Excellent camping site, very clean. Hospitable welcome. Sanitary facilities were completely fine for us, basic but clean. Washing up area with good hot water. 1 euro for 1 kWh of electricity consumption is a very high amount. in 16 hours we had used 4.5 kWh. We paid a total of 31 euros. The noise of the highway is clear and constant.

The campsite is very easily accessible from the highway. Please note Area B. Not every camper is allowed to drive here. reservation in advance, lunch break until 3 p.m. Very friendly reception. Take tram number 3 within walking distance both there and back. You can pay on the tram with bc or cc. ideal. You will be given a key to the gate if you return after 11 p.m. No sanitary facilities were used. Cozy place.

Good place to stay overnight. Approach route is somewhat unclear. Very nice reception. Spacious spot on a mixed parking lot in the shade. Within walking distance of town. No sanitary facilities used, looked outdated but clean. We paid 25 euros for a 7.40 camper including electricity and 2 people.

Great parking spot to visit Palermo. Bus pass available at reception for 3.50 per day. We came back from the city at 10:30 PM and there was no security at all. Anyone can walk onto the site. In a city like Palermo you expect different. We never felt unsafe for a moment, not even in the city.

Beautiful place right on the beach. Within walking distance of Scala dei Turchi. The manager is not always present, the telephone number for registration is on the board at reception. In the morning you can hear the traffic on the road well. Shower is very outdated, but functions. 1 euro for 20 liters of hot water. You can't mix. Cold shower is free. bread service. Every day sellers come with fish, vegetables and fruit.

Great campsite, you can find a spot yourself. Spacious, showers are clean and nice hot water. 50 cents per shower. Within walking distance of the village of San Leone with cozy restaurants. Very friendly staff, good tips for further travel. Didn't visit the temples, very busy on weekends. We thought the entrance fee of 23 euros per person was a lot of money.

Beautiful places under the trees. We were first there with 1 other camper. On Saturday everything is taken over by Italian duo campers who want to stand with their awnings against each other. It suddenly becomes very messy, crowded and noisy. Cycling to Marzamemi is easy.

22 euros is really too much money for this place. Plenty of room, we were alone. Rat traps everywhere... You either like this or you don't. We find sanitary facilities almost humiliating. Take it away, that's better than this. Too bad because it is a unique place where a lot can be done.

Arrival on Sunday at a packed camper spot. We got the last spot. Please note that there is an afternoon closure between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Everything is there, but very basic. Don't be critical of sanitary facilities: great place. Excursions from the campsite? Mixed feelings. Etna was a wonderful trip. Indicating that I am afraid of heights was doable. Trip Taormina? Suddenly went to Castelmola first. Way too steep road. Dangerous: no seat belts in the van.

Great place to spend the night on the way to Sicily. Super nice owner. Shower hot and powerful. Within walking distance of restaurants. However, we could not go everywhere because we had not made a reservation. we paid 20 euros incl.

The place is especially fantastic for visiting the excavations. The campsite itself is not much. We had a spot next to the garden waste facility. Lots of noise until the middle of the night from an adjacent restaurant. Excellent shower, nice reception. Shouldn't you demand too much? Then it is doable.

This is a camper spot and not a campsite. We had a great location here, within walking distance of the terms. with electricity 2 nights for 39 euros. good waste facility. Showering for 2 euros per person is a bit pricey, so we did that in the camper.

The campsite looks beautiful... What a pity that we were 'allowed' to park in the parking lot in zone 1. When we saw the other places we were really disappointed. This is not camping worthy. a lot of street noise at night. 42 euros per night is really not worth it. We reported this at reception, but the response was disinterested: “I don't make the rules” There may be a real price difference between the places.

