This campsite also features beautiful and clean sanitary facilities. Lovely bike rides in the surrounding area and nice, spacious pitches. Opposite the campsite, there is a restaurant/bar where it is pleasant to spend time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful small campsite along lovely cycle paths in the Netherlands and Belgium. Nice and very clean sanitary facilities and a friendly owner. You can even order bread rolls and have them delivered to your camper. Highly recommended.

Extremely friendly and personal welcome at this volunteer-run campsite. Beautiful, spacious pitches, new and very clean, heated sanitary facilities. Perfect place for walking and cycling. A few fine restaurants can be found within walking distance, but you can also order sandwiches and pizzas at the campsite itself. If you want a bit more of a view with your camper: go to the neighbors (De Gele Anemoon). It is run by the same organization.

Great, spacious campsite with many amenities: swimming pool, bread roll service, and heated shower rooms. What more could a camper want in this cold, rainy weather? The surroundings were a bit disappointing: we couldn't find a decent pub in Herkenbosch, but that might just be us😎

Great campsite with spacious pitches. In this rainy weather, it is handy that you can wash dishes indoors with very hot water. Beautiful area for cycling and walking. Definitely a good starting point to explore the Maasduinen. Sanitary facilities simple and clean.

We agree with many previous reviews: a great place, especially if you enjoy old monuments! The racecourse buildings are beautiful! Simple but clean, with free restrooms, a good restaurant and bar next door, and easy access to the beautiful city of Carlsbad for spa treatments! What more could you ask for?

A beautiful and well-maintained campsite for older people. There are lovely walks and cycling routes to enjoy, and coffee and other events are regularly organized, so there's no chance of boredom. And if you do, the manager, Jan, is always happy to have a chat with you.

A unique location, surrounded by nature and with an excellent lunch restaurant on site. Campervan facilities are excellent, but toilet and shower facilities would make it a 5-star experience. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed from the site, and the silence is wonderful to experience in the evening and at night.

The manager is far from friendly, unfortunately. It's unclear when he's available and when he needs to be called. We paid €35 per night, which is quite expensive! The bathroom facilities are fine and clean. It's inconvenient that you have to pay for showers with 50-cent coins. A beautiful town is nearby, and there are lovely hiking trails from the campsite: the location is great, the manager less so.
