A wonderfully quiet spot. During the day, the parking lot can fill up with cars belonging to people going for a walk or a jog. In the evening, they leave again. From the parking lot, it is only a 350-meter walk to the beautiful center of Riquewihr, where official parking spaces are prohibitively expensive…

The only free place to visit Riquewihr. Spots in the village itself cost approx. €30-35 for 24 hours. And then you have to leave at 09:00. The spot is heavily used by hikers and people wanting to visit the town. Due to P4N, campers also regularly park here.

Nice camper site. No electricity, unlike some time ago. There are a maximum of 4 pitches. The possibility of parking more campers together is now prevented by 2 large concrete blocks. In the evening, there is a constant coming and going of cars, whose drivers have arranged to meet up. We were not bothered by it.

Nice camper pitch. Electricity included. All other services are for when you stay at the campsite. So you have to pay extra if you want to use them. The sanitary station is located within 30 m of the camper pitch, separated by large boulders. The restaurant is currently closed due to a lease issue. Friendly receptionist. Very helpful.

For a free camper site, this is a very nice spot! There are approximately 6 spots next to the curb with electricity and another 4 smaller spots opposite, also with electricity. The night was particularly quiet, absolutely no disturbance or noise. There is a public toilet opposite the parking area, painted in cheerful colors. You will also find the phone number there to arrange to empty your chemical toilet. There is no water or grey water disposal.
