A good basic campervan site for an overnight stay. Basic amenities. A train does frequently pass behind the site, but it didn't really bother us. Coming from the south, Google Maps directs you down a narrow street in Bellvei. It's better to continue to La Gornal and then back a bit.

We stayed at the campervan site for 20 euros per night, including electricity and excellent sanitary facilities. Nice, level pitches and a service station. Camping was 33 euros, which also included access to the pool, which we found a big difference. A perfect location for exploring Ronda on foot or by bike.

If we could have given it 6 stars, we definitely would! Beautiful place, incredibly hospitable owners, top-notch amenities—in short, absolutely fantastic! A great location for cycling to the Ecopista do Dão, but be sure to follow Bennie's advice on the route.

Great place, peacefully situated in the vineyard. A friendly welcome from José. Excellent restrooms, although there was always water on the floor. We participated in the wine tour and tasting. It only starts at 10 a.m., which is the only downside if you plan to continue driving that same day. We simply stayed an extra night. The tour was very informative and interesting, well worth it!

Despite the mediocre reviews, we took the plunge and were pleasantly surprised; probably because it was late season and there were still plenty of spaces available. In peak season, it would definitely be packed. For us, it was a great spot to explore Porto by bike (a 40-minute bike ride to the city center) and within walking distance of the beach. We were pitched at the back of the campsite, which was quite quiet. The sanitary facilities were dated but clean, and the showers were fine. The reception staff spoke English.

Beautifully situated, quiet campsite right on the Rio Tera River, resembling a lake. It has a small beach, perfect for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. Some pitches are permanent, but there were hardly any people there (perhaps only on weekends?). Limited shade, but in the late season we had plenty of shade to choose from. Friendly English-speaking reception staff. The sanitary facilities are clean; if the shower had had a stronger jet, it would have been a 5-star.

We agree with everything that has already been said, if there had also been a shower they would definitely get 5 stars

Spacious campsite with paved (gravel) pitches, very neat sanitary facilities and a large fenced (dog) playing field. Also a good pub within walking distance.

A hidden gem; Quietly located, very spacious pitches on grass with tall vegetation, so lots of privacy. Sanitary facilities neat. Quite pricey and £5 per night for a dog is a lot. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Neatly laid out and maintained caravan and camper park. Online reservations are possible, but we had not done so. Super friendly reception by the managers. Quite expensive for one place without sanitary facilities. If you are a member of the Caravan and Motorhome Club you get a £15 discount but we paid the full price; £37.50 per night (dog free). Water filling free.

Large park-like, neatly laid out caravan park with, in addition to the many mobile homes, approximately 150 places for touring caravans and campers. Pitches are spacious and paved. Facilities very neat. We paid over £30 per night for 2 adults + dog. Great place in beautiful surroundings, ideal for exploring the surroundings of Rydal, Ambleside and Windermere.

The campsite is located on a stream, part of it is specifically for tents and bus campers can be parked on the bank of the river. The other part has mobile homes that are rented out and spacious flat and paved pitches for (larger) campers. Sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but okay. Perfect location if you want to take the walk to Helvellyn, which you can do from the campsite. Access road to the campsite is quite steep, there is a pub within walking distance

The website states that the campsite will not be able to receive guests in 2024. They hope that this will be possible again in 2025.

Great quiet place if you are passing through. Pitches with electro on gravel surface. Good pizzeria within walking distance. In the evening there was a party in the adjacent accommodation at the fish pond, members of ABBA and disco kneiters. At midnight the music went out.

Quietly situated in a beautiful valley. Shady places under the trees, you can choose your own spot. Good starting point for walking through the Asco valley (eg part of the GR20). Sanitary somewhat outdated but clean and very good hot shower! Friendly and hospitable managers, excellent bread service, also good food. Recommended!

Campsite in a quiet location on the banks of the Kopla River. With a number of wooden holiday homes and also space for tents, caravans and campers. Sanitary facilities dated and not really clean but just adequate. You can participate in breakfast buffet, was well cared for. Canoe trip made was fun. Bar with terrace, we have not been. Pricey in relation to quality (€ 5 per day electro)

Stayed 1 night in transit to Slovenia. At the reception nobody was present on arrival but after a phone call the owner arrived. Welcoming reception, spacious place on lawn. Sanitary fine. Wi-Fi only worked in the vicinity of the sanitary building, for which some seats were placed. Have eaten well at the restaurant 200 meters away, at a swimming lake.

Quiet motorhome on parking lot of golf course. Free if you use something in the restaurant. Seems rather fancy but is good and affordable. Great shower and toilet in dressing rooms of the golf club.

Campsite of Dutch owners, in good location with free use of public transport. The dog was also allowed on the bus, but against payment. Plenty of walking opportunities. Fine plumbing. Bread service. Restaurant was unfortunately just the 2 days that we were closed there. Only alternative to walking distance was also closed. Is right on main road but not bothered.

Beautiful location with beautiful views of Lake Garda. Tunnel under busy road provides safe route to the shore of the lake. Olivesboomgaard offers shadow if desired. English and German speaking friendly owner, bread service. Sanitary in itself neat. Good hot showers. Minus I found toilets without glasses and the lack of toilet paper; no more of this time I find.
