This is exactly how a rest area should be: quiet, level, loading and unloading, good water, supermarket and town nearby, and it's cheap - €8/24h. Card and contactless payments are accepted; if you pay with Easypay, there's a €1.20 surcharge.

Excellent campsite, a bit uphill but with flat pitches. Clean bathrooms. Free hot water. Private bathrooms available (for a fee). About 1.5 km from the town center, with uneven sidewalks. Paid €33 for one night, two adults and a camper. Dog allowed free. At the bar, they have frozen pizzas that they heat up and sell as fresh. How sad.

Quiet parking, hiking opportunities. The road starts right in front of the Butterfly House. It's a dirt road, slightly bumpy.

Pitches on dirt roads, level, slightly terraced, not too large (but fine when there are few people; you can spread out on the adjacent pitch), partially shaded. €20/24h. Loading and unloading, sink. Excellent starting point for beautiful hikes and children's activities. Swimming pool nearby.

Flat, partially shaded, all amenities included. Clean bathrooms, good water. Very convenient for public transportation, trains, and bike paths; 3.7 km to the city center by bike. The road is a bit noisy, but only those sleeping in the attic can hear it.

Convenient for the town and for excursions. Spacious, stone pitches, gently sloping, corrected with wedges. All amenities included. New, quiet bar just opened. €22/24h. You can also pay for fractions of a day.

All services + electricity for €20/24 hours. Spacious, flat parking spaces, no shade. Flanked by a path that leads to a small park and a tiny, pitiful beach with paid lounge chairs and umbrellas. People constantly pass by on this path, chatting, so those parked on that side forget about naps and early bedtimes, but this has nothing to do with the parking area.

My favorite place! 10 spots, all lakefront, flat, all amenities included. There's currently no electricity (cables cut during construction), but it's temporary. Water sports, cycling, hiking, nearby pizzerias, and shops in town (about 1 km away, flat, market on Tuesdays).

Large, free, flat parking lot, no shade. Part is for campers, part is for cars, but there are campers everywhere. Free drainage, water for €1. Close to the highway, convenient for a quiet night's stay. Beautiful walks, like everywhere in Germany.
