A fairly new campsite, nicely situated just a short fifteen minutes from Florence. There is a shuttle bus available (for a fee), but personally, there weren't enough spots; we took a taxi (+/- €30 to €35 one way). Very steep paths, so get your calves ready! Nice and tasty restaurant! Very well-stocked market and very friendly staff! Clean sanitary facilities and a nice swimming pool, although the latter is more for the little ones. Ideal for cooling off for adults too ;-)

You have everything you need! You do have to maneuver a 7.5m motorhome into your pitch quite tightly, and the pitch turned out to be smaller than expected. Free (hot!) and very spacious showers, shuttle to the Club Del Sole beach club & a little train. Restaurants and markets on site. The beach is 1.5km from the campsite. The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day! We stayed here for 5 days. Ideal for visiting Pisa & Viareggio (lively in the evening) by bus.

The host, Angela Rosa, is very friendly and literally welcomes you with open arms! We hadn't booked in advance but sent a request via email and were able to stay with her. We stayed for 2 days, situated a bit higher up on a hill; you can get all kinds of food there. There is Wi-Fi at the reception, but be prepared for poor reception on the rest of the campsite. Swimming caps are mandatory in the pool! Highly recommended! Nice and quiet.

Everything you need, very friendly host! Located on a big open field, not far from downtown. You can rent bikes from the camping to go sightseeing in CPH, but we took an Uber. :-)
