Beautiful spots, but when we arrived, two campers already had tickets. The signs weren't clear. You're supposed to use a parking disc, except on Saturdays and public holidays. Today is Saturday, and the ticket was issued today, as it says on the ticket. We also overheard a discussion between locals and another Italian camper. However, there was no clarity. We decided to give it a try.

Excellent location for visiting Edinburgh. Truckers also come here, but they're not a problem at all. All restrooms are available and clean. Free showers and lovely hot water. Friendly staff who can help you find your way. George, in particular, is super nice. A free Edinburgh information booklet is provided. Bus 26 is a 5- to 10-minute walk away and takes you straight into the city.

Due to the closure of the Trollstigen, the campsite is very quiet, but is still open.
