A lovely campsite in a beautiful position. It's a relatively new site and the owners are extremely friendly and very helpful. The facilities are clean and very well presented with a lot of space. Perfect if you have a bike as there are many cycle routes around. I can't recommend the site enough and we hope to be back one day.

Beautiful spot right on the sea overlooking the Isle of Wight and Southampton Water. Free up to 24hrs in summer, 7 days in winter! Busy but places change constantly. Toilets are clean and open 7am to 8pm. Stayed here June 2019. Perfect stopover spot for ferries from Portsmouth. Always loads of things to see. There are precious few places in the UK like this that are free. For ornithologists there's a bird sanctuary right next door too.

Beautiful spot. Can be busy so early arrival recommended. Two bars serving food and two restaurants in under 100 metres. Clean toilets and cold showers. Sunsets are amazing as you are looking directly west over the sea. Great views of Jersey and Guernsey. The beach is miles long and easy walking. Such a lovely place. And it's free.

Pretty town. Ten minute walk to the centre with restaurants and bars. Pleasant to sit at the riverside in the summer. Some traffic noise. Late August 20 and we were the only non-French vehicle. No facilities but lovely site. Easy access in and out.

Perfect spot. We had plans to visit for one night, drive to Nantes in the morning then somewhere else the next night, until we found the station two minutes walk away. Trains run every hour, twice an hour when busy, and take twenty minutes to get to the centre of Nantes. All for 3€. This aire is safe and quiet. Several restaurants and bars within ten minutes walk. Water and waste facilities

Perfect for the standing stones, which are less than 200 metres. We visited end of August 20 and there were only five of us on a massive pitch. Quiet and safe. No other facilities but we didn't need any.

Stayed for one night on 3 October 2019. Well organised site and spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Only takes cash so we had to go to get some. Ate at the on site restaurant and it was surprisingly very good. Worth booking. Close in to town and, if you turn right out of the camp site lane and follow the road to the city you will find a car park for vans at €1 per hour. Good value.

Busy but pretty place to stay. We were there 1 and 2 October 2019 and each night they were full by the evening. If you’re there more than one night and aren’t able to get on the front row you can change the next day and it’s worth it. The town is an easy walk and has all facilities plus around a dozen restaurants and places to eat. Also an on site restaurant if you don’t want to walk.

We stayed 29 and 30 September 2019 so it was a little out of season. You’re self contained at the end of the car park and the views are good across the lagoon and the causeway so there’s always something to watch. A five minute walk gets you onto the water buses at Tronchetto Mercato stop and you’re away. Mosquitoes are a nuisance, be advised but we were very happy here.

Modern, clean, efficient and clinical, without much soul. It’s called ‘Camping in Town’ but, in reality it’s a long way out. A shuttle service is provided at a reasonable €3 return per person but it still drops you off a good 15-20 minute walk from the centre. The restaurant on site is smart and modern but if you want a really good, authentic Italian meal try Pizzeria David 2, a 9 minute walk away

We stayed on 25 and 26 September 2019. The camp is well located and the facilities are clean and plentiful. It’s a tad expensive you pay for the location. Easy walk into the town and to the tower and cathedral. The old town is beautiful and we loved Pisa. Although very busy it was a very friendly town and we never felt we were being ripped off.
