We were here with Ascension Day. Great place without facilities. Cycling in the Altrhein area. No separate places for campers.

Quiet location. 10 minutes by bike to the center. We were on the south side in the corner near the bushes. There you stand quietly and you run the least chance of being arrested. There are no signs.

The motorhome is not all the way up, but in the first parking lot you encounter when you drive up. We drove all the way up but had trouble getting up. At the 2nd parking lot we were able to turn and return with difficulty. The fortress is worth seeing. But we didn't stay overnight. For that we drove to Terrugem. 16km away. A great spot.

A large mixed car park behind the basilica. There are 6 places reserved for motorhomes, but they are not clearly marked at the entrance to the car park. Had a quiet night.

We were with Ronnie and Marina for 2 nights. Very friendly people who do their very best to make the motor home to their liking. We could do our laundry here, and have a lovely shower. Every morning there were also fresh bread rolls ready for us. Ronnie came to tell us about the Ecopista, a cycling route over the old railway track. We also enjoyed this. A beautiful motorhome on the harbor, with a view of the boats. Hardened ground for the motorhome and next to it a strip of grass for chairs and tables. Electricity and water available as well as a drain for the toilet.

A great camper place. We start here our Eleven Cities Tour by bicycle. Picked up a route and stamp card at the tourist office in Leeuwarden. You will receive a stamp on all eleven transit cities. Great motorhome. Paved areas, with space for your tables and chairs. Shower and toilet very clean and tidy. Water intake is not clear how many liters. The 1st €0.50 ran out quickly. The 2nd and 3rd ran longer. In total we paid €1.50 for 100 liters. A visit to the Marine Museum is a must.

We were here for 3 days. A great place. In the middle of nature reserve De Vilt and Maasheggen. I grew up here in the mid 50's as a toddler. Beautiful bike rides made through the Maasheggen area. We were here in August. Desolate intention. We were the only ones with a camper, but there were 2 trucks parked lengthwise, so that your view of the lake is completely taken away. Please note that in a recreation area 2 trucks. We soon moved again.

We have been here for 2 nights. Nice bike ride through the NP de Biesbosch. With the bicycle ferry at junction 12 across the Steurgat. It is a fine and clean place. There is also something to be said for that. There are also places for the same price with all the amenities, but where you stumble over the clutter. Not here. If there had been a gray water well and toilet dump I would have given a 5 stars.

Great location on the marina. Plenty to see and experience with the boats that are taken in and out of the water. Also nice area for cycling. The fields at the camper are spacious, lengthwise it is only tight. I could just stand with our 6 meter camper. When I fold out the back of my bike rack it hangs over the path. So wonder how you can get here with a 12 meter RV. The landfill was not accessible due to parking there. And the dump for the toilet near a swimming pool and playground does not seem fresh to us.
