Continue through the large parking lot until you reach the Hallenbad (the back). It's a quiet spot, though a bit remote and dark at night. We only stayed here for two nights. It borders a hiking area. Great free parking.

it looked like a nice place, unfortunately the village with all accommodations was closed due to a wedding party from Friday to Sunday. Handy to check that in advance, happens more often according to the guide in the park. It is not allowed to spend the night (in the parking lots) in the NP. Spend the night in a spot in the forest outside the park.

large, quite full camper place by the sea. Not really attractive. It was unclear to us whether the dog ban also applied to the camper sites. Clean facilities for 21 euros. The payment terminal did not accept our bank cards, so we had to withdraw cash in the village.

this is a great place to stay without facilities on the edge of Hunsrück NP. Also a nice wildlife park with small pack of wolves that came here from cub! You look at the castle. quiet and dark at night

All facilities in the park and town are open again. This camper place is not accessible, it is used by the army. Nearby is an excellent campsite.

Nice place on the water. supermarket within walking distance. camper place is not indicated. Only a waste container, no further facilities. This is also a mooring place for canoeists who spend the night here in a tent. At half past one at night some young people came in a car with loud music, started to make a big fire.
