Wonderful rest area, clean and surrounded by nature and tranquility, with spacious pitches separated by a small hedge. The owner is very kind and helpful. Paid showers. Breakfast is available at the B&B. We took advantage of this and it was an excellent choice. We recommend this area if you're passing through the beautiful Marche hills.

After wandering around the area looking for a quiet, decent place with amenities, we settled on this one and were happy with it. Even though it's right next to the road, it's quiet. We filled our water and flushed the toilets and the sink—everything we needed. We highly recommend it, especially for visiting Spello, a magnificent village that can be reached from the area in 10 minutes, a bit uphill, but worth it.

The area was supposed to be a super area, but now it's in decay, closed and abandoned. Even the spa no longer exists. 🤨
