A campsite where everything is in fantastic order and every detail has been thought of. It is also nice that there are no children. But... we arrived on Sunday and that was really nice. Unfortunately, on Monday there was a lot of noise all day long from a tractor driving back and forth with silage. We understand very well that there is occasional noise on a working farm, but this was so prolonged and so annoying that we left in the late afternoon.

Lovely, quiet campsite without children. Very nice campsite owner, nice pool, and delicious pizza delivered to your pitch. Highly recommended!

Great campsite, with a friendly English-speaking young lady at the reception. There is plenty of space, even in the high season. Gien is a nice town to visit.

A lovely place, with incredibly hospitable owners. Easy to reach by car, even with a larger camper. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the little bar is very cozy. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place! And Moniek Thomas, Nienke, and Vera are incredibly warm people who make you feel very welcome. The swimming pool is very nice, the food we were able to enjoy was very tasty and, of course, sociable with the other campers, and the sanitary facilities are also fine. As far as we are concerned, highly recommended!

The campsite is in a good location relative to the city. You can cycle there along a fantastic bike path. The pitches are spacious and have plenty of shade. You can choose your own pitch.

What a lovely campsite! Everything is good! Marije is a wonderful hostess, Wilma is giving super nice massages this summer, the pool is perfect in the heat, there are lots of trees on the super spacious pitches, and the communal meal was delicious. In short: a gem!

Great place to stay overnight. The friendly owner speaks multiple languages and assigned us a lovely spot right by the lake. We had a quiet night. One of the two sanitary buildings is heated, which is also nice.

The sanitary facilities are now ready, and you can do everything you need: showering, washing dishes, and there are four toilets. Jet and Frans are very friendly people who will give you a warm welcome. The peaceful campsite is a 10-minute bike ride from Assen city center and cycling routes. You can swim nearby in the Baggelhuizerplas lake. We highly recommend it! Kind regards, Peter and Hilde.
