We were there with 9 campers. There are 4 power connections (free). Sanitary OK. No satellite reception under the plane trees and after a while in the drip. At 4.30 am the traffic starts and with it the traffic noise. Bakker at 300m also open on Sunday afternoon. Center 500m and to the Beffroi 650m. Beautiful city.

Camping in the city of Vila da Gaia. Here three full days stood in January 2017. No problem with our camper from 7.5m and 4250kg. We stood on the street at a higher elevation with no marked out pitches. There is also 10 A available. The price was € 7.06 per day. However, in winter no shop and no wifi. Porto easily accessible by bus. Supermarket: 200m towards the beach and then left.

Overnight on 7-3-'17. View cemetery not depressing; it was a dead silent night. Sanitary across the street. You must insert backwards or reverse back to the streets. For the water connection requires a plug adapter (male). St Mamet you about the D618A (13%, but doable) to road N230 in Spain. The N230 is a beautiful Pyrenees-through for example Barbastro.

The assigned camper place was similar to a caravan place: unpaved and my 4.5 tons camper left clear traces. Not do in wet weather. No paved camper pitches seen. Water refill at the end of a narrow dead end road; the loosput elsewhere, is too high and has too little flow capacity; the environment runs under with stinking sewage. This is a normal SVR-camping (called ' n beautiful) [comment: it is owner hardened under grass]

The places are too short (see photo camper 7, 49 m); In addition, risk of damage from heavy varkensrug behind on each car park. Instead of 15 narrow places one had better be able to make 10 broader places so that it is also possible to cross between 2 parked backwards in campers. Hampton has missed an opportunity here. Longer places with space for plug-in near on station square (also paid). [no camper location. red]
