Very nice place with pleasantly large pitches! Klosterberg can be easily reached by bike, on foot or by shuttle bus.

The location and the beach are very nice. The coastal path towards Port Manech is also great. The site is no longer intended for motorhomes, however. On the access road to Abwahr there is already a traffic sign with a 1.95m clearance width and then at the site there is a sign that parking is only permitted for vans and delivery vehicles!

Now flat rate (12.55€) with electricity and disposal on site. Some pitches are very narrow! Toilets not very well maintained. Short walk to the wide sandy beach, the center and the beautiful coastal paths.

ATTENTION - the place is closed from October 1st, 2023 to March 2024 due to renovations!!!

Unfortunately, the original beautiful parking space no longer exists. Large construction site for a new building project that will not be fully completed until 2028. With a bit of luck you can get a niche in front of the car - max. 10 mobiles (if possible not more than 7m) in front of the old, dilapidated station building. That might work for a short visit to the old town, but nothing compared to the old days!
