emptied into the drain of the waste water tank (just spray it clean). Beautiful surroundings. Peacefully quiet. We stood on the lawn at the entrance of the former farm.

If you reserve and cancel due to family problems, you still have to pay the full price. In short: arrogant money wolves. They are no better than the previous owner.

Costs € 13.50 all-in, electricity (10A) costs € 3.00 extra. Wi-Fi is good. You can do the full service there. Discharge of toilet in the waste water tank. Definitely a motorhome to add to your favourites. We will definitely come back.

Visited on 6 and 7 May 2022. Excellent overnight stay. We are self-sufficient, so the existing unit with shower and toilet is luxurious. It's a pity that people wash up their entire household effects here, we don't think that's the intention. In this way, the unit is not given a long life. If you stay overnight at a farm with cows, you know in advance that it can smell. So don't complain afterwards that it stinks. We are happy to come there, see you next time.

Visited on May 5 and 6, 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Maximum length of stay is 24 hours. Respect this, otherwise the residents will become aggressive and smash your windows with rocks. Maximum 6 places on the indicated pieces. Overnight stay free, both toilet discharge (flushing possible) and waste water tank free, water intake 1 euro, electricity (16A) 1 euro per 8 hours. Recommended!

Visited on May 2 and 3, 2022. Mediocre place. Prices on their website do not correspond to the prices stated on the site itself. Water discharge impossible, water intake not possible, toilet discharge very inconvenient / difficult. Shower and toilet only available if the house is not rented out. Power connection very amateurish, you still need a cable of 40 meters. Overnight stay DKK 90 / EUR, electricity DKK 45 / EUR 6, way too much money for nothing.

Visited on April 30 and May 1, 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Wonderfully quiet environment. Only one power point available, was in use when we were there. Overnight free. Voluntary, to be determined, compensation is requested for emptying the toilet and/or emptying the waste water tank and/or filling the clean water tank and/or using the toilet. Sell bee honey and mead (bee nectar). Recommended!

Visited on April 28 and 29, 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Free when we were there. There can be 20 campers here, but if all 20 are there, you have almost no space to open your door. Boxes are very narrow. Environment makes up for a lot. The northernmost point of Denmark.

Visited on April 26 and 27, 2022. What a beautiful spot on the harbor at the Klimatorium. Everything is free here: accommodation, electricity, toilet, shower and garbage cans. Good example of how it should be. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on April 27, 2022. Excellent service place in itself. We only discharged the cassette toilet in the designated place and the waste water tank. There are motor home owners who throw everything (toilet paper, waste and other rubbish) into the waste water tank. Wouldn't be surprised if this service place will be closed soon. People keep it tidy and make sure that other motor home owners can also use this place in the future.

Visited on 25 and 26 April 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Payment by cash in an envelope, DKK 100 or EUR 13. Electricity (16A), water intake, toilet and shower are included in the price. Plumbing is outdated, but clean. Beautiful and quiet environment. Highly recommended!

Visited on April 24 and 25, 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Public toilet available (clean, cleaned daily). It is only the end of April and the town is completely deserted. Prince Joachim left the castle for Copenhagen in 2014, which has reduced tourism in the town by 30%. Camper place itself is fine. See you next time. Don't mess it up and don't dump your cassette toilet in the public restroom.

Visited on 23 and 24 April 2022. Great overnight stop en route to Scandinavia. Our third time here and certainly not the last. In total there were 3 campers, so nice and quiet.

Sanitary building was open as usual. Lovely hot shower. Friendly and helpful owners. Price € 14.50 all-in, but excluding electricity. Electricity costs € 2.50 extra. Possibility of service for passers-by € 2.00. See you next time.

Visited on January 5 and 6, 2022. Excellent overnight stay. Price per 24 hours: camper € 8.00, tourist tax € 0.60 per person per night. So in total € 9.20 to be paid by credit card. Discharge, use of toilet and shower are free. Water costs € 2.00 per 100 litres, which gives you 10 minutes to fill your water tank. Only downside is paying for the water, while showering is free. It is better to fill water for free, to pay for a shower.

