We agree with many previous reviews: a great place, especially if you enjoy old monuments! The racecourse buildings are beautiful! Simple but clean, with free restrooms, a good restaurant and bar next door, and easy access to the beautiful city of Carlsbad for spa treatments! What more could you ask for?

A beautiful and well-maintained campsite for older people. There are lovely walks and cycling routes to enjoy, and coffee and other events are regularly organized, so there's no chance of boredom. And if you do, the manager, Jan, is always happy to have a chat with you.

A unique location, surrounded by nature and with an excellent lunch restaurant on site. Campervan facilities are excellent, but toilet and shower facilities would make it a 5-star experience. Beautiful walks can be enjoyed from the site, and the silence is wonderful to experience in the evening and at night.

The manager is far from friendly, unfortunately. It's unclear when he's available and when he needs to be called. We paid €35 per night, which is quite expensive! The bathroom facilities are fine and clean. It's inconvenient that you have to pay for showers with 50-cent coins. A beautiful town is nearby, and there are lovely hiking trails from the campsite: the location is great, the manager less so.

Yes, then you are at a campsite where you actually do not want to leave and where everything is right: beautiful shady location, simple but clean sanitary facilities, nice swimming or canoeing in the Tarn, a beautifully situated terrace with nice drinks and 3 times a week a great meal and also very nice and hospitable owners. Actually you do not want to tell anyone because then next year we will no longer have a place but yes, it has already happened😎

special this city camping! Excellent facilities, from swimming to sauna and excellent restaurant with simple but well-kept dishes and all that with extremely friendly crew. Really nice that a beautiful walking path through nature brings you to the center of Albi after half an hour. A bit pricey (especially if you make a reservation) but it is worth it.

nice campsite with many different types of pitches. Sanitary facilities look good but are not cleaned properly. We were here during the busy Pentecost weekend (everything full) then only 3 showers and 1 dishwashing area were provided with hot water. Even after repeated reports to the office no action. Too bad this is how it goes because the campsite itself and the surroundings are beautiful

Great place to explore Tournai and Lille (good train connection). Clean but basic sanitary facilities but heated! Nice spacious places and good bakery is nearby (5 min. by bike)

Camping as camping is meant to be: nice big places, spread over tree-rich hilly terrain. Excellent and clean sanitary facilities, nice swimming pool and a children's playground. There is also a bar with meals and all that in a beautiful area with beautiful walking and solid cycling possibilities. There is also a wine farmer next door! What more could a camper want??

Special spa town with many parks and an interesting salt production company from 1850. Cycling to Torun from here is easy

We were at this campsite during a busy weekend when the campsite was very full. Reservations in advance were not possible, but first come will get the free places. It worked! Despite the crowds, the sanitary facilities were quite clean and a bit noisy, but quiet in the evening and night. The place is a great base for visiting Gdansk (especially for those over 70 who can take the tram for free)

Very quiet and shady campsite close to the center of the nice town of Barr. Simple but very clean sanitary facilities and a very friendly campsite "mother" who can guide you in the area in French or German. Beautiful walks and bike rides can be made directly from the campsite. Highly recommended for those who like old-fashioned, simple camping: they still exist!

Found this extremely pleasant campsite by chance. Very quiet location on a small river. Very pleasant French owners who also speak English. Have owned the site for 2 years and have been quite modernized. Excellent new and very clean sanitary facilities. There is a heated swimming pool and you can get a simple but well prepared meal. Recommended!

Primitive real farmers campsite with friendly owner and very nice (walking) environment. Nice restaurants within walking distance (the best Gordon Blue in the western hemisphere). Sanitary simple but clean and yes: there are animals and so flies on the farm. We were here at the end of September and it was still quite busy.

As described several times: a special place in a farm atmosphere within walking distance of the center of Verona. We were not on the site with 5 but with 11 campers. The sanitary: 2 combi toilet / shower units is then far too little correct because toilet and shower are housed in 1 room.

Do you want to visit Orvieto? This camper place is great. Yes you are standing between the tracks but the trains do not run at night so limited disruption! Shower, toilet and sinks with hot water available and if you are on time you can park at a green area and put your seat in the grass.

A very hospitable campsite to certainly stay longer. A combination of tranquility at the campsite, culture in Lucca and Pisa within cycling distance and a culinary surprise prepared by the owners on Saturday evening: an extensive Tuscan dinner!

Great campsite with very nice and winter-oriented (underfloor heating etc) sanitary. Getting used to the fact that many fixed winter caravans are present but the places for campers are well laid out on a lower part of the campsite.
