Friendly owner, helpful, and communication works very well with Translate. Walk or cycle to Herculaneum station. Train to Naples and Pompeii. Like everything in and around Naples, the grounds are enclosed by fences and security cameras. You receive a key to open the gate.

In the center of Alberobello. 200 meters and you are walking among the trulli houses. Went again just after sunset. Electricity available. No sanitary facilities. Fine for an overnight stay. 25 euros.

The owner did his best to find a spot for everyone by driving around with him in a golf cart. We got a very small spot, but given the situation (Italian holiday weekend), we were happy with it. The next day we looked for a more spacious spot. Staff very friendly. Showers and toilets outdated but okay. Entertainment until midnight (music, noise). We thought it was fine for a visit to Ravenna. Bus nearby; €5 return.

Great place to stay overnight for 8 euros (in an envelope in the mailbox). 1 euro for 8 hours of electricity, and you need a euro coin for the machine. No toilet or shower. If the kiosk on the main road is open, you can use it (a few minutes' walk). Eat at the restaurant on the main road.