Visited on December 31, 2021 and January 1, 2022, so on New Year's Eve. The pitches on the grass were closed, but all the others were open. It was full, at least 100 campers. Our eighth time here and as usual the wifi didn't work again. The price is now € 16.50 all year round, so no difference in low and high season. We were there on New Year's Eve and at 12 o'clock we were the only ones outside with a glass of champagne. Bonne Anne.

Visited on January 4 and 5, 2022. Still a great place to stay overnight. Nice and quiet, if everyone adheres to the rules. Leaving your camper stationary for 2 hours to watch television is not part of that. There are always French motor home owners who think they are above the law on motorhome pitches in their own country. Too bad, this kind of ruins it for the rest. Delicious bakery around the corner. Visited on 3 and 4 January 2022. Excellent overnight stay. We were there with a total of 3 campers. Ramps are necessary. Water at service station was cut off due to "winter" conditions (it was 12 degrees above zero). Quiet place. Definitely a place to come back.

Garbage containers left around the corner at the entrance to the campsite. Will definitely come back here. Price camper € 10.09, tax € 0.61, so together € 10.70.

No Wi-Fi. Payment terminal beeps 24 hours a day, but not annoyingly. Reasonably quiet location. Service for passers-by is possible, costs 5.50 euros. We will definitely come back here.

Washing machine € 5, dryer € 3 and shower € 2 (10 minutes of water). Discharge, water, electricity (10A) and toilet use are free. Waste is collected separately. Pay on departure, not on arrival. Supermarket E.Leclerc 850 meters away. Perfect camper place.

Visited on September 18-19, 2021. Noise from fellow German campers until late in the evening. The 3 phone numbers of motorhome called, no response. Places are very tight. When booking we had expected a slightly more spacious place, now we were crammed between 2 campers. Rate is all-in (excluding dog). Bring the price down and let people pay separately for electricity and use of shower. Far too expensive for a simple overnight stay.

Visited on 17 and 18 September 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Friendly owners. Dog friendly. Absolutely no noise from any highway. Can't detect a wifi network or it was off, too bad. Wonderful shower. Delivery service from Italian & World restaurant La Salita is fine, the menu in the information house contains outdated prices. We will definitely come back here.

Visited September 15-17, 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful area for walking and cycling. They newly opened only 4 months ago (May 14, 2021). The motorhome is well cared for. The bread service from Frentz De Echte Bakker is fine, order via the internet and delivered to the motorhome the next day. Also eggs for sale. We will definitely come back here.

Visited on August 18 and 19, 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Newly opened only 2 weeks ago. Price 15 euros all-in for 2 people. Owner plans to pay for electricity separately in the future. Currently no toilets and showers, but under development. If this also has to be paid separately, it will become an expensive motorhome with camping prices. We think 15 euros is already on the high side. We are curious.

Visited on 14 and 15 August 2021. Nice motorhome site. Located right next to a campsite, this is a bit less. Noise from the children during the day, noise from the adults in the evening and at night on this campsite. Service area in order, however, there are no waste bins. You can dispose of your waste at the campsite, but you are on a motorhome site and then you want to dispose of your waste there. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

Visited on 15 and 16 August 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Overnight stay costs 12 euros, tourist tax is 1 euros per person per night. So 1 overnight stay with a camper with 2 people costs 14 euros. Electricity (16A) costs 50 cents per kWh. Dog free. It was very quiet, only 5 campers. The flooding has wreaked havoc here in Schleiden-Gemünd, it looked like a war zone.

Be honest and don't easily pull the power cable out when the money is collected and put it back in when the pick up gentleman is gone. Don't be sneaky and just pay. See you next time.

It is immediately less crowded. 50% surcharge is actually way too much, you don't get anything extra in return. Unfortunate. Because of the steep price increase, only 3 stars, otherwise 5.

