We were here 4 years ago too. then a beautiful campsite with beautiful pitches (terraced campsite). Now a new owner who has changed the concept and has filled all the places by the sea with tents. it was pleasantly busy in June when we were there. The upper terraces were for passers-by like us (caravan). Excellent views over the sea. You just had to walk a little further. Clean sanitary facilities!

Very friendly owner, you can choose the place yourself. Beautiful view over the sea. spacious places. Sanitary facilities were renovated when we were there. Lovely walking area along the coastline.

We called and sent an email for a place by the sea. That was possible, we went there. arrive at the campsite and the owner is very blunt😒. The email was not confirmed, we were not allowed to enter the campsite to look for a spot, he determined that and he determined a spot with a sea view. Very unfriendly! We then called a campsite (la Parture) in Yport, received a very friendly owner and were welcome (even after closing time!)

As previously described. simple, neat container for shower and toilet. But no washing up options. You choose a place yourself, you have to register yourself and put cash in the envelope. The friendly manager comes when you call. the 40 runs across the fjord and is clearly audible. so not recommended for peace and quiet seekers. It's a good transit campground.
