‘Back to the sixties’ is the feeling you get at this campsite. As if time has stood still. The old toilet block with an abundance of brown tiles and toilets with flush tanks. Clean, though. A strip of forest between a railway line and a small river, with moss-green caravans and happy campers scattered criss-cross. The price is also sixties: €22.50. A relaxed atmosphere, though. So Boomers: enjoy, and Millennials: soak up the atmosphere of the sixties… 💐

Just a 15-minute drive from the dusty ‘grey pebble’ camper pitches and the overcrowded ‘activity’ campsite in Winterberg, lies this charming and well-maintained farm campsite. You are greeted with a ‘Herzliches willkommen, schön dass Sie da sind’. Everything is top-notch. Even an alternative shop in the form of a ‘basic necessities’ vending machine selling wine, sausages, and laundry detergent welcomes you. Beautiful pitches with water and electricity. 👌

These are the kind of gems you book with your eyes closed. Everything is taken care of perfectly. Within walking distance of Clervaux.

Lovely city campsite with (non-disturbing) city sounds. Vienna is calling. In the morning, the birds. Everything clean and well-maintained. Reasonably spacious pitches. In the heart of the city center by bike in 15 minutes. A great base for a few days in Vienna. And the friendly Dutch lady still works there!!

What a lovely place. Beautiful view and quiet just outside the village. Water and electricity available. Warm welcome from the owner. Because it was her birthday, we were allowed to stay for free. Now that was a gift…

What a great place. Everything has been renovated and automated to perfection. In tip-top condition. Check in at the info kiosk. Choose your pitch, enter your details, pay, and you will receive your invoice and entry code by email. All pitches have electricity and water. We paid €30. Larger pitches are slightly more expensive. Campsite within walking/cycling distance of the station with free public transport. Highly recommended…

A farm campsite as it should be: peace, space, beautiful pitches, excellent sanitary facilities, and (also) all amenities for campers. A top location near the beach, Vlissingen, and Middelburg.

Are you looking for a nice beer with the locals in a cozy pub or in the garden after a long drive, a nice meal and then a quiet place to sleep ... Then you are in the right place. No facilities, use of the pub toilet.

Basic with some simple facilities. Not top but sufficient if you are in transit.. We paid £15,- cash.

Nice place 30 min from the harbour. Friendly welcome. Camping in a homely atmosphere. And that for only £20 Along a main road that you hardly notice.

What a nice place to stay overnight if you are crossing from Fishguard to Ireland. Beautiful view, deafeningly quiet, a very nice Linda (owner) and a fabulously beautiful sunrise (05.30) And that for € 20, - excluding electricity. Well.. what more do you want.

From Rosslare a half hour drive and you are set... Good food, beer in the pub, Irish humor and a nice camper place (€0,-) behind the restaurant. Quiet... and no facilities.

This nice and busy apple farmer has it all together. Beautifully landscaped grounds, excellent camper pitches, all facilities available. €21,- excluding electricity. A bottle of apple cider is given as a welcome gift. Nice people.

Beautifully landscaped pitches on the edge of the village. €15,- without and €20,- with electricity. First report to the pub across the street and while you wait you can drink a delicious Guinness. This makes waiting pleasant again… All camper facilities available. No toilet or possibility for waste collection. In the morning a lot of small flies…. so don't have breakfast outside …
