As you head towards the castle, it's a great place to spend the night under the trees. Nice area for walking and visiting the small amusement park. As a 'regular' place to stay, I would probably skip it.

Steep and long drive up, but at the beginning of May you arrive in a completely deserted village, wonderfully quiet. No catering open. We stood on the spot near the playground (not the first one, judging by the photos). Beautiful views, and in the evening the lights of Aosta.

Signed up this place because there are few loos spots in the area. But to stand it is quite desolate. If the navigation points you to a sandy path - fine, small piece and then there is the clearing sign.

This must be the only municipality in the area without camper-proof signs (we will have made it). Free motorhome (is really indicated by the municipality). Was nearly full on a Thursday night in October - will it always be full in the summer? Peacefully quiet. A great place for us.

During the day there were a number of fishermen, but very quiet at night. Follow the path along the canal until there is a footpath (U-turn, almost). Nice walk, almost ends at the small supermarket.

Lounging youngsters, bald spot and facilities that didn't work (and the toilet drain bracket is still missing). If you are here because of the amusement park: you can also spend the night in the parking lot (untie the rope if necessary), against the edge of the forest. Wonderfully quiet and shady.

Not bad for an overnight stay, but you can't get to the supermarket anymore and the facilities are rare (but away from the parking lot).

Not a bad spot along a (at night) quiet road. There are better places to spend the night in the area (direction Port de Lers, picnic area on the right, look closely, parallel road). However, a lunch in the restaurant is worthwhile.

Quiet (the road is quiet at night and so is the church tower). From the village walks possible.

No facilities, but wonderfully quiet in the evening / at night - in the high season the only camper ... Lower parking space is even better (less oblique, too). Wonderful walking in the area. You can have lunch in the park house. No shade (hence 4 stars).

Of the 6 camper pitches, there are actually 'only' 4 operational - and we were number 5. But by chance the farmer was there and we were allowed to stand 'behind', with the cows and calves - what a place! Wonderfully quiet too. Facilities not used, seen it, fine. For several days more suitable for cyclists than for hikers, I think.

Well, the facilities were fine, indeed. Trash separation is always annoying when you arrive with a bag of mixed junk, but ok. But in winter, the car park is mainly occupied with boats and is a rather desolate place to me.

Certainly a beautiful place later in the year. But now we could choose between a spot on the road (no, thanks) and a spot just in front of the fence, between the chickens (with 2 dogs quite restless).

Relaxed, next to the forest, perfect with the dogs. The climbing forest would have been great for daughter, but yes. Enjoyed the arguments in the reviews;)

Perfectly furnished and organized camper place. Which is not so 'my thing' (rather smaller and more disorganized). Food truck etc top arranged. Easy to walk dogs in the area. Didn't have the exact amount of money with me for the envelope, sent a message and the tick was arranged.

Bare plain without shade, but wonderfully quiet, on August 19 there was 1 other camper.

Quiet, nice walk and good WiFi. In the high season we were all alone here ...

Camping looked good, with washing machine and even a shower for dogs. But ... at least 2 days of swimming for all persons (we only wanted 1 day and I can't stand chlorine, so don't swim with it) - costs for 1 night (2 adults, 1 x child of 10 + dog): € 165 -! Entrance tickets loose around € 75, so the overnight stay costs € 90. Parking is free, an insane difference.

Friendly, everything is there (and otherwise it will be arranged). Wonderful museum! Only noisy, right along the road. Doable with earplugs.

If the navigation says you're there, you look a little weird, but the photo makes it clear, you're in the right place. Open the gate and ask. Super nice people, especially with a child perfect with all those animals. The dog was just allowed to roam around, they could have cooked for us or wanted to take us to the train (for a fee). Own toilet and shower (2 campers). Water full + toilet empty. Top!

On the recommendation of a previous review, we also went to the gas station. If you do not get up early (...) that costs € 5, - but a great place! Next to it is a great nice cafe and nice toilets (during the day). The sea is just across the road. Incidentally, reaction about the costs - if you go to Kaliningrad, you pay another 450 rubles in park access.

When it is dry, you can ride on the grass and find a nice and quiet place, all by yourself. Special nature reserve. If you can't get on the grass, it's a small parking lot near a road that still needs some traffic, then score 5 or less.

Great for a campsite! You can stand at the entrance, a bit busier, but also further away, very quiet. At the back of the campsite is a hiking trail to the forest, nice with a dog. Playground for children also great. We prefer a camp site in the woods to an open field, but nothing to complain about. There is even cappuccino!

Not our kind of place for an overnight stay (rather than being so close together in the center), but stopped here to discharge and get water. This was a free service! (Tip left). As a service place a 10, overnight a 2.

Great place for a city center, noisy of course. Tip: continue to the end of the road, turn left and go straight on at the roundabout. There is a wasteland where you can stand quieter (and for free). 5 minutes longer walk to the old center and maybe a little bit worse (for people who suffer from it, then).

Were here on a warm Saturday - there were also a number of cars in the car park for campers and caravans, and since it is smaller than it looks like pictures, it was quite full and busy (and shadowless) at the time. Dogs cannot swim here. Tip: go on the other side of the road, 100 meters further (under the electricity poles) into the gravel road, take the road to the left. Beautiful at 2 lakes.
Sitecode: 65846
No official camper place, but what a place! Between the trees, spacious spots on a lake.
Sitecode: 55283
Well, you can stand here, but that's what it says. Too close to the road for us.
Sitecode: 63171
At the end of the afternoon busy (well) with boat and dog people. All friendly. " Wonderfully quiet in the evenings and at night. Shady, wonderful during these hot days. I miss walking opportunities. There is a geocache on the motorhome.

17 euros is excluding people, 5 euros per person. At half past seven we woke up from the lawn mower (tractor-variant) that revolved around the camper for an hour. Antisocial. Sauna and swimming facilities etc available, hence 3 points.

This is the parking a few hundred meters before the ruins. Quiet place, during high season there was 1 more camper. Little shade during the heat. Great, all in all, but nothing special.
