Much has already been said. A beautiful campsite in a beautiful location. The German management couple clearly states that they find running a campsite difficult. They are a bit too strict in their supervision and management. I would say: give the campers more freedom and responsibility and let go... that makes everyone's life much more enjoyable.

What a place and what a view! The restrooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. Paying for public parking is unusual in Norway. But that's the rule, and it's probably because there were problems in the past when it was free. Only... paying via the QR code didn't work. It seemed like it would, but the next day the bank notified me that the payment hadn't been successful.

What a surprise, this place! Campers and caravans are allowed in a large parking lot. There are modern restroom facilities, and the beach is a three-minute walk away. Fantastic! We stayed here for two days and enjoyed the beautiful view of the islands and mountains, and the sunshine.

Hopefully spending the night here will be tolerated. (There is also a prohibition sign here, by the way) We stood here last night with about 20 campers, and did not see any police. Well when we stood under the palms. At 5 pm we were summoned to leave immediately, otherwise the police would take care of it. So don't stand under the palms anymore. There is less and less left in this neighborhood unfortunately.

Why is only the cp outside the campsite mentioned? We are always on the campsite itself. It is fine and a lot quieter than the cp, which is located directly on the busy roundabout.

What a place. Open since 2021. The driveway tells you nothing yet, so drive on and marvel at the space. All amenities, even a covered picnic area with tables and chairs and a room with billiards and table tennis. And all that for 10 euros all-in. (winter 2023) This place deserves to be full (but yes, then it is less quiet, ha ha) so we enjoy the peace here for a while!!!

Would love to go see it. Will be a trip to the future with a cathedral from the 26th century. (just kidding)

We find this place really a surprise. A quite luxurious campsite with chalets and camping pitches with private sanitary facilities. You can take a cool dip and there is even a sauna. The camper spots are basic but otherwise fine. If you want to use the sanitary facilities of the campsite, you must have a tag. It costs 3 euros per day. With that you open the building. But then you also have to pay 50 CT. pay for 4 min. shower. is at the price.

I'm responding to the last review in which it is stated that I was asked to join the club in order to get a discount. I think you get a discount with a CCI card at sites of the caravan club. I emailed them about this and got it confirmed. Furthermore, the campsites of this club are variable. The greater the demand relative to the supply, the higher the rate. July and August is high season, so you pay the main price.

are here and read on the parking meter info that parking for max 5 hours costs 1.10 pounds per hour. From 5 hours to 24 hours 6.50 pounds total. after 1700 it is therefore not free anymore, in our opinion.

old junk? compared to other campsites along the coast, it is fairly new here! the sanitary rooms have just been re-tiled. the laundry is good. the pools fine. everything neatly clean. no, Canelas is fine. there are many Dutch people 'swinters and the price is low, € 9.50 with 1 camper and 2 people. only expensive is the electricity, 4 € per day. at the camper place you suffer from the dtukke road.

We have been here for a few years now., a cozy camping.with renovated sanitary facilities, good laundry and nice swimming pool. only € 8 per night ex electricity in the winter period. camper contract gives the highest price. that is somewhat misleading. There is also a separate camperveld with separate sanitary facilities for the camp site. however, this is directly along the road.