Nice and small-scale. Simple but clean sanitary facilities. There is a lunch break, and people are already waiting in front of the barrier to get in. It is still early season, so it is better to make a reservation during the high season. We paid 29 euros per night. There is a beautiful walking/cycling route along the Tiscino to the old city center. Unfortunately it was not possible to cycle due to high water. The road is easy to navigate, but there is a lot of traffic.

friendly welcome on an anthill. very small spots, hut mutje. pay extra for everything even for the toilet. well organized and clean but no space at all. many people stay here for a long time with their camper, everything is built closed with awnings and windshields. what a rehab after all the beautiful places in Apuglia. kilometers of beach with only sunbeds and umbrellas, they call this pre-season. in high season you will scream.

Large campsite, you stand under sun mats or right in the sun. Lots of space and space in this day and age. Think very massive in the summer. We arrived at 5 to 1 and were allowed to quickly find a place. Otherwise you have to wait until 4 pm. Free shuttle bus to town. Huge pool. It is not indicated anywhere but we were informed that we were not allowed to lie on the sun loungers without payment.. mmm bit weird. Luckily we were allowed to swim.

Great place, very cultivated. You are in a gallery on landscaped terraces. For us it can be a little more cozy. We had just installed ourselves and asked if the bicycle carrier that was there did not indicate that the place was reserved? No, no and otherwise they would just have to find another place. Unfortunately we had to move after 5 minutes. Free Shuttle to Matera is top service.

Location to village and sea is perfect. Campsite owner is friendly as well as the groundsman. Showers do not work properly, are dirty and overdue maintenance. Empty place for chemical toilet is 'crutch' When paying, the small print comes to the fore 30 euros pppn plus 2 euros pppn tourist tax. You have to pay for the latter separately in cash. We think 34 euros for a place that looks more like a parking lot than a campsite is the price

Beautiful location at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac. Maintenance leaves much to be desired. New planting of trees which makes it difficult to drive into the place with a camper from 7.40. no problem in the preseason, but when it is full in the summer it becomes difficult. Sanitary works but also needs maintenance here. Swimming pool is very nice… only there was no water in it. beach bar is also very nice. costs 25.50 per night: camper and 2 people.

Great place for us and our 7.40 long camper. There are places for smaller and large campers. Very hospitable and friendly reception. A helpful man helps you navigate to and on the spot. Are we talking about the same campsite as in other reviews? The only downside for us was that we were next to the washing facilities. This made quite a bit of noise. Lovely hot showers. Walking distance to village about 10 minutes as well as to station. 👌

This is not a camper place but the bus and truck parking lot. The motorway runs right past it. Very much noise. Maintenance would take place in the Gottardtunnel. For hours, the work traffic with heavily running engines stood right behind our camper. Overall a worthless night. We really understand that when you are at a rasttätte there is more noise than elsewhere. But this is just an expensive parking space of 15 euros.

We were here too Sunday 19 September next to the waste containers. Early in the morning these were exchanged with a lot of noise, roaring engine of the trucks. There is nothing between adequate and very good. As far as we're concerned it was good. 30.50 is a decent amount for camper, 2 people and dog. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. The pitches are large but not easy to reach in swampy weather. This also applies when leaving. The shower room is very nice, fine water. There is nothing to do in the village of Stroobos.

Beautiful, spacious pitches within walking and cycling distance of Valkenburg. Beautiful view Given the activity on the farm, there is quite a lot of noise from agricultural machinery. The cows are physically present and also odor-technically well present. Plumbing is dated, tidy and excellent hot water. The entrance to the campsite is a bit confusing. We drove a little too far, with a camper no problem but can be easily solved with a sign with an arrow or something like that. Hospitable reception by Alix. Camping had just reopened. Plumbing was good to use and very beautiful. Not quite finished yet, but it will be really beautiful. For us, there may be a little more decoration, cosiness on the campsite meaning through flower boxes, fire pots. Tip: the whole reminds a lot of French campsites 'a la ferme', maybe nice to organize an extension table? The walking route "round Siberia (and back) is a must, what is it beautiful here.

Very hospitable reception. Spacious pitches, beautiful sanitary facilities. Nice sandwich because of the 5th anniversary. Unfortunately we were only able to book 2 nights.
