Behind the campsite, the cycle path along the river to Vidago begins. The first section after the red cycle path is in very poor condition due to the flooding of the last few months, but your effort is rewarded further along with a beautiful ride through stunning scenery. In Vidago, you can take a walk through the park of the Palace Hotel (entrance 2.50 Euro).

Beautiful camper pitch close to the old town. Leon is really worth a visit. In the week before Easter, there are many festivities and processions. The old town is charming and the historic buildings are well maintained. The ticket machine at the campsite entrance requires some patience, so don't press all the buttons too quickly. Choose your language (button at the bottom left) and follow the instructions. Then it will definitely work out.

Large campsite next to the beautiful swimming pool of Rudesheim. Beautiful sanitary facilities, friendly staff, who do their best to offer everyone a place. Even when the campsite is full. Nice bar with terrace on the Rhine. No demarcated places, which gives the whole a somewhat messy appearance. All in all a nice campsite! Beautiful cycling in the area. Do the ring tour but take into account waiting time at the boat. For example between 16.30 and 18.00

This campsite has a lot of potential, given its location in relation to Basel (beautiful cycle path, 45 min), the nice swimming pool, the excellent sanitary facilities and the very friendly staff. Trees and bushes offer little shade. Maintenance of sanitary facilities and grounds could really be better. A poor old dog was left alone at the tent and barked the entire campsite awake. Perhaps an idea to note down the mobile number of the guests.

A 5-star spot on a 4-star campsite! What a beautiful campsite! I agree with all the positive reviews. Our spot was worth more than 5 stars. I won't say which spot, but the loyal visitors know exactly which spots I mean. We will definitely come back! The sanitary facilities were clean, but did not function properly. (especially the toilet flushing tanks and the taps in the showers) The staff deserves a compliment!

Nice campsite with a nice swimming pool, restaurant and new sanitary facilities. The price is also very reasonable for Swiss standards. Recommended: take the cable car to Unterbäch and then a beautiful walk to the suspension bridge and to Eischoll (40 min. Follow the yellow signs) Then from Eischoll take the cable car back to Raron. Tickets are valid for both cable cars.

A neat camper place with some drawbacks: no water taps to fill a bottle or something. Only 50 to 80 liters for 50 euro cents. Quite narrow places. On quiet days it seems as if there are 20 double places available. However, there are 40 places. Electricity works with 1-Euro coins. (per kWh) You have to have them with you. Phone reception is poor. No wifi. Tip: walk to the park along the Rhine. Worth it.

We chose the campsite, which is located right next to the (beautiful) camper place. Just a little more space and nature. Beautiful new sanitary facilities. Amiens is reachable within 20 min. by bike via a beautiful cycle path along the Somme. The local tourist office offers information about the city (walks) in Dutch.

Excellent transit campsite, with lots of Dutch guests. Hoort spreads the word.....and that makes sense. You should go here for the restaurant alone, but everything else is also well organised. Passers-by are assigned a spot on one of the three passer-by fields, so there is always a spot. The regular camping spots are located a bit higher, but quickly fill up. This campsite, now called Porte de Provence, is located near the beautiful village of Mirmande, which you should definitely visit. You can cycle there in 10 minutes. Without pedaling because it's all downhill. The return journey is therefore a bit more strenuous. Easy to do with an e-bike or if you are in good shape! The campsite is also a gem! Enjoyed the beautiful weather in September at this lovely campsite. Beautiful spacious pitches on a pleasant site. We stood on the north side with an unobstructed view of the fields and forests. Beautiful! The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but in good order and maintained. Logically you have more smells and flies on a farm campsite, but we were happy to take that for granted. Finally your 'own' toilet again without those bulkheads that you can look under and all sounds penetrate. The cycle route through the park to Strasbourg is well signposted up to the first bridge in Strasbourg, but after that it takes some searching. Cross the bridge and keep right.

Beautiful campsite, right on Lake Constance. The manager does his best to give everyone a place, even when it is very busy. Sometimes he rambles on a bit. A sober campsite that looks a bit messy due to the many permanent pitches with old caravans and 'private' gardens with wooden-string fences. But the toilets and showers are clean and the large swimming pool next to the campsite (accessible through a gate at a rate of 2 euros) is of course a godsend. Friendly and helpful manager. Fine for one night. In this area you have few alternatives if you do not want to park in a parking lot.

Elongated campsite so you sometimes have to walk a long way to toilets and showers. They are also very neat and properly furnished. Finally a powerful warm shower spray!