Visited on 7 and 8 August 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Nothing wrong with that. Only 2 of the 3 power poles worked, we were early so we could pick a spot at a working power pole. Electricity (16A) costs € 0.50 per kWh, so NOT € 1.00 per 8 hours. Overnight stay costs 10 euros, payment in cash with coins or with bank card. Definitely a place to come back.

Visited on 5th August 2021. We were terrorized away by the local football club training. We were addressed as Holländische Schweinhunden. There was a prize of sorts for the first person to hit the camper with the football. National Socialism in Lautenbach is still highly valued, also in view of the way in which training was given here. We will never come back here.

Visited on 29 and 30 July 2021. Great overnight stay. Very large plots, you can actually stand there with 2 campers. Only drawback is the discharge. To be able to discharge the waste water tank, you cannot stand above a well, but you have to discharge the tank into the drain of the toilet with a kind of extension container. You also cannot flush your cassette toilet, because there is no water tap for this. Otherwise a quiet place to stay.

Visited on 28 and 29 July 2021. Wohnmobilstellplatz Hundrisshof is a great place to stay. Now also a toilet. Price € 12 including electricity (16A). Payment by envelope in letterbox. Discharge for free. Water 10 euro cents per 10 liters (30 seconds of water) or 1 euro per 100 liters (5 minutes of water). Delicious cold beer in the fridge in the information house (€ 1.50 per bottle). Recommended!

Visited on 27 and 28 July 2021. Excellent overnight stay. Lovely showers and the possibility to wash clothes. Washing machine (€3) and dryer (€3) not cheap, but your clothes and towels smell fresh again.

Sharma's Schnitzel- und Pizzaexpress delivers delicious Schnitzels Wiener Art, folder is in the information house. Fridge richly filled with Biberach beer and fruit juices. We'll be back for sure.

Visited on 24th and 25th July 2021. All right for one night. Power connections (13A) are very amateurish, an IKEA socket for 3 regular plugs covered with plastic. When we were there it rained, we did not use the electricity, it was not justified. We did not find it an attractive place. Once, but then never again.

You first have to pass the barrier with the camper to get to the camper area. Everything is full, back through the barrier, but first pay otherwise it will not open. Pure rip off. If you treat campers like that, really pathetic. Not worth a single star.

Visited on 23 and 24 July 2021. Excellent overnight stay. The price has gone up considerably. During the day between 10 am and 6 pm you pay 6 euros. In the evening and at night (ie overnight stay) between 6 pm and 10 am the next day you pay another 6 euros. So price per 24 hours is now 12 euros, including tourist tax. It seems that the price will go up even further, one has to join the other camper places in the area.

Visited on 17 and 18 July 2021. Excellent overnight stay. A maximum of 58 campers can be parked here. Now it was also almost full with only 30 campers. Some antisocial motor home owners take up THREE places with their motorhome, their awning and their table and chairs. These individuals have read only one book in their entire lives: Alone in the World. Place itself is fine, as are the facilities (water and discharge). There is not electricity for everyone.

Visited from 22 to 24 May 2021 (Pentecost). Great overnight stay. Nice and helpful managers. Costs 15 euros all-in. Because you are standing on grass, you have to watch out in bad weather. If you are stuck, warn Sarry and he will pull you back onto dry land. Beautiful views and surroundings. Grillroom La Rose delivers to the camper place. We will definitely come back here. Everything looks well cared for. The showers are wonderful. The weather was not really good (wind and rain). Hopefully we will have better weather next time. Until then!

Visited on 1 and 2 May 2021. Signage very bad, only 1 km from the place is a sign. Payment system very cumbersome. First pay for the overnight stay, choose the location, remember the number of the power connection, go back to the payment terminal and pay for electricity. You are close to each other, green strip doesn't really mean much. Wifi is completely useless. In short: € 19.50 is a lot of money for nothing. Unfortunately. Never come back here.

