On our fifth visit to this transit campsite, the hot water supply was a disappointment. The water pressure in the showers was insufficient, causing the control buttons not to function properly. The push button has to remain pressed, so showering with one hand... There was also no hot water for washing dishes.

Beautifully situated campsite. Nice swimming pool and clean sanitary facilities. The restaurant was closed (25/9). Reception was not open at 6 pm. On the recommendation of another camper, I took a Quick Stop spot anyway. I'll go to the reception tomorrow. Minor downsides are the lack of lighting at the dump and waste disposal areas, and the long distance to the chemical toilet room.

Beautiful, idyllically situated campsite. New sanitary building where everything is clean and working. It is also the only sanitary building on this large campsite. From our pitch, it was quite a long walk. A very nice walking route around the campsite (6 km), which was explained to us in detail by the enthusiastic receptionist. We enjoyed our stay at this campsite.

What a breath of fresh air after the campsites in Spain and Portugal! Everything here is clean and well-maintained. In beautiful surroundings. Truly a campsite to stay at for a bit longer. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Ideal location for beach lovers. The bike path leads directly to the old center of Porto. Everything has already been said about the showers. The permanent pitches with old tents also detract from the positive image of this campsite. If we are in the area again, we will choose this campsite again.

Beautiful campsite with free pitches under the pine trees. Friendly reception. Nice swimming pool, small restaurant, etc. The sanitary facilities could use an upgrade. You stand in a puddle of water after a (too cold) shower (men's section). Beautiful surroundings for walking or cycling.

Beautiful park-like campsite, close to the center. Take bus 714. It stops at the bus stop approximately 300 meters from the campsite exit. To get there, turn right and take the stop after 300 meters on the opposite side of the road towards Cais do Sodre station. Get off at the final stop. €2.30 pp. The debit card does not always work, so make sure you have change. A minor downside of the campsite is the maintenance of the vegetation (mowing). We enjoyed our stay here!

Good facilities at this campsite! The maintenance could be better. Especially the landscaping (mowing) of the camper pitches. The pitches are not large and the lanes are narrow, requiring some maneuvering. This causes potholes to form. Risk of getting stuck in bad weather. WiFi only works near the restaurant. The swimming pool and sunbathing area are beautiful. Nice dump station.

Nice campsite within cycling distance of Tomar. Beautiful surroundings, although they have taken quite a beating from the weather of the past few months. This makes the recommended waterfall route all the more exciting! Especially since the description turned out to be incorrect... Where it mentions following a gravel path, it actually refers to a brand-new asphalt road. We followed the adjacent path and got stuck at the repair work. Didn't see a single waterfall!

Ideal spot in the city park, by the Ponte Romana. The toilets are kept very clean. For water refills and waste disposal, you can go to the other camper site a few hundred meters away. However, this spot by the old bridge is much more pleasant. From here, you can take a beautiful walk along the water, approximately 2 km round trip. 100 meters further on, to the left of the old olive press, stands a nice new restaurant/bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