Visited February 21, 2021. Only 4 seats available. When we arrived, 3 were occupied. We were not allowed to stand on the free space, because it was reserved. We do not like camper pitches where you have to book in advance. That is why we avoid these types of camper pitches. In any case, we will not come back here, or the reservation option / obligation must be abolished. We drove on to Vecht & Weide in Weesp.

Visited on December 22, 2020. We are standing there in front of the barrier and have contact with the harbor master via the intercom. All places are on the grass and according to him not really suitable for an overnight stay in this weather (rain). We are being sent away.

Visited on December 22, 2020. There was nobody and some boats on the camper place. The pitches are on the grass and because it had rained and it was a bit soggy, we did not think it was a good choice to spend the night here. Maybe in the future in dry weather.

Visited December 22, 2020. We were here at lunchtime. Because it is getting dark around 4 pm and the place is a bit hidden and remote, we have decided not to spend the night here. After lunch we drove on. In the future we will definitely come back here and maybe spend the night here.

Visited December 21, 2020. We wanted to spend the night here, but due to the rain the grass was very soggy and it was not safe to stand on it. If it's full here, you don't have much space. We drove on.

Visited December 20, 2020. We intended to stay here overnight. However, everything is completely deserted and boring. Had a cup of coffee and drove to Camper location Eemdijk in Delfzijl.

Visited December 28 and 29, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Despite corona measures, toilets and delicious showers are still open. Wonderfully quiet place to stand. First install the camper and remember the pitch number, then pay. Recommended. We will definitely come back here.

Visited December 30, 2020 through January 1, 2021. Perfect overnight stay. Kindly received by Gesina. Stay on the paved surface in wet weather and do not drive over the grass, you will be irrevocably stuck. Clean toilets and a wonderful sky shower. An absolute must. See you next time. 👍

Visited December 29 and 30, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Beautifully situated. All necessary services for the self-sufficient motor home owner available. Costs € 14.00 per night. Electricity (16A) costs € 0.50 per kWh. House with everything around it has recently been sold, perhaps the end of such a beautiful place; would be a shame.

Visited December 27 and 28, 2020. Still a great overnight stop. Always busy here, even today. When we arrived at noon there was still enough room, by the end of the afternoon it was full. Due to the strong wind, we stood at number 2 behind the reception out of the wind. See you next time!

Visited from 25 to 27 December 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Showers and toilets were closed in connection with the corona measures. Discharge and water taps were possible. On Christmas Day we were alone, on Boxing Day a camper was added (see review below). Lots of rain and storm made it impossible for us to explore the area. Reason to come back here. We were at seat number 8.

Visited on December 24 and 25, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Were there with a total of 2 campers. The only (negative) noises are the cooling systems of the fishing companies that run day and night. Nice to see people with backpacks and suitcases leave by ferry to Vlieland and Terschelling. Discharging cassette toilet in waste water tank. Electricity costs 1 euro per 2 kWh. Water costs 1 euro per 100 liters. Discharge is free. Overnight stay costs 10 euros.

Visited December 23 and 24, 2020. Great overnight stay. Price is € 12.50 all-in. You can order food in the restaurant and have it delivered to the camper. The venison steak is a must. What good service and luxury. Place is quiet. Recommended. We will be back for sure.

Visited on December 22 and 23, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Because of the rain, standing on the grass was not an option. We stood on the concrete slabs next to the lawn, no problem for us. The owner is a friendly man who also campers himself. We were there with another camper. The electricity (6A) costs € 3.00 from November to March and € 1.00 from April to October. Overnight stay costs € 7.00. We will come back here for sure.

Visited December 21 and 22, 2020. Great overnight stay. Wonderfully quiet, but this will be because we were here in the winter period and there was nothing to do on the water. Six camper pitches with a view of the lake. We were unlucky to only have rain, so it was a bit muddy. Toilets, showers and cassette toilet discharge point were closed (winter period). For the rest, a great place.

Visited December 20 and 21, 2020. Great overnight stay. Toilet and shower closed due to COVID-19, we do not have ourselves on board. Winter rate is € 10.00. Electricity costs € 1.00 per 2 kWh. Water costs € 0.50 per 100 liters. Water was cut off, the manager called and he came by to open the water supply. Great service. We were there with one other camper. Unfortunately, normal cars also park on the camper place.

Visited December 19 and 20, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Friendly owner. Everything a camper needs is available. Power poles have been improved, you can now read how much kWh is left. On the other side in the house a milk tap and you can buy potatoes and eggs. We stood there with a total of 3 campers. We will be back for sure. Highly recommended. Until next time.

Visited on November 21 and 22, 2020. Top camper place. That's how we like to see them. Both times we were on the paved part, last part. We did not use the (night) toilets and showers. Discharge point cassette toilet in order. Discharge point is inconvenient. Use your own hose for water intake. Gorinchem is a nice town and worth a visit. We will come back here for sure.

Visited on 20 and 21 novenber 2020. Great overnight stay. Kindly received by the owners Jan and Eida. Everything was clearly explained by Jan, where the toilet and shower were located, the service area. We stood with the back to the cowshed and had a view of the Biezendijk and De Gerbrandy Tower (Zendmast Lopik). Wi-Fi worked fine. Beautiful surroundings. We will come back here for sure.

Visited on September 26 and 27, 2020. Great overnight stay. This new motorhome has only been open for 6 weeks. All necessary facilities (water, discharge and electricity) are available. Wi-Fi is being worked on. The odd numbered pitches 1 to 19 have a paved surface. We have been here with great pleasure and this motorhome can certainly be added to the favorites.

Visited on September 25 and 26, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. New camper place. Password WIFI on receipt, but WIFI does not work, no reception at all. Tapping water is only possible with a bucket or watering can. Loospunt cassette toilet in order and easily accessible. Discharging waste water tank at washing place boats and very awkwardly situated. Once a camper drives into the water here, the question is when. So a few more points that deserve attention.

Visited on 16 and 17 August 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Prices have remained the same compared to last year: 6 euros for an overnight stay and 2 euros for electricity (16A). Friendly manager. You can taste and drink delicious wine in Rathaus-Stübchen diagonally opposite the camper place.

Visited on 14 and 15 August 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Costs per night are € 10.00 and that is all-in, so including electricity and all services (discharge and water). A top spot for us. See you next time.

Visited August 13 and 14, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. If you sit on the grass near the Moselle, you have some shade. Bakker and ice cream man come by. Price has increased slightly compared to last year, overnight accommodation is now € 7.50 (was € 6.50) and electricity (16A) now costs € 3.50 (was € 3.00). Costs for water intake have remained the same, namely € 0.50. Discharge is free. See you next time.

Visited on 21 and 22 July 2020 and 9 and 10 August 2020. Excellent overnight stay. During our trip through Southern Germany and the Black Forest we stayed here twice. Nice and calm. Unfortunately no shade. You can get a so-called KONUS guest card at the Tourist Information Lautenbach or Hotel Sonnenhof or Gasthof Zum Kreuz. At Gaststube Meßmershus you can eat and drink well.

Visited on July 22 and 23, 2020 and August 8 and 9, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. During our trip through Southern Germany and the Black Forest we stayed here twice. Nice and calm. With a little fitting and measuring you don't need any ramps.

Visited August 18 and 19, 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Had no problems with the trains. Restaurants within walking distance. Takeaway tip: various types of cutlets at Grillstube Bei Jorgo, delicious and affordable.

Visited on 25 and 26 July 2020. Excellent overnight stay. No manager seen and the kiosk was closed. So stood here for free and no coins for the electricity. How the other motor home came to the coins is a mystery to us.

Visited on 24 and 25 July 2020. Excellent overnight stay. Nice and calm. The passage of 3.08 meters is not a problem for a normal camper, although there are campers that hit the shed, because it had the necessary dents and scratches. Price is now € 12.00 all-in. There is a possibility for service for passers-by, costs are € 2.00. We will come back here for sure.
